Fig. 2 zeigt die Vorrichtung im Aufriss.
Method and device for removing loose material from one
Storage container and for feeding the goods to a machine.
The present invention relates to a method and a device for removing pourable goods, in particular long-leaf tea, pasta and the like, from a storage container, and for feeding the goods to a machine, e.g. B. to an automatic weighing machine and the like.
For this. Purpose known methods and devices. are very suitable for the perfect demand of so-called @ bulky @ goods such as long-leaf tea, pasta, and the like. The reliable generation and maintenance of an even, loose material flow is not guaranteed with known methods.
According to the invention, with a rotating, with pre-sampling elements such. B.
Juices or the like, equipped conveyor organ, z. B. drum, conveyor belt, roller or the like, the product to be conveyed at the bottom of the Vorra.tsbehälter and transferred to a conveyor rocker, whose secondary conveyance is at least approximately matched to that of the rotating conveyor element.
This procedure allows. even with extremely unfavorable products the desired, reliable production and. Maintaining an even. to achieve a looser flow of material in that the material removed from the container by the conveying element a, us and thereby loosened is conveyed further in a loose form thanks to the oscillating movement of the forward rocker.
In the accompanying drawing, the device according to the invention is shown in one embodiment, a. n Hand of which the method according to the invention is described, for example. illustrated schematically.
Fig. 1 shows the device in side elevation, partially in section.
Fig. 2 shows the device in elevation.
In the lower end of a storage container 1, a rotatably arranged roller 2 is installed in such a way that it almost completely closes off the lateral recess 3 of the container.
The roller 2, which carries protruding pins 4 evenly distributed on its surface, rotates in the fixed bearings 5 and 6 arranged on the Xasehinen frame. The drive of the roller 2 takes place with the help of means known per se and therefore not shown allow to regulate the speed of the same continuously. In the resting state, the roller 2 closes the container 1 so far that the material M located in it cannot occur.
As soon as the roller 2 is set in rotation, act. the pins 4 onto the surrounding material M and move it out of the container 1 through the small opening 7. and in a very relaxed form. The amount of material which is conveyed out of the container 1 in this way per unit of time depends on the speed of the roller 2.
The size (height) of the opening 7 can be continuously changed as required by moving the slide 8. This makes it possible to create the most favorable conditions for each product to be processed.
The material conveyed out of the container 1 fills via a steeply inclined channel 9 and arrives in a so-called conveyor zippe 10. This is a transport element known per se, which consists of a channel suspended so that it can vibrate and to which a certain oscillation is forced. This is done in such a way that the material fed to this channel is given the required conveying movement. The channel is vibrated by electrical, mechanical, or pneumatic vibrators or the like. generated.
The vibrator that actuates the rocker feeder is designed in such a way that the vibration imposed on the channel and thus the amount of material conveyed per unit of time can be influenced by simple regulation (e.g. by continuously changing the amplitude and / or the frequency of the vibration).
It is thus possible to adjust both the delivery rate of the roller 2 and that of the rocker 10 in a simple manner as required, and the two delivery rates are matched exactly or approximately exactly to one another.
The material removed from the container therefore moves in a uniform flow along the rocker to the desired treatment point. The loosening of the material achieved during removal from the container by the roller provided with pins is maintained when passing through the conveyor rocker thanks to the oscillating movement of the same.
In the described embodiment of the device, a rotating roller is provided at the bottom of the storage container for removing the material to be conveyed.
It goes without saying that any driven endless conveyor belt that is placed around guide rollers and provided with projecting elements could just as well be provided here. Exactly the same effect could be achieved with it.
