Sicherheits-Einstellschloss.

Security adjustment lock. The invention relates to a security one, stel.I.schlossi.
Security adjustment locks have the advantage over ordinary locks that you do not need a soleplate and therefore no flushing key. lose or forget.
All the well-known safety adjustment locks have an egg-note scale on which letters or numbers are arranged at certain points on the scale distribution. These locks are called bus-bar locks or number locks. A disadvantage of the setting scale, however, is that the scale, in order to be easily adjustable, should be in full love and at eye level.
In other locations or in the dark, opening these locks is difficult or impossible.
According to the invention, this disadvantage is eliminated "by" avoiding the need for a setting scale. with a control button coupled counting lock with perceptible setting is applied in the successive switching steps, in such a way that to open the lock from a zero position, a Ge, h,
A number of switching slides is necessary.
If. z. B .. open a correspondingly designed combination tank with a combination number given by means of Jer, or want to set a new combination number, the starting point for the counting of the steps taken is found in a simple manner in an execution in which the number 1, 1, each of the control buttons is made tangible by means of a device,
Üie each gate lock switches off at a certain point in the opening circle of the associated control button. The release of the VersellItose and the setting of a new combination number are made possible with such combination wheel locks by the fact that with each control button a drive for Idas,
The associated Zalingesperre is firmly coupled and that a locking member that can be moved simultaneously with the drive, but is also adjustable in phase, is provided for the bolt of the locking, sohl, aeses, such that the bolt of the locking member is over after turning the adjusting knob an adjustable number of steps,
the zero control is released for opening.
Other inexpensive execution options. can be derived from the description of the exemplary embodiments shown in the drawing, whereby it will also be found that the inventive construction has a very broad field of application compared with the previously known safety devices 'Has.
In FIG. 1, iet shows a front view of a security lock for a suitcase, -; e- shows; FIG. 2 shows a rear view of the safety, ssh losses according to FIG. 1; FIG. 3 'shows a front view of a curtain hole;
to which the invention has been applied, and - FIG. 4 - reproduces an underside of the sole shown in FIG. 3, partly in section.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, Idue, safety hole # lloss% 2 is attached to a KüfferkörTer by means of: -four bolts or rivets 3 , while on the Dex , 'kel 4 a closure member 5 from. known shape. is fastened by means of two bolts or rivets 6 .
The buttons 7 and 8 serve to set the combination. After the adjustment has taken place, the versatility link 5 can be unlocked by pushing it down with the latch 10 connected teasing 9 (Fig. 21). On ,
the pins 11 and 12 & r buttons 7 and 8 are toothed combination discs 13- and 14 firmly attached. Unlocking discs 15 -that are pressed onto discs 13 and 14 by springs 1-6 are located on the combination discs . The springs 16 are held in place by means of fastened pins 17 in the pins, 11 and 121.
Each combination unit has a toothing which is assigned a pawl 21 for the disc 1,3 and a pawl 20 for the disc 14-. is. With wire locking pawl 20 it can be seen that it is pressed against the disk 14 by a spring 27 and has a protruding dough 19 , which is marked with & n Z. # ,
Hn-en the slice 14 in engagement. The pawl 51 is pressed against the washer 13 by a spring 26 .
When you turn the buttons 7 and 8 you can clearly feel and hear every # coaming # old-fashioned, nft by the protruding parts, the pawls 20 and 21 (19 for the pawl 920) in each case na-.li on the outside and fall back into: the next tooth.
Any combination disc! -has a non-toothed part that is for: the disc. 14 with 18 , and of course you can eat, ssli r-edht, cl # eutliell walir, when, the nose 19, sweeps over this part. The non-galvanized part 18 of the combination, süheibe 14 has a diameter that corresponds to the outer diameter:
this bleak. spouted from the galvanized part, and forms the zero position #this disc, and the disc 13 has a corresponding zero position.
Each locking washer has a slot that is numbered 28 for #die, Solleibc, 13. Because the locking disks are now pressed resiliently against the combination disks 13 and 14, they are normally taken along by the combination disks when they are turned.
By rotating the disks 13 and 14 by a specific number of counts, the slot 212-of the disk 15 can protrude-. the part 2, 3, of the bar, 10 opposite.gestel-lt and in a corresponding manner also, the slot of the not shown other locking disk to the protruding part 24.
If the bolt 10 is now pushed down, eo, the protruding parts 28 and 214- no longer hit the edges of the unlocking disk. The bolt 110 can thus be moved down by means of the cam 9 sG, the locking link 5 pops open and the case cover can be opened .
In order to close the lid again, bring the part of the locking link together-wiTken- with the bolt into the recess 1.07 of the bolt and turn it ; the buttons, 7 and 8 continue by any number of steps, with the slots from the. protruding parts 2ss and 24 are turned away.
In order to coffin that the Riegeg 10 is always brought into its locking position, a spring 25 is provided, which constantly presses the Riegell 10 up.
To set a new combination, the bolt 10 in, the unlocking position of the locking washers, in the as, o, the contactors 52, in front of the cams, 2,3 < / B> and 24 lie, held down so that the locking washers 15 are locked.
The disks 13 and 14 are now placed in their nuillist # el.lun.o "in, 4 of which the non-toothed inner parts lie below the noses of the pawls 20 and 2, 1 .
The position of the combination disks 1,3 and 14 in relation to the locking disks Iä is then set by means of the buttons 7 and 8 , by turning #these] buttons by a few steps according to the 'selected combination number. If you z. If, for example, you turn button 7 three steps and button 8 seven steps further, the combination number 37 is determined.
The bar 10 is now released, so that # # this jumps into: #clie locking step and the seliloss is locked.
If the buttons 7 and 8 are now turned any further, remove the viewing cord 252 from the unlocking mechanism, so that the lock is no longer open can be.
To open the Sel-i-loss again, you turn the two knobs back to the zero position, r. If the number 37 is set in Jaraufliin, the points 22 of the unlocking 3süheiben are again in front of the cams 23 and 24, so that the bolt 10 using the button 9,
Pulled underneath and the closure can be opened.
In order to prevent unauthorized persons from opening the lock using sensors, there are cams on the upper ends of the locking pawls 20 and 921 cams 218. and < B> 929 provided.
During normal setting and opening, these pins will not come into contact with the cams, 30 and 31 of the bolt, because the pins 2; 8 and 2 ; 9 under the cams 310 and 31 laterally on the outside can be moved and the latter past the noüken 28 and 219 be adjusted downwards when the cams 23 and 24 are brought into engagement with the locking disks.
If, however, the bolt 10 is pressed down to find the slot 2,2 by filling, in that the cams 2 # 3 # and 24 along the smooth edges of the locking washers are en </ B> run until they, who meet SGlilitz # e 22 in front of them, will
the cams 30 and ki 31 see #the Noeken 218 and 219 and prevent a movement of the pawls 20 and 21, which is again the question has that, the combination discs cannot be rotated.
So it is impossible to open the S, ohloZ by ab # fi7tIi, len. When the bolt is pressed down (open) and a new Koinbina-hon is set, you move the knuckles 28 and 2,9 in slots 32,) and 33.
It will be clear - that! the number of dials, not just two, need to be changed, s # or that # also, only one dial or more than two combinations-ssü, that is, s for Can be used.
Auell does not limit the application to case locks, but the invention can e.g. B. also.11 be j \ used # d # et to safes, money boxes, cupboards, doors etc.
The padlock shown in FIGS. 3 and 4 has a housing 314 and a bracket, 35 which can be locked in it. In the closed position, a ver - S-cut of Zes bracket 36 Jedocb, prevented by a bolt N ', which engages in a pair of openings of bracket 4 35 .
The bolt 36f rests against a second bolt 36, which is also mounted in a different manner in the housing 311. On the one hand, displacement of the bolt 36 is prevented by the fact that the protruding parts 37, 38 and 39 of this bolt come into contact with the circumference of three locking disks that Drehb, aT are mounted on pins 40, 41 and 42 fastened in the housing.
Of these locking disks, only the # S-sshe-i-be 43 can be seen in FIG. 4, because the two other disks are covered by the protective disks, ben 44 and 45.
Each unlocking disc has a recess into which, given the steep incline of the locking discs, the protruding parts 37, 381 and 39, can engage, so that the bolt 3G can be calibrated. On the pins 40, 41 and 42 one more combination c, # G'h, eibe disordered,
of which in FIG. 4 only the disk 46 can be oleUtbar. The lugs of the resilient pawls 47, 4, 8 and 49 engage in the teeth of the combination washers.
On the So-IlutzGeheiben # there are springs 5.0 and 51, welühe, the KomJbinati-an6- se, press onto the locking discs. The combination washers each have an toothless part (W) to indicate the zero position. In contrast to the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, the untreated part is designed here in such a way that
that the diameter corresponds to the inner diameter of the teeth. This has the advantage that the pawls 47, 48 and 4 # 9 when the combination disks are turned away are initially pushed outwards from the zero position so that the first switching step can be felt more clearly.
On the front side of the housing 34 are arranged on the pins 40, 4, 11 and 4-95; three buttons 52, äss and 54, by means of which the combination required for opening the lock is set can be. As with the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 and 2, there is no visible display of the position of the buttons 52, 5, 31 and 54.
On the underside of the housing there is also a cam 58, by means of which the bar 36 can be shifted in the horizontal direction after the setting of the combination.
The bracket 315 is provided with a tapered part 5,6 , which is in two protruding brackets 517 and 58 is stored. A spring 519 is fastened to the part 516 , which spring rests against the) bracket 5, 8 and the bracket 315 to push on, tried.
In order to open the lock, the required combination is first set by means of buttons 52, 531 and 54, whereupon the bolt 36 - by means of the cam 5 ä is shifted in the horizontal direction, where the protruding parts 3, 7, 38 and 39 enter the recesses Jer on locking washers.
The shifting of the latch 316 ' that takes place in the process releases the wire bracket 35 , so, yes, this is released by the spring 59 is moved up. If necessary, the bracket can be rotated, 315, nunmek in order to remove the lock from the object that has been removed.
To close the lock again, the bracket 35 is pressed down against the action of the 59 , with the bolt 310 is first lifted back and then released, after which the combination washers can be rotated as desired. The springs 63 and 6-4 bring the bars 3,6 and 36 ' into their locked position.
A new combination is set in exactly the same way as with the quotation na # o "h 4-en Figs. 1 and 2, by opening the Nossken 5,5 in 4s Position of the lock back, back-up #.
kt is held and in this position of the cam the combination discs are adjusted from the zero position while counting the number of steps. The opening of the lock by sensing is prevented by the fact that the pawls 47, 48 and 49 when the cam 55 is pressed onto the protruding parts # 60, 61 and < B> 62 of the latch 36 push so that; the combination washers are locked against rotation.
