Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines schwefelhaltigen Farbstoffes. Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Ver fahren zur Herstellung eines neuen schwefel haltigen Farbstoffes, welches dadurch ge kennzeichnet ist, dass Kupferphthalocyanin- tetra-(4)-sulfonylchlorid mit Thioharnstoff erhitzt wird.
Der so erhaltene Farbstoff ist ein hell grünes Pulver, das sich in heisser wässriger Natriumsulfidlösung unter Bildung einer bläulichgrauen Lösung löst. Diese Lösung erzeugt auf Baumwolle graue bis schwarze Farbtöne, welche beim Oxydierenlassen an der Luft nach hellgrün umschlagen und aus gezeichnete Echtheitseigenschaften . aufwei sen und insbesondere nassecht sind.
Die Erfindung sei durch das nach stehende Beispiel erläutert. Die Teile bedeu ten Gewichtsteile.
Beispiel: 10 Teile Kupferphthalocyanintetra-(4)- sulfonylchlorid, erhältlich -durch Erhitzen von Tetrakalium-gupferphthalocyanintetra- (4)-sulfonat mit Phosphorpenta-chlorid in Nitrobenzol, werden während zwei Stunden mit 40 Teilen Thioharnstoff bei 170-175 C erhitzt. Die hellgrüne Schmelze wird hierauf gekühlt und mit _ 500 Teilen siedendem Wasser extrahiert. Der zurückbleibende grüne Festkörper wird nun abfiltriert und mit Wasser gewaschen.
Nach dem Trocknen wird ein hellgrünes Pulver erhalten.

Example: 10 parts of copper phthalocyanine tetra (4) sulfonyl chloride, obtainable by heating tetrapotassium copper phthalocyanine tetra (4) sulfonate with phosphorus penta chloride in nitrobenzene, are heated with 40 parts of thiourea at 170-175 ° C. for two hours. The light green melt is then cooled and extracted with 500 parts of boiling water. The remaining green solid is then filtered off and washed with water.
After drying, a light green powder is obtained.
