Description
Vorrichtung zum Sehnellheizen von Räumlichkeiten. Das Hauptpatent bezieht sich auf eine Vorrichtung zum Schnellbeizen von Räum lichkeiten, die ,gekennzeichnet ist durch ein zylinderförmiges gelochtes Gehäuse mit senk rechter Achse, durch welches die Luft strö men kann, und welches an beiden Enden Ab- sehlussböden aufweist, durch mindestens einen elektrischen Heizkörper, welcher innerhalb des Gehäuses angeordnet ist und durch einen elektrisch angetriebenen Ventilator,
der eben falls innerhalb des Gehäuses unter dem Heiz körper angeordnet ist, derart, dass der Ven tilator beim Betrieb die agialgerichtete Kon- vektionsströmung der in den untern Teil des Gehäuses hineinströmenden und nach Bestrei chen des Heizkörpers erwärmten, durch den obern Teil dieses Gehäuses hinausströmenden Luft beschleunigt.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist eine Vorrichtung zum Schnellbeizen von Räumlichkeiten in der vorerwähnten Art, welche Mittel aufweist, durch welche nach Belieben der Ventilator allein, unter Aus- schluss des Heizkörpers, eingeschaltet werden kann.
Im folgenden wird eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan des beschrieben.
An einer wie im Hauptpatent beschrie benen Bauart ist ein Schalter vorgesehen, der nebst seiner Nullstellung, die dem Still stehen des Ventilators und dem Unterbruch der Heizung entspricht, und ferner nebst einer oder mehrerer Arbeitsstellungen, bei denen sowohl der Ventilator als auch die Heizung eingeschaltet sind, eine Stellung aufweist, bei welcher der Ventilator allein tätig ist.
In. dieser letzteren Stellung verbindet der Schalter .den Motor des Ventilators mit dem Speisungsnetz, während er die Verbindung zwischen diesem Netz und dem Heizkörper unterbricht. Der den Ventilator antreibende Motor dreht sich schneller, wenn dieser Ven tilator allein tätig ist, als wenn letzterer zu sammen mit dem Heizkörper arbeitet. Zu die sem Zweck ist der Motor mit einem Teil des Heizkörpers in Reihe verbunden, so dass dieser Motor im letzteren Falle unter redu zierter Spannung funktioniert und dement sprechend langsamer läuft.
Die beschriebene Vorrichtung hat den Vorteil, dass sie im Sommer zum Lüften von Räumlichkeiten benützt werden kann.
Der Schalter konnte auch so ausgebildet sein, dass durch ihn je nach Bedarf Heizung oder Ventilator oder beides zusammen ein geschaltet werden kann.

At one as described in the main patent enclosed type a switch is provided which, in addition to its zero position, which corresponds to the standstill of the fan and the interruption of the heating, and also one or more working positions in which both the fan and the heater are switched on , has a position in which the fan operates alone.
In. In this latter position, the switch connects the fan motor to the supply network, while it interrupts the connection between this network and the radiator. The motor driving the fan rotates faster when this fan is working alone than when the latter works together with the radiator. For this purpose, the motor is connected in series with part of the radiator, so that this motor works under reduced voltage in the latter case and accordingly runs slower.
The device described has the advantage that it can be used in summer to ventilate rooms.
The switch could also be designed in such a way that it can be used to switch on the heater or fan or both together as required.
