Description

       

  Vorrichtung zum Sieben, insbesondere von Hehl für Bäckereien.    Die     vorliegende        Erfindung    bezieht ,sich  auf eine Vorrichtung zum Sieben, insbeson  dere von Mehl für Bäckereien, und besteht  darin, dass ein unter einem     Einfüllrahmen-          hin-    und     herschwingbar    aufgehängtes Sieb  mit einer     Antriebsvorrichtung    zur     Hin-    und       Herbewegung    des Siebes in Verbindung  steht.  



  Auf der Zeichnung ist ein     Ausführungs-          beispiel    des Erfindungsgegenstandes im Ver  tikalschnitt dargestellt.  



  Die gezeichnete Vorrichtung besitzt einen  auf eine Mulde oder Mehlbehälter aufzusetzen  den, unten offenen gasten 1 mit abnehmba  rem Deckel 2, in den ein     Einfüllrahmen    3  eingesetzt ist, durch den das zu     siebende     Mehl auf das Sieb 4 geschüttet werden kann.  Der Rahmen 4' des Siebes 4 ist auf einen       mittels    vier fest eingespannten, federnden  Stäben 5, z. B. Holzstäben, in der     Längs-          rIchtung    hin- und     herschwingbar    an den  Längswänden des Kastens 1 aufgehängten  Rahmen 6 abnehmbar aufgesetzt.

   Der Rah  men 6 trägt am einen Ende einen gabelför  migen Arm 7. welcher durch eine kleine    Öffnung einer     Zwischenwand    8 ragt, die im  Kasten 1 einen Raum 9 abschliesst. In diesem  Raum ist     ein    Elektromotor 10 untergebracht,  dessen Welle mittels     einer    kleinen Saitenrolle  11 und     einer    Antriebssaite 12 eine grössere  Saitenrolle 13 antreibt. Die Welle der Rolle  13 ist     in    zwei auf dem Arm 7 befestigten  Lagern 14 gelagert. Die Rolle 13 trägt auf  beiden     Stirnseiten    an der gleichen     Stelle     exzentrisch angeordnet je     ein    Gewicht 15.

    Durch die     Massenwirkung    der     umlaufenden     Gewichte     wird    der     Schwingrahmen    6 mit  dem     eingesetzten        feb    4 in rasche     Hin-        und          Herbewegung    versetzt, wobei auf das;

   Sieb  geschüttetes Mehl durch     dieses        hindurchfällt     und darin     enthaltene        gröbere    Fremdkörper  vom Sieb zurückgehalten werden.     Zum    Her  ausnehmen und     Einsetzen    des Siebes     kann    der  Deckel 2 mit dem     Einfüllrahmen    3 abgenom  men werden.  



  Natürlich     können    die     Siebschwingungen     auch z. B.     mittels    eines Kurbelgetriebes er  zeugt werden. Statt Mehl für Bäckereien     kann     auch anderes Mehl     resp.    Siebgut mit der be  schriebenen Vorrichtung gesiebt werden.
