Description
Metallbearbeitungsvorrichtung. Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Metallbearbeitungsvorrichtung. Er findungsgemäss zeichnet sich dieselbe dadurch aus, dass in einem Gehäuse eine hin- und herbewegbare Schubstange gelagert ist, an welcher ein spanabhebendes Werkzeug von länglicher Form angeordnet ist, das durch im Gehäuse untergebrachte Übertragungs organe mit einem drehbaren Antriebsorgan in Bewegungsverbindung steht, welches so ausgebildet ist, dass es mit einer Welle ge kuppelt werden kann, wobei es., wenn es ro tiert, das Werkzeug hin- und herbewegt, das Ganze derart, dass mittels der Vorrichtung in Löchern Feil- und Sägearbeiten ausgeführt werden können.
Bei einer Ausführungsform weisen die Übertragungsorgane ein Schubkurbelgetriebe auf und sind an dem genannten Gehäuse Mittel für die lösbare Befestigung desselben an einer elektrischen Handbohrmaschine an geordnet, wobei das genannte Antriebsorgan aus einer aus. dem Gehäuse vorstehenden, in das Bohrfutter der Bohrmaschine einspann baren Antriebswelle besteht.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan des im Achsialschnitt dargestellt, und zwar ist diese als ein mit einer elektrischen Hand bohrmaschine kombinierter Handapparat aus gebildet.
Die dargestellte Vorrichtung weist ein zweiteiliges Getriebegehäuse 1, 2 auf, wobei die Gehäuseteile durch Schrauben 3 mitein- ander verschraubt sind. Im Gehäuseteil 1 ist ; in einer Lagerbohrung 4 eine Antriebswelle 5 gelagert, welche einen an dem Gehäuse vorstehenden Teil aufweist, der in das Bohr futter 6 einer elektrischen Handbohrmaschine 7 eingespannt ist und innerhalb des Gehäu ses ein Kegelzahnrad 8 trägt. In einem Lagerauge des Gehäuseteils 1 ist von innen im rechten Winkel zur Welle 5 eine Achse 9 eingeschraubt, die von aussen durch eine Mut ter<B>10</B> festgelegt ist.
Auf der Achse 9 ist ein Kegelzahnrad 11 gelagert, welches mit dein Kegelzahnrad 8 kämmt. 12 ist ein auf dem Kegelzahnrad befestigter Kurbelzapfen, an welchen die 'Schubkurbel 13 angreift. Das andere Ende der Schubkurbel ist durch: ein Gelenk 14 mit der Schubstange 15 verbun den, welche in einer Lagerhülse 16 des Ge häuseteils 2 geführt ist. Das Werkzeug 9, das aus einem Sägeblatt oder einer heile besteht, im dargestellten Fall aus einem Sägeblatt 17, greift in einen Schlitz im äussern Ende der Schubstange 15 ein und ist durch Schrauben 18 auswechselbar befestigt.
Am hintern Ende des Gehäuseteils 1 sind zwei miteinander verschwenkbare Klemm anne 19 um Zapfen 20 gegeneinander ver- schwenkbar befestigt, deren freie Enden bridenförmig ausgebildet sind und durch zwei Spannschrauben 21 mit Flügelmuttern 22 am Gehäusehals 7' der elektrischen Hand- bohrmaschine 7 festgespannt sind. Die Teile 8, l; und 1l-13 sind Übertragungsorgane. die im Gehäuse untergebracht sind.
Das Werkzeug ist über diese Organe mit der An triebswelle in Bewegungsverbindung.
Die Handhabung der beschriebenen Vor izchtung ist die gleiche wie die der Hand bohrmaschine für sich allein. Durch die sich drehende Bohrspindel wird die Welle 5 an getrieben und über den Winkeltrieb und das Schubkurbelgetriebe die Schubstange 15 in eine hin- und hergehende Bewegung versetzt. Durch den maschinellen Antrieb des Werk- zeuges wird die Ausführung von Schleif- und Sägearbeiten in Bohrlöchern etc. sehr er leichtert. Mit der dargestellten Vorrichtung lassen sich in bestehenden Löchern auch Nuten erzeugen.

The handling of the described pre-izchtung is the same as that of the hand drill on its own.
