Description
Aufspannvorrichtung für Werkzeugmaschinen. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist eine Auf- spannvorrichtun,g für Werkzeugmaschinen. Sie zeichnet sich gegenüber andern, bekann ten, schwenkbaren Aufspannvorrichtungen dadurch aus, dass ein Winkelkörper mit senk recht zueinander stehenden Schenkeln, dessen beide Schenkel als Werkstückaufspannflä chen ausgebildet sind, auf einem ebenfalls als Winkelkörper ausgebildeten Träger, welcher auf der Werkzeugmaschine festzuspannen ist, schwenkbar angeordnet ist, .das Ganze derart,
dass durch Festziehen von Spann schrauben der Winkelkörper in der Arbeits stellung am Träger festgehalten und nach Lösen der Spannschrauben in eine andere Lage geschwenkt werden kann.
Die Zeichnung zeigt eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform der Aufspannvorrichtung gemäss der Erfindung.
Fig. 1 ist eine Ansicht derselben in Pfeilrichtung der Fig. 2, und Fig. 2 zeigt einen Schnitt mit verstell tem Winkelkörper nach der Linie A-A der Fig. 1.
In der Zeichnung ist mit 1 der Winkel körper bezeichnet, dessen beide Schenkel senkrecht zueinander stehen und welcher durch seine Seitenwände 5 mittels der Pass schraube 3 auf .dem ebenfalls als Winkel- körper ausgebildeten Träger 2 schwenkbar gelagert ist. Durch Festziehen der beiden Spannschrauben 4, welche den Träger 2 mit den Seitenwänden 5 durch die in diesen an geordneten Kreislanglöcher 6 verbinden, lässt sich der Winkelkörper 1 in der gewünsch ten Arbeitsstellung am Träger festhalten. Die beiden Schenkel des Körpers 1 sind als Aufspannflächen 7, 8 ausgebildet. Nach Lösen der Schrauben 4 kann der Körper 1 auf dem Träger 2, der auf einer Werkzeug maschine befestigt ist, verschwenkt werden.

In the drawing, 1 denotes the angle body, the two legs of which are perpendicular to one another and which is pivotably mounted through its side walls 5 by means of the fitting screw 3 on the carrier 2, which is also designed as an angle body. By tightening the two clamping screws 4, which connect the carrier 2 to the side walls 5 through the circular elongated holes 6 in these, the angle body 1 can be held in the desired working position on the carrier. The two legs of the body 1 are designed as mounting surfaces 7, 8. After loosening the screws 4, the body 1 can be pivoted on the carrier 2, which is attached to a machine tool.
