Description
The invention relates to a pipe clamp in which the holding parts pushed one over the other are fixed by a tightening means in their mutual, the line pipe enclose the position.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject invention are shown. 1 shows the fastening of a line pipe to the wall with the aid of the pipe clamp, according to a first embodiment in a side view, FIG. 2 shows a top view of FIG. 1, FIGS second imple mentation of the pipe clamp.
1 is the mandrel cemented into the wall W, at the widened outer end of which a ring section 2 is attached in such a way that its axis runs in the same direction as the whole to which the ring section is attached. The ring section forms a rigid connection piece 2u of an open sheet metal ring 3 with ends 3 'which are cranked parallel to one another and reinforced by folding.
The ring section is enclosed by the sheet metal ring and the cranked ends 3 'rest on the mandrel 1 on both sides. The reinforced ends 3 'and the mandrel are penetrated by a clamping screw 4, the screw head not abutting end 3' receives the screw in a threaded hole, while the screw head abutting end 3 'and the mandrel have a smooth bore, such that by tightening the clamping screw 4, the ends 3 'are pulled against each other and thereby the line pipe L can be clamped in the pipe clamp.
The second embodiment of the pipe clamp differs from the former only in that the ends of the sheet metal ring 3 are reinforced by iron pieces 5, which are inserted into the hook-shaped outwardly bent ends 3 ″ of the sheet metal ring and e.g. by welding or soldering The pipe clamps required for laying the pipeline L can be set ready for acceptance by cementing their mandrels 1 in the wall or by hammering them into the wooden wall.
After previously loosening the screws 4 and removing the sheet metal rings 3, the line pipe L is placed on the ring sections 2, the sheet metal rings 3 placed over the line L and the ring sections 2 and fixed by inserting and tightening the screws 4, the line clamps in the pipe.
