Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Packung f r stückformige Erzeugnisse, wie Pastillen, bei welcher mit einem Klapp- deckel Seitenwände verbunden sind, die in der Offenlage des Deckels ein seitliches Herausfallen des Packungsinhaltes verhindern.
Zweckmässigerweise sind federnde Mittel vorgesehen, um den Klappdeckel in Schliess- lage oder in Offen-und Sehliesslage festzuhalten.
Auf der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausfüh- rungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt.
Fig. 1 zeigt eine Vorderansicht einer Packung nach dem ersten Beispiel in Schliesslage des Klappdeckels.
Fig. 2 ist dieselbe Ansicht in Offenlage des Klappdeckels.
Fig. 3 ist eine Seitenansicht mit teilwei- sem Schnitt nach der Linie III-III der Fig. 1.
Fig. 4 ist ein Schnitt nach der Linie IV-IV der Fig. 2.
Fig. 5 zeigt einen Zuschnitt für die Her- stellung der Packung nach Fig. 1 bis 4.
Fig. 6 zeigt eine Vorderansicht einer Packung nach dem zweiten Beispiel in Offenlage des Klappdeckels, und
Fig. 7 ist eine Seitenansicht zu Fig. 6 während des Schliessens des Klappdeckels.
Die Packung nach Fig. l bis 4. ist aus dem Zuschnitt nach Fig. 5 hergestellt. Der Behälberaufnahmeteil weist eine Vorderwand 1, eine R ckwand 2, den Boden 3 und SeitenwÏnde 4, 5 auf, die je durch Verkleben zweier Hälften 4'bezw. 5'gebiMet sind'. An der Rückwand 2 is mittels eines Biegefalzes 6 der Klappdeckel angebracht, der eine obere Wand 7 und eine vordere Wand 8 sowie zwei seitliche dreieckförmige Wandteile 9, 10 besitzt.
An jeden dieser Wandteile 9, 10 ist ein dreieckförmiger Wandteil 11 bezw. 12 angeschlossen, der durch einen im Zuschnitt gemäss Fig. 5 vom Biegefalz 6 aus schräg zu diesem verlaufenden Falz 13 mit dem Wandteil 9 bezw. 10 und durch einen ebenfalls vom Biegefalz 6 ausgehenden, nach Fig. 5 parallel zu diesem gerichteten Falz 14 mit dem einen Seitenwandteil 4'bezw. 5'des Behälteraufnahmeteils verbunden ist. Beim Schliessen des Klappdeckels legen sich die Wandteile 11, 12 zwischen die Wandteile 9, 10 und die einen Seitenwandteile 4', 5'.
Da diese Wandteile 4', 5'das Bestreben haben, ihre gestreckte Form beizubehalten, bezw. da sie während des Offnens und Schliessens des Klappdeckels federnd nachgeben, bewirken sie, dass der Klappdeckel in der Offen-und in der Schlie¯lage federnd festgehalten wird.
Dadurch, da¯ ferner die seitlichen Wandteile 9, 110 des Klappdeckels mittels der FaltwÏnde 11, 12 mit den Seitenwänden 4, 5 des Be hälteraufnahmeteils verbunden sind, wird erreicht, dass in der Offenlage des Deckels ein seitliches Herausfallen des Paokungsinhaltes verhindert ist.
Das Beispiel nach Fig. 6 und 7 unterscheidet sich vom Beispiel nach Fig. 1 bis 5 nur dadurch, dass der sehräge Falz 13'sich auf der andern Seite des Falzes 14'befindet, so dassi die Wa-ndteile 9', 10'des B : lappdeekels rechteckf¯rmig sind und die FaltwÏnde 11', 12'statt nach innen nach aussen über die Seitenwände 4, 5 gefaltet werden. Beim Offnen und Schliessen des Klappdeckels geben hier die Wandteile 9', 10'federnd nach und bewirken, da¯ der Klappdeckel in der Offen-und in der Schliesslage federnd festgehalten wird.

The subject matter of the present invention is a pack for lump-shaped products, such as lozenges, in which side walls are connected to a hinged lid which prevent the contents of the pack from falling out to the side when the lid is in the open position.
Resilient means are expediently provided in order to hold the hinged cover in the closed position or in the open and closed position.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the drawing.

The pack according to FIGS. 1 to 4 is made from the blank according to FIG. The container receiving part has a front wall 1, a rear wall 2, the bottom 3 and side walls 4, 5, each of which is formed by gluing two halves 4'bezw. 5'BiMet are '. The hinged cover is attached to the rear wall 2 by means of a bending fold 6 and has an upper wall 7 and a front wall 8 as well as two lateral triangular wall parts 9, 10.

Because the side wall parts 9, 110 of the hinged lid are also connected to the side walls 4, 5 of the container receiving part by means of the folding walls 11, 12, it is ensured that the contents of the container are prevented from falling out of the side when the lid is in the open position.
The example according to FIGS. 6 and 7 differs from the example according to FIGS. 1 to 5 only in that the very saw fold 13 'is located on the other side of the fold 14', so that the wall parts 9 ', 10' of the B: lappdeekels are rectangular and the folding walls 11 ', 12' are folded over the side walls 4, 5 instead of inwards. When the hinged cover is opened and closed, the wall parts 9 ', 10' give in here in a springy manner and have the effect that the hinged cover is resiliently held in the open and closed positions.
