Rope clamp for cable cars. The subject of the present invention is a cable clamp for cable cars, in which the clamping force with which the clamp is to be stuck on the pull cable is generated at least in part by the load to be conveyed itself, which cable clamp is characterized in that it has at least one bearing body and at least has one on this steered to hang the load specific th lever, both the bearing body and the lever each have at least one particular jaw to rest on the pull rope, the whole in such a way that the lever can be pivoted so that the pull rope between the jaw of the bearing body and that of the lever is pinched.
The clamping jaws can be shaped in cross-section in such a way that they engage in the cable grooves when passing over cable pulleys and thereby secure the pull cable against derailment.
1 to 3, a first exemplary embodiment of the subject invention is shown, namely: Fig. 1 shows the same in the direction of travel, while Fig. 2 shows the same transverse to the direction of travel ge and Fig. 3 is a side view of the open Clamp is.
Fig. 4 illustrates in cross section the transition of a clamping jaw over a pulley.
5 to 7 each represent a further exemplary embodiment from transversely to the direction of travel ge see.
In the embodiment according to FIGS. 1 to 3, 1 and 2 mean the clamping jaws intended for gripping the rope 3, the cross-section of which, as can be seen from FIG. 4, on the one hand a secure rope guidance during the transition over rope pulleys, on the other hand also a secure grip of the Rope guaranteed.
The upper jaw 1 is rigidly connected to the bearing body 4, the lower jaw 2 also with the two-armed lever 5 a related party. By means of the hinge screw 6, the two-armed lever 5 is pivotably articulated on the bearing body 4. The lower end of the two-armed lever 5 has a hook 7 which is true for hanging the load. Instead of a hook 7, another hitch, e.g.
B. an eyelet, a snap hook, a chain or the like can be used. If the rope clamp in the open position shown in Fig. 3 is brought to the running in the direction of arrow S rope 3 and attached to the hook 7, the load to be transported, the two-armed lever 5 is pivoted into the position shown in Fig. 2 is , whereby the rope between the jaws 1 and 2 is clamped.
This exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is particularly suitable for material ropeways, which are used to transport smaller loads, such as individual sand or cement bags, wooden blocks, hay or the like, and whose length profiles have steep inclinations only in one direction. In such systems, the transport of goods with this clamp on both rope runs, so z. B. both uphill and downhill, possible, provided that the rope rolls of both strands are equal.
The embodiment according to FIG. 5 differs from that according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in that the bearing body 4 is reversed, whereby the articulation axis respectively. The hinge screw 6 comes to rest above the rope and the lever 5 is not two armed, but one armed. Instead of a hook 7, this exemplary embodiment has an eyelet for suspending the load.
For cable cars with steep inclines in both directions, the example embodiment of the subject invention according to FIG. 6. The same has instead of a single lever 5, two levers 5 and 5 'hinged on the bearing body 1 with jaws 2 and 2'. On the levers 5 and 5 ', by means of the springs 8 and 8', the bolts 9 and 9 'engage, which are connected at their lower ends by means of the hinge 10 to one another and to the support rod 11, on which the load is applied engages.
The bearing body 4 can be extended downwards, whereas the support rod 11 can be extended upwards, as indicated by dash-dotted lines in FIG. 6, so that the overlap creates a stiffening transversely to the direction of travel.
For systems that are intended for the transport of larger loads, and also for passenger ropeways such as chairlifts or the like. The same arrangement can be used with rollers arranged on levers 5 and 5 '. These in Fig. 6 dashed dotted lines indicated rollers 16 and 16 ', running on rails, the hanger during the Ein and Auskupplungsvor course and the loading and unloading of the terminal in the stations.
The embodiment according to FIG. 7 is particularly suitable for cable cars in which the loads are not freely hanging, but rolling or sliding on surfaces, such as. B. at ski lifts. .It differs from the arrangement according to FIGS. 1 to 3 in that, instead of a hook 7, it has a slideway 12 which, for attaching a Sehleppleine 13 by means of an attachment organ 1: 1, z.
B. an eyelet, is determined in such a way that when the rope clamp rotates transversely to the direction of movement by more than a right angle from the vertical position as a result of the twist of the pull rope, the attachment member can move along the slideway in such a position that a the clamp opening moment arises so that it can fall off the pull rope.
The upper end of the lever 5 has an extension 15 which is intended in a known manner to open the clamp in the Emp catching station by approaching a stop. The same device can also be used in the exemplary embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5.
Instead, the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3 and 5 can be equipped with rollers arranged on the lever 5, which cause the clamps in the receiving station to be opened by moving onto running surfaces.
Between the bearing body and the levers of all embodiments springs can be installed in a well-known manner, the force of which can support the clamping force or counteract it, or which prevent the levers from swaying loosely in the unloaded state of the clamp by generating friction.
