Description

  

      Hilfsgerät    zum schonenden Einfüllen von Obst     in    Harasse.    Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft ein       Hilfsäc@rät    zum     schonenden    Einfüllen von  Obst in Harasse und zeichnet sich aus durch  eine     ,starre,    schräg in den zu füllenden     Harass     zu stellende Unterlage, die auf der     obern     Seite eine Polsterung aufweist.  



  Auf der     beigeordneten    Zeichnung ist ein  Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen  standes     dargestellt.     



       Fig.    1 ist eine Seitenansicht desselben und       Fig.    ? eine Ansicht von rechts der     Fig.    1.  Das     gezeichnete    Hilfsgerät besitzt als       starre    Unterlage ein rechteckiges Brett 1,  das auf der obern Seite eine     Polsterung    in  Form eines     Borstenbelages    2 aufweist. Das  Brett 1 bildet also zugleich .die Unterlage und  den Bürstenkörper. An der untern Kante  trägt der Bürstenkörper an den Enden zwei  Rollen 3, mit denen der Bürstenkörper schräg  auf den Boden des mit Obst zu füllenden  Harasses aufgesetzt wird, der in     Fig.    1 mit       gestrichelten    Linien angedeutet ist.

   In der  Nähe des obern Randes ist das Brett 1 mit       einer    länglichen     Durehbrechung    4 versehen,  so dass der darüber befindliche Steg 4' als  Griff benützt werden kann.  



  Beim Gebrauch wird das Hilfsgerät, wie  in     Fig.    1 gezeigt, schräg in den     Harass    ge  stellt, welcher z. B. am Ende einer Obstsor  tiermaschine so aufgestellt wird, dass das  Obst. in F     ig.    1 von rechts     hineinrollt.    Dabei  fällt das Obst auf das     Borstenpolster    und       fül'.t        allmählieh    den Raum über demselben    auf. Durch die Belastung wird das Hilfs  gerät,     evtl,    nach     Anheben    desselben, unten  nach links geschoben, was durch die     Rollen    3  erleichtert wird.

   Damit nun die untersten  Früchte nicht     frei    auf den Boden des     Haras-          ses    fallen können, sind die     Borsten    des Pol  sters 2 nach .dem untern Rand desselben hin  allmählich verlängert, so dass sie sich unter  der Last der Früchte     abwärtsbiegen    und die  letzteren auf den Boden des     Harasses    rollen.  Nach und nach wird dann das Hilfsgerät  nach links gedrängt, bis es aufrecht steht,  worauf es aus dem     Harass    nach oben heraus  gezogen     wird.     



  Mittels des beschriebenen Hilfsgerätes ist  ein sehr rasches und     sehonendes    Abfüllen von  Harassen mit Obst möglich.

  On the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the subject invention is shown.



       Fig. 1 is a side view of the same and Fig. a view from the right of FIG. 1. The auxiliary device shown has a rectangular board 1 as a rigid base which has padding in the form of a bristle covering 2 on the upper side. The board 1 thus forms at the same time. The pad and the brush body. At the lower edge of the brush body has two rollers 3 at the ends, with which the brush body is placed obliquely on the bottom of the crate to be filled with fruit, which is indicated in Fig. 1 with dashed lines.

   In the vicinity of the upper edge, the board 1 is provided with an elongated opening 4 so that the web 4 'located above it can be used as a handle.



  In use, the auxiliary device, as shown in Fig. 1, obliquely ge in the Harass, which z. B. at the end of a Obstsor animal machine is set up so that the fruit. in Fig. 1 rolls in from the right. The fruit falls on the bristle cushion and gradually fills the space above it. Due to the load, the auxiliary device is pushed down to the left, possibly after lifting it, which is facilitated by the rollers 3.

   So that the lowest fruits cannot fall freely to the bottom of the harass, the bristles of the pad 2 are gradually lengthened towards the lower edge of the same, so that they bend downwards under the weight of the fruits and the latter to the floor roll of the harass. The auxiliary device is then gradually pushed to the left until it stands upright, whereupon it is pulled up out of the harass.



  By means of the auxiliary device described, a very quick and gentle filling of crates with fruit is possible.

Claims

PATENT CLAIM: Auxiliary device for the gentle filling of fruit in crates, characterized by a rigid pad to be placed in the crate to be filled at an angle, which has padding on the upper side. SUBClaims: 1. Auxiliary device according to claim, characterized in that the rigid base is provided with a bristle padding. 2. Auxiliary device according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the bristles of the bristle upholstery after one edge of the same to take in length.

3. Auxiliary device according to claim and the dependent claims 1 and 2, characterized in that the edge of the rigid underlay is provided with the longer bristles with rollers, which have the purpose of moving the underlay placed obliquely in a Harass Lighten load-by the fruit.
