Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern und Umrühren von Nahrungs- und Genu & mitteln. Bei den bisher bekannten Vorrichtungen zum Zerkleinern und. Umrühren von Na.h_ rungs- und Genussmitteln wurde es als ein Mangel empfunden., dass dieselben nur mit einem einzigen Behälter zur Aufnahme des zu bearbeitenden Gutes ausgerüstet waren. Der Behälter mit, dem diese.
Vorrichtungen ausgcrü@stet waren, war für -die Bearbeitung grösserer Quantitäten des Bea.rbeitungs,gutes ungeeignet, er war aber auch unpraktisch, wenn es sich nur um die Bearbeitung ver hältnismässig kleiner Quantitäten handelte.
Diesem Übelstand soll durch die vorlie gende Erfindung abgeholfen werden. Die selbe bezieht sieh auf eine Vorrichtung zum Zerkleinern und Umrühren von Nahrungs- und Genussmitteln, und zwar zeichnet sieh dieselbe .dadurch aus, dass sie Mittel auf w < li3t, die ein Verarbeiten verschieden grosser Quantitäten Z'crarbeitungsbut, innert gewis sen Grenzen ermöglichen.
Auf heiliebender Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin@dunbsbegen- standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine.

der Vorrichtung ge mäss diem zweiten Ausführungsbeispiel und Fig. 4 eine Einzelheit in grösserem Mass stab dieser Vorrichtung, zum Teil im ,Schnitt. Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach den Fig. 1 und 2 ist mit 1 ein Gehäuse bezeichnet, in welchem ein Antriebsaggregat, z, B. ein Elek tromotor oder eine Wasserturbine usw. un tergebracht ist.
Die in der Zeichnung nicht näher dargestellte Motorwelle steht Übereine nicht dargestellte Wellenkupplung mit der Messerwelle 2 in lösbarer Verbindung. Die Messerwelle 2 trägt eine Anzahl zur Zer kleinerung und Mischung- des V erarbeitungs- gutes dienende Organe) 3!. Einzelne dieser Or- glane sind messerartig, andere schaufel- bzw. propellerartig ausgebildet.
Über dem Gehäuse 1 ist der Behälter 4, der z. B. aus Glas, Metall oder Kunststoff <B>0.</B>
gebildet sein kann, mit. dem Boden 5 ange ordnet. Die. Einfüllöffnun- des Gehäuses ist mit einem Deckel 6, versehen. Die Verbin dung zwischen Behälterboden und: Behä'lter- ha.ls ist, gemäss domdargestellten Ausfüh rungsbeispiel mittels eines Gewindes 7 be werkstelligt, wobei ein Dichtungsring 8'1 zwi schengelegt ist. Anstatt eines. Gewindes könnte auch ein. Bajou ettveirschluss oder der gleichen vorgesehen sein.
Tau Betrieb wird das zu zerkleinernde bzw. zu mischende Gut in dem Behälter 4, welcher mit. dem Boden 5 verbunden ist, ein- g@düllt, worauf der Behälter auf das Gehäuse 1. aufgesetzt wird und wobei die Kupplung der Messerwelle 2 mit. der nicht gezeichneten Motorwelle bewerkstelligt wird. Zwecks Be- arbe,itung .des in den Behälter eingefüllten Gutes setzt man den nicht dargeste'lbten An. triebsmotor in Tätigkeit.
Ist der Zerkleine- rungs- bzw. Mischprozess beendigt, so nimmt man den Behälter 4 samt dem Boden 5 und -der in letzterem gplageirten Messerwelle 2 vom Gehäuse 1 ab, worauf man .den Behälter inhalt entleeren kann.
Hierauf wird der Bo den 5, des Behälters 4 mitsamt der Messer welle 2, abgeschraubt, worauf ssowoh1 ,der Be hälter 4 wie auch der Boden 5 und die Zer- kleinerungu- und Mischorgane bequem<B>ge-</B> reinigt werden können.
Die Vorrichtung .gemäss ,dem beschriebenen Ausführungs#b,enspiel ermöglicht je nach Quantum und Art dos zu bearbeitenden Gutes den Bebälter 4 durch einen! grösseren, 4a, oder 4b (Fig. 1 strichpunktiert gezeichnet) oder einen kleineren zu ersetzen,
wobei als èinzige Voraussetzung die Übereinstimmung .des am Behälterhals vorgesehenen Gewinde teils mit dem am Boden 5 vorgesehenen Ge windeteil ist.
Das Ausführungsbeispiel nach ,den Fig. 3 und 4 .dient dem nämlichen, Zweck wie das voAeschriebene, es unterscheidet sieh von demselben hauptsächlich dadurch, dass der Behälter aus :
dr i miteinander durch Auf stecken verbindbaren Teilen 4, 4' und 4" be steht, so -dass man je nach Quantum und Art .des zu bearbeitenden Gutes den Behälter durch Verb össern bzw. Verkleinern den je weiligen Bedürfnissen anpassen kann. Zwecks guter Albdichtung der einzelnen Behälterteile ist zwischen denselben, je ein Dichtungsring 9 (Fig.4) vorgesehen.
Die Vorteile der beschriebenen Vorrich tung bestehen darin, dass sie den jeweiligen Bedürfnissen leicht angepasst werden. kann, dass sie ferner eine bequeme Reinigung von Behä1teT sowie der Zerkleinerungs- und Mischorgane ermöglicht.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung könnte in ihren Einzelheiten auch anders als gezeich net ausgebildet sein, ohne dass :dadurch das Wesen der Erfindung beeinträchtigt würde.

According to the described embodiment, the device allows the container 4 to be processed by a! larger ones, 4a, or 4b (Fig. 1 shown in dash-dotted lines) or to replace a smaller one,
The only prerequisite is that the thread provided on the container neck partially matches the threaded portion provided on the bottom 5.
The embodiment according to FIGS. 3 and 4 serves the same purpose as the one described above, it differs from the same mainly in that the container consists of:
