Siedlungshaus Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Siedlungshaus, das
so . eingerichtet ist, daß gleichzeitig Stallungen für Kleintiere vorgesehen sind,
ohne- daß der Zweck des Eigenheims selbst oder sein Aussehen durch die Stallungen
in irgendeiner Weise beeimrträchtigt wird. Zu diesem Zwecke ist 'rund um das Haus
oder auch nur teilweise um dasselbe ein, Anbau gelegt, der von dem Keller aus zugänglich
ist und als Stallung. für Kleintiere oder auch als Vorratsraum Verwendung findet.
Der Boden der Stallung ist höher gelegt als der Kellerboden,, und zwar etwa in Brusthöhe
des Menschen, so daß der Stall bequem gereinigt und bedient werden kann. Andererseits
kann dieser Vorbau auch gleichzeitig als Terrasse für das Haus dienen, wenn seine
Decke entsprechend ausgebildet und mit einem Geländer versehen isst. Die Stallung
als solche verschwindet gegenüber dem Haus, so daß das Aussehen als Eigenheim und
Wohnhaus gewahrt bleibt, während andererseits die Stallung von dem Haus doch so
getrennt ist, daß :eine Belästigung nicht eintritt, namentlich wenn eine entsprechende
Lüftung, die ohne weiteres in bekannter Weise angebracht werden kann, vorgesehen
isst. Die Tiere können von außen in die Stallungen gebracht werden, während das
Füttern von innen her erfolgt. In der Zeichnung ist ein Siedlungshaus gemäß der
Erfindung dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Abb. z .eine Ansicht von vorn. Abb. a ist
der zugehörige Grundriß. Abb.3 zeigt eine Ansicht von der Seite, und Abb. 4. ist
