Description
Electric oven with artificial air circulation for space heating. The subject of the invention is an electric oven with internal air circulation for space heating, which oven can be:
, shows that it is limited in the ground plan, circular. and in its interior an impeller provided with an electric drive and a vertical axis and the whole thing is constructed in such a way that the driven impeller sucks in air above the furnace and through a. All around the impeller, arranged electric heating element is conveyed out of the furnace in a horizontal direction on all sides.
The accompanying drawing shows an exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention schematically, namely shows; 1 shows a view of the furnace, FIG. 2 shows a cross section along the line C-D in FIG. 3 and FIG. 3 shows a cross section along the line 1-B in FIG.
The upper housing part 1 with an upwardly directed bulge la -points on the circumference of a cylindrical central part. 1b evenly distributed ventilation inlet openings 4.
An electric motor 2 and an impeller 3, which is seated on its lower shaft end and provided with a vertical axis, are fastened coaxially to part 1 on the latter. The upper part 1 is connected to the non-perforated lower housing part 1 by several supports 5 attached to the latter, of which three supports are .longer than the others and are used to attach three feet 10.
The spacing of the parts 1, 1 'from one another is carried out by sleeves 11, 12, 13 traversed by the connecting supports 5, the latter made of electrical insulating material, and guide plates 6, 7. The sleeves 1.3 carry the heating coil 9 in grooves, which latter are shielded by the sheets 6 and 7 downwards or evenly. A wire braid 8 is stretched between the peripheries of the sheets and 7, which protects the heating coil 9 against damage from the outside.
Parts 1, 11, 7, 13, 6, 1'2 and 10 are held together by nuts 5a on supports 5. To carry the furnace, a bracket, not shown, is attached to the upper part 1.
The total height of the furnace is at most 2: 0 cm. During operation, air to be heated is sucked in above the upper part 1 of the furnace through the openings 4 and at the bottom through the sides around the. Impeller. 3 arranged electric radiator 9 in the horizontal direction near all sides it warms through the grid 8 to the outside from .dem seen in the group plan circular be bordered furnace encountered.
The metal sheets 6 and 7, which are spaced apart from the housing parts 1 'and 1, help ensure that the temperature of the housing does not rise too high. The heat-insulating feet 10 can also serve to support the furnace. The openings 4 are higher than the air outlet openings in grille B.
