Description

  

      Kochplatte.       Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kochplatte  für mit festem Brennstoff zu beheizende  Feuerherde, welche sich dadurch auszeichnet,  dass sie aus zwei Teilen besteht, von denen  der obere     aus    einer oben ebenen Scheibe     mit     mindestens einem     Abdichtfalz        gebildet    ist,  während der andere Teil als Scheibe mit nach  unten ragenden Vorsprüngen     ausgebildet    und  am ersten Teil befestigt ist. Zweckmässiger  weise sind die beiden Teile der Platte lösbar  miteinander verbunden.  



  In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungs  beispiel der     erfindungsgemässen        Kochplatte     dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt den obern Teil der Platte in  Draufsicht und       Fig.    2 im Schnitt.  



       Fig.    3 ist ein Schnitt durch den untern  Teil der Platte.  



       Fig.    4 zeigt die Kochplatte in Seiten  ansicht und       Fig.    5 in Ansicht von unten.  



  Die dargestellte Kochplatte besteht aus  zwei Teilen 1 und 2. Der obere Teil besteht       aus    einer Scheibe 1, die oben eben     ist    zum  Aufsetzen von Kochtöpfen. Auf seiner Unter  seite ist am Rande eine     Ringfalz    3 angeord  net, der     einen    rauch- und     russdichten    Ab  schluss zwischen Kochplatte und Herd ge  währleistet. Es könnte auch mehr als ein       Abdichtfalz    vorgesehen sein. Ferner ist auf  der Unterseite der Scheibe 1     ein    zylindrischer  Rand 4 angeordnet, der eine     herausgearbeitete          Ausnehmung    5 begrenzt. Diese nimmt den    zweiten Plattenteil - eine Scheibe 2 - auf.

    Der     Aussendurchmesser    der Scheibe 2 ent  spricht dem Durchmesser der     Ausnehmung    5,  so dass die Scheibe 2 zentriert     ist.     



  Die Scheibe 2 kann durch Vernietung  oder     Anschweissung    fest mit der     Oberplatte     1 verbunden sein.     Zweckmässigerweise    wird  aber die untere Scheibe 2 lösbar mit der       obern.    Platte 1 durch Schrauben     verbunden,     und zwar vorteilhaft in der Weise, dass die  Schrauben den Rand 4 der     obern    Scheibe  radial     durchsetzen        und        in    radiale Gewinde  bohrungen im Rand 2a des Teils 2     eingreifen.     



  Die untere Scheibe 2 weist auf der Unter  seite ein Rippenkreuz 6     (Fig.    5) sowie eine  Anzahl über den Umfang und radial verteil  ter Zapfen 7 auf.  



  Das Rippenkreuz sowie die Zapfen dienen  dazu, die von den Heizgasen     bestrichene     Fläche möglichst gross zu halten, so dass ein       möglichst    guter     Wärmeübergang    sich ergibt.  Die Rippen dienen ferner zur Versteifung  der     Kochplatte,    um     Deformationen    durch die       Wärmewirkung    zu vermeiden.  



  Bei lösbarer Verbindung der Plattenteile  lässt sich der Unterteil für verschieden  grosse Oberteile verwenden. Die     Platte    wirkt  als Wärmespeicher und die Rippen und  Zapfen ermöglichen ferner eine möglichst  gute Ausnützung der     Heizkraft    der Ver  brennungsgase.  



  Die     Kochplatte    ermöglicht bei vollstän  digem Abschluss der Herdöffnung ein rein-           liches    Kochen wie bei einem elektrischen  Herd.



      Hotplate. The invention relates to a hotplate for fireplaces to be heated with solid fuel, which is characterized in that it consists of two parts, the upper part of which is formed from a flat disc with at least one sealing fold, while the other part is a disc downwards protruding projections is formed and attached to the first part. The two parts of the plate are expediently connected to one another in a detachable manner.



  In the drawing, an embodiment example of the hotplate according to the invention is shown.

  The cooking plate shown consists of two parts 1 and 2. The upper part consists of a disc 1, which is flat at the top for placing cooking pots. On its underside, a ring fold 3 is arranged on the edge, which ensures a smoke- and soot-proof closure between the hotplate and stove. More than one sealing fold could also be provided. Furthermore, a cylindrical edge 4 is arranged on the underside of the disk 1 and delimits a recess 5 that has been worked out. This takes the second plate part - a disk 2 - on.

    The outside diameter of the disk 2 corresponds to the diameter of the recess 5, so that the disk 2 is centered.



  The disk 2 can be firmly connected to the top plate 1 by riveting or welding. Appropriately, however, the lower disk 2 is releasable with the upper one. Plate 1 connected by screws, advantageously in such a way that the screws penetrate the edge 4 of the upper disk radially and engage radial threaded bores in the edge 2a of the part 2.



  The lower disc 2 has on the underside a rib cross 6 (Fig. 5) and a number of pins 7 distributed over the circumference and radially ter.



  The cross ribs and the pins serve to keep the area covered by the heating gases as large as possible, so that the best possible heat transfer results. The ribs also serve to stiffen the hotplate in order to avoid deformations due to the effect of heat.



  With a detachable connection of the plate parts, the lower part can be used for differently sized upper parts. The plate acts as a heat store and the ribs and pins also enable the best possible utilization of the heating power of the combustion gases.



  When the stove opening is completely closed, the hotplate enables clean cooking like an electric stove.
