Description
Soil cultivation machine with motor-driven work roller and vacuum cleaner connection. It is known to assign additional units to vacuum cleaners for the application possibilities. the vacuum cleaner to vermeh Ren. Such additional units can, for.
B. exist in a small planer, chip or Bloch machine, which have the advantage over conventional machines of this type that, with a suitable design, the lifted soil material is sucked off by the suction of the vacuum cleaner fan.
However, this advantage always lapses if it is not possible to concentrate the suction effect on the processed soil piece, so that the material lifted off by the work roller is also completely sucked off.
The soil cultivation machine according to the invention with a motor-driven work roller and vacuum cleaner connection is characterized in that it has a sealing hood which is rotatably arranged on the housing. This sealing hood is expediently mounted coaxially to the roller axis, for example on two outer journals of the housing.
In order to limit the suction effect of the vacuum cleaner to a work surface given by the size of the sealing hood and thus to achieve perfect suction, the sealing hood is expediently provided with a seal at the bottom, which seals the floor.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject invention is shown. FIG. 1 shows a section along the line I-I in FIG. 2.
FIG. 2 shows a section along line II-II in FIG. 1 and FIG. 3 shows a section along line III-III in FIG. 2.
1 with the housing of the soil cultivation machine is designated, which carries the drive motor 2 of the work roller 3 in its upper part, which z. B. can be designed as a Blocher, Späner or plane. Through the belt 4, the drive of the motor is transmitted to the vertically adjustable La like 5 rotatable work roll. The suction nozzle 6 is used for connection to the vacuum cleaner, not shown.
The sealing hood 7 seals with two edges 8 on edges 9 of the housing. The edges 8 and 9 are bent cylindrically about an axis parallel to them, which in the operating position coincides with that of the work roll. For better sealing, a seal z. B. made of felt or rubber between tween the edges 8 and 9 be inserted.
The sealing hood is held in place by two sides that are coaxial to the roller axis. Zap fen 10 of the housing, the bearing parts 11 of the hood are connected to cover pieces 12, which include the pins, so that the whole machine is on the for better sealing with a .of soft material, such as. B. rubber or felt, existing up device strips provided hood edge is supported against the ground. The sealing hood is now always flat on the processed floor surface.
The relative rotation of the sealing hood with respect to the housing is made possible by the mounting of the hood on the housing zap 10, as a result of which this hood is held rotatably about the axis of the work roll. The seal between the housing and the hood, the relative position of which changes continuously during operation, is BEZW by the edges 9 and 8 of the housing. the hood.
The fact that the hood rests on the floor results in the sealing hood entering during operation. certain, their size corresponding space around the work place of the roller is closed in such a way that the suction of the vacuum cleaner fan can come fully into effect and the processed chips BEZW. the removed dirt can be completely sucked, which would not be the case without this seal. The usefulness of this tillage machine with a vacuum cleaner connection thus depends on this waterproofing device, which is guaranteed in the exemplary embodiment.
