Description
Zusatzvorrichtung an Farbbechern für Farbspritzpistolen. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Zusatzvorrichtung an Farbbechern von Farb- spritzpistolen, welche es bei entsprechender Ausbildung ermöglicht, alle festen Bestand teile bis zu feinen Staubkärnern zurückzuhal ten, und damit eine einwandfreie Lackierung zu gewährleisten.
Gemäss der Erfindung weist ,die Zusatzvor- rIehtung ein innen am Rand des Farbbechers der Spritzpistole herausnehmbar arretiertes Einsatzsieb auf.
Für die Arretierung des Einsatzsiebes kann am Rand .des Siebes ein Federring mit n@,ieh innen gebogenen Griffen befestigt sein, mit welchem das Sieb innen am Rand des Bechers angel@lemmt und durch Zusammen drücken der Griffe lösbar und herauszieh- bar ist.
Das Einsatzsieb kann auch zwischen zwei Metallreifen gefasst sein, von welchen der äussere Metallreif zwei Rasten für den Ein- nriff zweier innenseits am Rand des Farb- bechers angeordneter Flachköpfe aufweist.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei beispielsweise Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt, und zwar zeigen: Fig. 1 eine Seitenansicht einer ersten Aus führungsform, teilweise im Schnitt, Fig. 2 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 1, Fig. 3 das in einen Farbbecher einer Spritz pistole eingesetzte Beispiel, Fig. 4 eine Seitenansicht einer zweiten Ausführungsform, teilweise im Schnitt,
Fig. 5 eine Draufsicht zu Fig. 4 und Fig. 6 die in einen Farbbecher einer Spritz pistole eingesetzte zweite Ausführungsform.
Bei der in Fig. 1 und 2 dargestellten ersten Ausführungsform trägt ein fein maschiges Drahtsieb 1 von zylindrischer Form mit flachem Boden aussen an seinem Rand einen Federring 2, dessen Enden als Cxriffe 2' nach einwärts gebogen sind und eine Aussparung ges Siebes durchsetzen.
Durch Zusammendrücken der Griffe 2' kann der Durchmesser des Federringes 2 soviel ver kleinert werden, dass das aus feinem Draht geflecht bestehende und damit verbiegbare Sieb leicht aus dem Farbbecher B (Fig. 3) einer Spritzpistole herausgenommen oder in denselben eingeführt werden kann, und dass 'durch Loslassen der Griffe in der gewünsch ten Stellung durch die Federung des Ringes 2 eine Festlegung des Siebes stattfindet. Die das Einsatzsieb aufweisende Zusatzvorrich tung ist somit innen am Rande des Farb bechers arretiert.
Für die Verwendung dieser Vorrichtung in Farbbechern B (Fig. 3) von Spritzpistolen mit Steigrohr ist in der Mitte des Siebbadens an demselben eine Stauhülse befestigt, durch welche hindurch das Steig rohr B in den Farbbecher eingeführt werden kann, wie dies in Fig. 3 veranschaulicht ist. Das Sieb wird vor dem Einfüllen der Farbe in den Becher angebracht. Die Farbe wird oben in das Sieb geleert, wobei sie gereinigt wird. Beim Spritzen saugt die Pistole die Farbe von unten aus dem Becher durch,das Steigrohr zur Düse.
Bei Farbbechern mit Bajonettverschluss für den Deckel wird ,die in Vig. 4 bis 6 dar gestellte Vorrichtung verwendet. Bei dieser ist der Rand des feinmaschigen Drahtsiebes d zwischen zwei Metallreifen 5, 6 gefasst, von welchen der äussere Reif 6 zwei einander ge genüberliegende, halbkreisförmige Ausneh- mungen 7 als Rasten aufweist.
Beim Ein setzen dieses Siebes in den in Fig. 6 darge stellten Farbbecher B' greifen die Rasten 7 an den beiden innenseits am Rande .des Be chers angeordneten Flachköpfen 8 der Bajo- nettverschlusszapfen 9 an, wodurzh das Ein satzsieb in seiner Stellung im Farbbecher B' gesichert ist. Die Farbe wird -wiederum oben in das Sieb geleert und fliesst beim Spritzen vom an einer an sich bekannten Spritzpistole aufgesetztem Becher B' nach unten in die Düse.
Das Sieb, welches vor dem Einfüllen der Farbe in den Becher angebracht ist, ver hindert, dass Unreinigkeiten in letzteren ge langen können.
Es kann auch die in Fig. 1 und 2 dar gestellte Vorrichtung in den Becher B' nach Fig. 6 eingesetzt werden.

In the first embodiment shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, a fine-meshed wire screen 1 of cylindrical shape with a flat bottom has a spring ring 2 on its edge, the ends of which are bent inwards as Cxiffs 2 'and pass through a recess.
By pressing the handles 2 'together, the diameter of the spring ring 2 can be reduced so much that the mesh made of fine wire and thus bendable sieve can easily be removed from or inserted into the paint cup B (Fig. 3) of a spray gun, and that 'By letting go of the handles in the desired position by the suspension of the ring 2, a definition of the screen takes place. The additional device having the insert sieve is thus locked inside on the edge of the paint cup.
For the use of this device in paint cups B (Fig. 3) of spray guns with a riser pipe, a damming sleeve is attached to the same in the middle of the sieve bath, through which the riser pipe B can be inserted into the paint cup, as illustrated in FIG is. The sieve is attached before the paint is poured into the cup. The paint is emptied into the top of the sieve, where it is cleaned. When spraying, the gun sucks the paint from below from the cup, the riser pipe to the nozzle.
