Melkstuhl. Die bisherigen Melkstühle bestanden aus Holz, welche ihre Aufgabe durchaus erfüll ten, wenn sie gut sowie solid gearbeitet waren und in trockenen Räumen aufbewahrt wur den.
Nachteilig war dagegen, dass sie Unge ziefer Unterschlupf zu bieten vermochten und dass an ihnen Schmutz gut anhaftete, wodurch sie den hygienischen Anforderungen nicht voll entsprachen. Ferner begann in feuchten Räumen durch das Ziehen des Hol zes die Stabilität dieser bekannten Melk stühle zu leiden. Gut bearbeitete Melkstühle aus Hartholz sind heute in der Herstellung nicht billig.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist nun ein Melkstuhl, welcher die erwähnten den hölzernen Ausführungen anhaftenden Nachteile behebt. Der erfindungsgemässe Melkstuhl zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass sein Sitzkörper und die Beinstütze desselben aus einem einzigen korrosionsfesten Leichtmetall körper gebildet sind.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielswei sen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und es zeigt: Fig. 1. eine Seitenansicht und Fig. 2 einen teilweisen Vertikalschnitt. Der Melkstuhl besteht aus einem Sitz körper 1 und einer Beinstütze 2. Der Sitz körper 1 ist im Grundriss rund und umfangs- seits mit einer Randverstärkung d versehen.
Der Sitzkörper ist nach unten gewölbt, zwar so, da.ss eine nach unten bombierte Sitzfläche 4 entsteht. Die Beinstütze 2 verläuft leicht konisch nach unten sich verjüngend und geht in den Spitz 5 über.
Das Ganze besteht aus. einem einzigen, korrosionsfesten Leichtmetall-Gussstück, vor teilhaft aus Aluminium oder einer Alumi- niumlegierung, z. B. Anticorrodal.
Der beschriebene Melkstuhl ist zufolge seiner Korrosionsfestigkeit und seiner harten wasserabstossenden Oberfläche in hygieni- sch@er Beziehung einwandfrei. Feuchtigkeit hat auf die Struktur und Stabilität keinen Einfluss und Ungeziefer kann sich an diesem nicht ansammeln, resp. einnisten, ebenfalls kann kein Schmutz eindringen. Der Melk stuhl kann sehr leicht gereinigt werden und erhält immer ein sauberes Aussehen.
Die Beinstütze kann anstatt aus einem Bein, wie die Zeichnung zeigt, auch z. B. drei- oder ' mehrbeinig sein.
Milking stool. The previous milking stools were made of wood, which certainly did their job if they were well and solidly worked and were stored in dry rooms.
The disadvantage, however, was that they were able to offer vermin shelter and that dirt adhered well to them, which meant that they did not fully meet the hygienic requirements. Furthermore, the stability of these known milking stools began to suffer in damp rooms due to the pulling of the wood. Well-made hardwood milking stools are not cheap to manufacture today.
The subject of the present invention is now a milking stool which overcomes the aforementioned disadvantages inherent in wooden designs. The milking stool according to the invention is characterized in that its seat body and the leg support of the same are formed from a single corrosion-resistant light metal body.
In the accompanying drawing, the subject matter of the invention is shown in an exemplary embodiment, and it shows: FIG. 1 a side view and FIG. 2 a partial vertical section. The milking stool consists of a seat body 1 and a leg support 2. The seat body 1 is round and circumferentially provided with an edge reinforcement d in plan.
The seat body is curved downwards in such a way that a downwardly convex seat surface 4 is created. The leg support 2 is slightly conical, tapering downwards and merges into the point 5.
The whole consists of. a single, corrosion-resistant light metal casting, before geous made of aluminum or an aluminum alloy, z. B. Anticorrodal.
The described milking stool is hygienic because of its resistance to corrosion and its hard water-repellent surface. Moisture has no influence on the structure and stability and vermin cannot accumulate on it, resp. nest, also no dirt can penetrate. The milking stool can be cleaned very easily and always looks clean.
The leg support can instead of one leg, as the drawing shows, also z. B. three or 'be multi-legged.
