Food processor. The invention relates to a food processor for processing (z. B. Mi rule, kneading, grinding, etc.) of food.
Machines of the specified type are known. The housing opening used for introducing an electric motor and a gear used to reduce the speed is covered by a removable plate. In order to be able to put a drive belt around the pulleys arranged on the electric motor and gear, part of the housing side wall close to the disks is designed as a second removable plate.
According to the invention, a Masehine of the type specified above is designed so that the engine, the belt transmission and the transmission of the machine are enclosed in a common housing, which is designed as one piece, a common carrier for the motor and the transmission bil dend Hood and a certain for the introduction of these parts in the hood, closed by a releasably attached plate Publ opening.
With reference to the accompanying drawings, an exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is described below.
In the drawing, Fig. 1 shows the lower part of a food processor from the side with the housing in section and without aas to be driven tool, while Fig. 2 is a perpendicular section through part of the machine. Fig. 3 is a section along the line III-III of Fig. 4 and shows, like the last-mentioned figure, a foot of the machine.
Fig. 5 shows a perspective view of the cover plate ("bottom plate") of the housing, while Fig. 6 views one side of the machine occupying a working position perpendicular to the position shown in Fig. 1 with a working shaft of the protruding from the housing of the machine Gear attached tool (meat grinder) shows.
In the figures, 10 denotes the machine housing. This comprises a quite a few hoods 11 and a base plate 12 covering the opening on the underside of this hood. The drive motor 13 of the machine is housed in the housing 10 and carries a pulley 14 on its shaft end. This is connected by means of a drive belt 15 to another belt pulley 1 (6, which sits on a shaft of the machine's gearbox, which is also mounted in the housing.
The electrical cable of the machine is, in contrast to previously known cow machines, with a holder 17 made of insulating material. firmly connected to the machine and can be attached to or detached from the holder from below. This saves sleeve plugs and sockets. The switch 18 of the machine is mounted on a flange protruding from the gear housing 19.
The motor 13 and the gear housing 19 are introduced through the opening shown in the position of the machine on the underside of the hood 11 in the position shown in FIG. 1 and firmly united with the hood by means of screws 21 screwed into the inside of the hood. The drive belt 15 can, thanks to the space shown in Fig. 2 between the pulleys and the opposite hood wall, which space is about 2/3 of the belt width, through the aforementioned opening of the hood to the pulleys mounted who the. The base plate 12, which is made of sheet metal, is attached to the hood by means of a number of screws 22.
When the sheet is released, also scarf ter and cable holder are accessible through the hood opening, and z. B. a Ausau rule or a repair of the cable can then be easily done. The motor and the gearbox housing, however, are sealed so that they are inaccessible even after the base plate has been removed.
With the base plate, a belt control device, which consists of a triangular tab 23, is combined, as is a tab 24 resting against the motor for guiding the cooling air. The tab 23 is arranged on the plate in such a way that it comes to lie directly opposite the belt pulley 14 in the assembled state.
The feet 25 attached to one side of the base plate 12 are of previously known arrangement and design, while the feet 26 attached to the other side are arranged on the edge of the plate and are designed in such a way that, in the position shown in FIG. which is used in kneading dough, and in the ge in Fig. 6 showed position, which is used in grinding, can serve as feet. In the last-mentioned position, an adjusting screw 28, known per se and combined with the arm frame 27 of the machine, serves as the third foot. B. rubber, executed and fastened by means of an angled sheet metal bracket 29 be, which is embedded in a groove 30 of the rubber foot, so that only the rubber of the base is applied.
The sheet metal bracket 29 eats by means of a rivet 31 on the base plate 12 be fastened. An outer leg 32 of the bracket is parallel to the adjacent side wall of the machine housing, and the end, this leg is embedded in a pocket in the rubber foot.
The feet thus extend around the edge formed by the plate 12 and the adjacent housing wall standing at an angle to the latter, whereby the machine can run on the rubber feet 26 during the rotation from one working position to another. An inner leg 313 of the bracket 29 is inserted like a pin into an opening 34 in the base plate, where the foot 226 is held in relation to the plate 12.
The machine can be provided with one or more working shafts. Feet can be attached in the corners and designed in such a way that such a foot can serve as a support when the machine is set up in three different working positions that form angles with one another.
