Description

  

  Bracelet à maillons     articulés    et procédé     pour    sa     fabrication.       L'objet de la     présente        invention        est    un  bracelet à maillons articulés et     un,    procédé       pour    sa     fabrication.     



  Le     bracelet,est        caractérisé    en ce     qu'il    est       formé    de     deux    sortes de maillons     alternant     dans le     sens,    longitudinal du     bracelet,

      chaque  maillon de la     première        sorte        présentant    à  chaque bout     deux    pivots qui peuvent se dépla  cer     dans        un    logement     transversal        dudit    mail  lon et qu'un     dispositif    élastique tend à pous  ser     vers    l'extérieur de     pe        logement,    et chaque  maillon de l'autre     sorte    comprenant, à chaque  bout,

   deux talons     rabattus    chacun sur le bout  correspondant du maillon     adjacent    de la pre  mière     sorte,    chaque talon présentant sur sa  face     interne,    un trou borgne pour     recevoir    l'un  des     pivots        sus'-mentionnés,    le tout dans le  but que les     articulations    des maillons     entre     eux soient     invisibles.     



  Le procédé est caractérisé en ce que les  maillons de la     première        sorte    et     les        logements     qu'ils     présentent    pour les     pivots    sont obtenus  par étampage.  



  Le dessin ci-annexé représente, à     titre     d'exemple, une forme     d'exécution    de l'objet de  la présente invention.  



  La     fig.    1 en     est    une vue en plan.  



  La     fig.    2 est une coupe par     II-II    et  la     fig.    3 est une coupe par     III-III    de       fig.1.     



  Le bracelet est formé de. deux sortes de  maillons:     _    Les maillons 1 dent la f orme    générale en plan est     rectangulaire    et les       maillons    2 dont la     forme    générale en plan  est     celle    dé     deux    C     acacolés    par leur       partie    médiane.

   Dans chaque maillon 1 sont  pratiqués     deux        logements    transversaux 3,       dans    chacun desquels     est        disposé    un axe  d'articulation     élastiquement        extensible    dans  son sens longitudinal.

   Cet axe     comprend    une  douille médiane 4 dans     laquelle    peuvent     cou-          lisser    deux     pivots    5     qu'un        ressort    6, placé       entre    eux,     tend    toujours à faire sortir de la  douille.

   Dans les maillons 2, les extrémités  libres des C     constituent    des     talons    7     rabattus     sur les borde des maillons 1 et     dans    la face  intérieur de chacun     desquels        est    ménagé un       trou    borgne 8.     Les    pivots 5 des axes peuvent       pénétrer    dans ces     évidements,        assemblant     ainsi     entre    eux les deux     sortes    de     maillons.     



  Chaque maillon pourra     être    fait par  étampage. Dans     les    maillons 1, lors de     l'étam-          page,    on ménagera     les,        deux        logements    3 sé  parés par le sillon 9; on y     introduira    les  axes 4, puis par un nouveau coup     d'étampe     approfondissant le sillon 9, on sertira ces  axes dans les maillons.

  The bracelet is characterized in that it is formed of two kinds of links alternating in the longitudinal direction of the bracelet,

      each link of the first kind having at each end two pivots which can move in a transverse housing of said mail lon and that an elastic device tends to push outwards from the housing, and each link of the other kind comprising, at each end,

   two heels each folded down on the corresponding end of the adjacent link of the first kind, each heel having on its internal face, a blind hole to receive one of the aforementioned pivots, the whole with the aim that the articulations of the links between them are invisible.



  The method is characterized in that the links of the first kind and the housings they have for the pivots are obtained by stamping.



  The accompanying drawing represents, by way of example, an embodiment of the object of the present invention.



  Fig. 1 is a plan view.



  Fig. 2 is a section through II-II and FIG. 3 is a section through III-III of fig.1.



  The bracelet is formed from. two kinds of links: _ Links 1 tooth the general shape in plan is rectangular and the links 2 whose general shape in plan is that of two C acacolated by their middle part.

   In each link 1 are formed two transverse housings 3, in each of which is disposed an elastically extensible hinge pin in its longitudinal direction.

   This pin comprises a central bush 4 in which two pivots 5 can slide, which a spring 6, placed between them, always tends to release from the bush.

   In the links 2, the free ends of the C constitute heels 7 folded over the edges of the links 1 and in the inner face of each of which is made a blind hole 8. The pivots 5 of the pins can penetrate into these recesses, thus assembling between them both kinds of links.



  Each link can be made by stamping. In the links 1, during the stamping, the two housings 3 separated by the groove 9 will be provided; we will introduce the pins 4, then by a new stamping deepening the groove 9, we will crimp these pins in the links.

Claims

CLAIMS I. Bracelet with articulated links, characterized in that it is formed of two kinds of lons alternating in the longitudinal direction of the bracelet, each link of the first kind having, at each end, two pivots which can move in one transveTsal housing of said link and that an elastic device tends to push towards the outside of this housing,

and each link of the other kind comprising, at each end, two heels ra each beat on the corresponding end of the adjacent link of the first kind, each heel having, on its internal face, a blind hole to receive one of the pivots aforementioned, all with the aim that the articulations of the links between them are invisible. II.

Process for the manufacture of the brace let according to claim I, characterized in that the links of the first outlet and the housings which they present for the pivots are obtained by stamping. SUB-CLAIMS 1.

Bracelet according to Claim I, characterized in that each link of the first kind has two bushings each arranged transversely in one of said housings, and each containing a spring placed in the middle part,

between two terminal pins that this spring tends to push towards the outside of the sleeve. 5 #, A method according to claim II for the manufacture of a bracelet according to sub-claim 1, characterized in that .in each link of the first kind, by stamping, a housing for each of said bushings, have them in these accommodations,
