Einrichtung zum Spannen von Draht. Den Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung bildet eine Einrichtung zum Spannen von Draht. Es wird diese vorzugsweise an Ge bäudefassaden und Mauern angebracht, zwecks Befestigung von Nutz- und Zier pflanzen, als Ersatz der üblichen in Drabt- züge eingebauten Spannvorrielltungen. Fer ner lässt sich die Einrichtung an Profilsehie- nen anbringen, wiesolche für Wäsel-ieliängen und Einfriedigungen verwendet werden.
Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sieh die Ein- ric*htung aus durch einen in ein-er ortsfesten Führung drehbar gelagerten und festleg- baren, mit einem Haltemittel für ein Draht ende versellenen Spannbolzen für den Draht.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung sind Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfindungsgegen standes dargestellt.
Fig. <B>1</B> bis<B>8</B> zeigen<B>je</B> eine Einrichtung mit Mauerbefestigung in Stirnansicht und Längsansicht.
Fig. <B>9</B> bis<B>11</B> stellen mit Profileisen ver bundene Drahtspann-EinrieUtungen im Ver tikalschnitt dar. Die Einrichtung gemäss Fig. <B>1</B> und 2 be steht aus einem in einer in die Mauer ein gelassenen geschlitzten Dübi#Ihülse <B>1</B> drehbar gelagerten Spannbolzen 2 mit einer Bohrung <B>3</B> zur BefestiKung eines Dralitendes des zu spannenden Drahtes 4.
Der Spannbolzen ist an seinem Umfang auf ganze Länge mit axparallelen Zähnen<B>5</B> versehen, die mit einem durch radiale Versetzung der Längs ränder der geschlitzten lfülse <B>1</B> gebildeten innern Vorsprung<B>6</B> zusammenwirken. Die Zähne<B>5</B> des, Spannbolzens und der Vor sprung<B>6</B> bilden zusammen ein Gesperre. So bald durch Aufwicklung am Bolzen mittels passendem Schlüssel der Draht genügend ge spannt ist, wird der Bolzen mit dem Vor- sprun# zum Eingriff gebraclit, an dem er siel-i festklemmt.
Die Dübelhülse <B>7</B> gemäss Fig. <B>3</B> und 4 ist an ihrem in die Mauer eingelassenen Ende<B>8</B> flachgedrückt und weist am Gegenende einen Zahnkranz<B>9</B> auf, der mit einem Zahnkranz <B>10</B> eines Bundes<B>11</B> des Spannbolzens '12 kämmt. Durch Drehen des Bolzens mittels eines an einen Vierkant<B>13</B> angesetzten Schraubenschlüssels in Richtung des Pfeiles P gleiten die Zähne des Zahnkranzes<B>10</B> über diejenigen des Zahnkranzes<B>9,</B> während der mit einem Ende in der Bohrung 14 gehaltene Draht aufgewickelt bezw. gespannt wird. - Ist die nötige Spannung erreicht, werden die Zahnkränze gekuppelt bezw. der Zahnkranz <B>10</B> gesperrt und durch die Sperrwirkung der Draht gespannt erhalten.
Die Ausführung gemäss Fig. <B>5</B> und<B>6</B> weist einen mit Gewinde verselienen Spann bolzen<B>15</B> auf, der in eine Dübelhülse <B>16</B> mit Innengewinde und flachgepresstem Hülsen ende<B>17</B> geschraubt ist. Ein Kopf<B>18</B> dient zum Ansetzen des Schlüssels beim Drehen des Bolzens nach links bezw. zum Spannen des bei<B>19</B> gehaltenen Drahtes und eine Schrau benmutter 20 zum Festlegen des Bolzens nach Erreichung der nötigen Drahtspannung durch Anziehen gegen die Hülsenöffnung.
Beim Beispiel nach den Fig. <B>7</B> und<B>8</B> ist die Dübelhülse 21 am versenkten Ende 22 vierkantig zugespitzt und der Spannbolzen <B>23</B> ist am innern Ende entsprechend vierkan tig geformt. Zum Aufwickeln des Drahtes wird der Bolzen etwas aus der Hülse zurück gezogen, worauf er bei erreieliter Spannung in das Ende 22 zurüekgetrieben. und dabei blockiert wird.
Es kann auch eine Hülse mit Sperrmit teln gemäss den Fig. <B>1</B> bis<B>8 je</B> mit einem Flansch versehen sein, damit die Hülse auf eine Holzhinterlage aufgesehraubt werden kann.
Die Ausführungsbeispiele nach den Fig. <B>9</B> bis<B>11</B> veranschaulichen Drahtspanneinrich- tungen, wie sie für Wäschehängen, Einfrie- digungen usw. bestimmt sind.
IneinervertikalenBohrung24einer -för- migen Piofilselliene <B>25</B> (Fig. <B>9)</B> ruht auf einem Anpass <B>2,6</B> der Spannbolzen<B>27,</B> der mit axparallelen Zähnen versehen ist, von denen einer mit einem zahnförmigen Absatz <B>28</B> der Bohrung gesperreartig zusammen wirkt, sobald der Bolzen nach erreichter Spannung des Drahtes mit dem Absatz ge kuppelt wird.
Der Spannbolzen <B>29</B> nach Fig. <B>10</B> besitzt einen Kopf<B>30</B> mit abwärts gerichtetem Zahn kranz<B>31,</B> der mit einem Zahnkranz 3#2 einer rohrförmigen Schiene<B>33</B> kämmt. Eine zwi- .sehen dem Bolzenkopf 34 und der Schien(,- eingesetzte Feder<B>35</B> ist besfrebt, bei ge spanntem Draht die Zahnkränze in Eingriff zu halten.
Die Ausführun sform nach Fig. <B>11</B> ent spricht derjenigen nach Fig. <B>5</B> und<B>6,</B> wobei jedoch der Spannbolzen<B>36</B> in vertikaler Lage- in einer Bohrung<B>37</B> einer 1--förmigen Profil schiene mittels eines Anpasses <B>38</B> am untern Profilschenkel aufsitzt.
Zur Vermeidung von Rostflecken an F assaden können die Spanner aus nichtrosten dem Material gefertigt oder mit einem nicht rostenden Überzug versehen sein.

To avoid rust stains on facades, the tensioners can be made of rustproof material or provided with a rustproof coating.
