Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines Azofarbstoffes. Es wurde gefunden, dass man zu einem neuen, wertvollen Azofa,rbstoff gelangt, wenn man diazotierte 2 - Amino - 4 - äthoxy- 1 ,enzoesäiire mit 2-(4'-P'henoxyphenyl)-amino- a-oxyriaphthalin-7-sulfonsä.ure vereinigt.
Der neue Farbstoff stellt in trockenem Zustand ein dunkles Pulver dar, das die Zellulo,#efaser nach dem ein- oder zweibadi- Oun Nachkupferungsverfahren in violetten Tönen von guter Licht- und Waschechtheit 1\ärbt.
Die Kupplung der diazotierten 2-Amino- l-ä tlioxy-benzoesäure mit der 2-(4'-Phenoxy- ljlienyl)-amino-5-oxynaphtha.lin-7-sulfonsäure crfol@;t vorzugsweise in alkalischem, z. B. al- hali-ea.rbonatalkalischem Medium.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 179 Teile 2-Amino-4-äthoxybenzoesäure v:erden dianotiert und die Diazoverbindung mit einer Lösung, bestehend aus 407 Teilen 2 - (4' - Phenoxy-phenyl) -amino-5-oxynaphtha- lin-7-sulfonsäure, 300 Teilen Natriumcarbo- nat und 2000 Teilen Wasser vereinigt. Nach beendeter Kupplung wird der ausgefallene Monoazofarbstoff abfiltriert und getrocknet.
Process for the preparation of an azo dye. It has been found that a new, valuable azo dye can be obtained if diazotized 2-amino-4-ethoxy-1-enzoic acids are mixed with 2- (4'-phenoxyphenyl) -amino-a-oxyriaphthalene-7- sulfonic acid combined.
When dry, the new dye is a dark powder that tones the cellulosic fibers in purple shades of good lightfastness and washfastness using the one or two bath copper plating process.
The coupling of the diazotized 2-amino-1-oxy-benzoic acid with 2- (4'-phenoxy-ljlienyl) -amino-5-oxynaphtha.lin-7-sulfonic acid is preferably in alkaline, e.g. B. al-hali-ea.rbonate alkaline medium.
<I> Example: </I> 179 parts of 2-amino-4-ethoxybenzoic acid v: ground and the diazo compound with a solution consisting of 407 parts of 2 - (4 '- phenoxyphenyl) -amino-5-oxynaphtha- lin-7-sulfonic acid, 300 parts of sodium carbonate and 2000 parts of water combined.
