Flexible connection between the weighing beam of a vehicle undercarriage and the chassis. The present invention relates to a flexible connection between the weighing beam of a vehicle undercarriage and the chassis. The connection according to the invention is now characterized in that pairs of arms connecting the cradle to the chassis are provided, the arms of each pair being at least approximately in the longitudinal direction of the chassis and on different sides of the chassis transverse center plane and symmetrical to the longitudinal axis of the weighing beam are attached to the latter, the whole in such a way that
that these pairs of arms allow a movement of the cradle beam relative to the chassis in the perpendicular right direction, but that this does not take place in the longitudinal direction of the chassis.
The subject matter of the present invention is shown in various forms, for example, executed in the accompanying drawings, namely Figure 1 shows a longitudinal section of a vehicle chassis rolling on rails with a first embodiment of the subject matter of the invention; Fig.2 shows the plan of the construction according to Fig. 1; 3 shows a longitudinal section of a vehicle undercarriage with a second embodiment of the subject matter of the invention; Fig. 4 shows the plan of the construction of Fig. 3; Fig. 5 shows a longitudinal section of a vehicle undercarriage with a third exemplary embodiment.
In Figures 1 and 2, 1 shows the chassis and 2 the weighing beam. In the middle of this weighing beam 2, the pin 4 is attached with a spherical surface, which is firmly connected to the main frame 3 and on which the cradle beam is swingable about its longitudinal axis Gela Gert. The weighing beam 2 is with the Ge alternate 1 by the horizontally ge superimposed arms 5, 6 and 7, 8 articulated verbun the. The ends 5 and 8 of the arms are connected to the frame 1, while the ends 6, 7 are connected to the weighing beam 2. For this purpose, the chassis 1 and the weighing beam 2 are provided with appropriate Ge joint members.
The arms 5, 6 are hinged to the latter on the lower left side of the weighing beam 2 and the arms 7, 8 are hinged to the latter on the right side of the weighing beam 2, specifically symmetrically to the longitudinal axis of the weighing beam. The arms 5, 6 are the same length as the arms 7, B. At the two ends of the cradle beam 2, the suspension springs 10 are placed, which transmit the load to the chassis 1, which is borne by the beam itself.
The joints of the arms 5, 6 and 7, 8 can nen z. B. be provided with cylindrical or spherical pins or contain rubber parts or the like that allow the same movements as all cylindrical or kugeli gene pins.
The just described arrangement of the weighing beam 2 with respect to the main frame 3 and the chassis 1- causes that with each vertical displacement of the main frame 3 and thus the weighing beam 2, the latter rotates somewhat about its longitudinal axis during the vertical displacement. If the arms 5, 6 and 7, 8 in FIG. 1 are arranged exactly horizontally in their central position, then swings in a vertical position.
Shifting the cradle bar 2 down the pivot at the end of the arm 7 slightly down to the right and the pivot at the end of the arm 6 slightly down to the left, since both arm ends swing in an arc. In this movement, the longitudinal axis of the beam 2 retains its position in the vertical plane, but it performs a slight rotation.
During this rotation, neither the frame 1 nor the frame 3 is influenced in the horizontal direction, but the latter has only lowered slightly vertically under the load resting on it. The springs 10 are designed; that they can follow this rotation of the weighing beam 2.
3 and 4 is a different order of the weighing beam 2 with respect to the frame 1 is provided than that of Fig.1 and 2. The design of the frames 1 and 3 is the same as in Fig.1 and 2, only the Weighing beam 11 is connected to frame 1 differently. About the longitudinal axis 19 of the cradle beam 11 and on both sides of the same, the two joint members 18 are pivotably mounted. The joint members 18 are hinged to the arms 16, 17 at the top and are hinged to the arms 14, 15 at the bottom. The links 18 are inherently rigid and have bearings in the middle in which the weighing beam rests by means of pins.
Through the pin 12, the upper frame is verbun with the lower. 1-3 are the side supports which are attached to the chassis and by means of which the underframe on the Wiegebal ken 11 rests.
The arms of the joint members 18 are all; equally long, as are the arms 14, 15 and 16, 17. If the upper frame is loaded, the weighing beam is lowered vertically, but cannot move in the longitudinal direction of the vehicle. By having the arms 14, 15 and 16, 17, the Ge joint members 18 are connected, which vibrate about the longitudinal axis 19 of the weighing beam 11, the weighing beam 11 does not rotate when it is lowered vertically, as is the case with the construction according to FIGS. 1 and 2.
In the embodiments described so far, the connecting parts between the frame and the weighing beam were rigid members. It is now also possible to train the connection point between the frame and the weighing beam as elastic members.
5 shows an embodiment similar to FIGS. 1 to 4, with the difference, however, that the arms 20-21 and 22-23 of the embodiment according to FIG. 5 have such a cross section that they have elastic bends in the vertical plane and to a lesser extent also in the horizontal plane, in the longitudinal direction of the weighing beam. In the example shown, the arms 20-21 and 22-23 enter bushings of the chassis 24, by means of which they are rigidly clamped and the pins 20, 23 prevent them from being lifted out. The arms are articulated on the cradle ball 11 by means of the pins 21, 22 so as to be pivotable in vertical planes.
In this embodiment, the arms 20-21 and 22-23 are rigid at one end and gelen kig attached to the other end and so elastic that they allow movements of the weighing beam in the vertical plane and to a lesser extent in its longitudinal direction. It would of course also be possible the other way round, for the same purpose, to rigidly clamp elastic arms of the same cross section on the weighing beam and to fasten them in an articulated manner to the chassis.
The ends of the arms could also be rigidly clamped in the chassis as well as on the weighing beam, provided that the arms are sufficiently elastic, e.g. B. as leaf springs to allow the above-mentioned movements of the weighing beam with respect to the chassis.
