Siebeinrichtung. Die bisher gebräuchlichen Vibrations- siebe weisen folgende Nachteile auf: Die Rückstände müssen periodisch ausge tragen werden, was auch bei möglichst ver- einfaehter Konstruktion einen kontinuier lichen Betrieb verunmöglicht. Das Anhäu fen der Rückstände auf .dem Sieb bewirkt eine Dämpfung der feinen Schwingungen und damit eine Verringerung der Leistung;
Sieve device. The previously used vibration screens have the following disadvantages: The residues have to be removed periodically, which makes continuous operation impossible, even if the construction is as simplified as possible. The accumulation of residues on the sieve dampens the fine vibrations and thus reduces performance;
the additional strain on the sieve due to the accumulation of residues results in great wear and tear on the sieve, which increases the risk of sieve breakage.
These disadvantages are to be eliminated by the Siebein direction according to the present invention.
According to the invention, the sieve device with at least one vibration sieve has at least one opening on the sieve edge through which the residues are continuously discharged under the influence of the vibrations.
It can e.g. B. two such screens with the same or different perforations be arranged one above the other.
Two embodiments of a sieve device according to the invention are shown in the accompanying drawing, in which FIG. 1 shows a device with a sieve in vertical section.
Fig. 2 is a vertical section through a device with two screens, and Fig. 3 is a plan view of Fig. 1. The screen surface 1 is .by a metal fabric, e.g. B. bronze or brass fabric, ge forms, which is firmly clamped between two frames 2 and 3 and placed on the housing 1. The latter is firmly screwed to the rim 5. On the side of the ring 5, bearings and support of the vibrator 6 are attached, which has an eccentric flywheel 6 '.
When the vibrator 6 rotates, the flywheel 6 'sets the entire system in rapid oscillations of small amplitude. The vibrator 6 is driven either directly by a motor or from a transmission via an elastic string on a pulley 6 ″ to which the flywheel 6 'is cast.
B. four or six rubber buffers or springs 7 on a foundation frame 9, stored. These buffers allow the screen to vibrate.
It has now been shown that with the vibrations with a small amplitude, the residues of the material to be screened tend to migrate in an approximately radial direction towards the screen edge. There they move along the periphery of the sieve edge until they arrive at the opening leading to the snout 11. The residues are continuously discharged through the snout 11.
So that the screen surface can also be cleaned during operation, a ring-shaped flushing pipe 10 provided with spray openings is provided under the screen surface.
Rinsing can be done either continuously or periodically with water or air or a water-air mixture:
In the embodiment according to Fig. 2, two sieves of the type described are arranged one above the other, the upper sieve being supported on a stand 8 which is seated on the foundation frame 9 on which the lower sieve is supported.
By arranging two sieves on top of each other, it is avoided that if the upper sieve breaks, the unpopular product mixes with the sieved product and contaminates it again. The two screens can have the same or different perforations, in which case a further sorting can be achieved.
