Device for jumping exercises. The present invention relates to a device for jumping exercises, that is a device for the safe learning of high jumps, jumps from gymnastics equipment and for catching the body when learning free; jumps, air jumps, flips <B> ETC. </B> The device should also be used for calisthenics, body training and for loosening, agility and suppleness of the body ..
The jumping device according to the invention has a taut mattress that is resiliently suspended from a support frame at a distance above the floor.
In the drawing, an example embodiment of the subject of the invention is shown.
1 shows an elevation of the device from the broad side, FIG. 2 shows a plan view of FIG. 1, 'FIG. 3' shows an elevation of the device from the narrow side, and FIG. 4 shows a detail on a larger scale. The jumping device shown has a dismountable, extendable in length, rectangular support frame in plan.
The ses has four pipe elbows, which are each formed from two ver connected by an angle sleeve 1 pipe parts 2, 3, fer ner two connecting rods 4, which are easily releasably inserted into the pipe parts 2, and two connecting rods 5, which are easily detachable in the Pipe parts 3; are inserted. In the connecting rods 4 and in the ends of the pipe parts 2 provided transverse bores allow with the help of Si cherungsbolzen 6 a determination of the support frame in the desired length adjustment.
The angled sleeves 1 carry feet 1 'below and vertical tubular columns 7, 7' on top, which are braced with respect to the pipe parts 2, 3 by curved pipe parts 8. The support frame can thus be dismantled into four tubular elbows with corner pillars and four extension rods.
In the four tubular columns 7, V coil springs 9 are arranged, the upper ends of which are supported against an inner ring 1! 0 fixed to the tubular column. At the lower ends of the compression springs 9 three pull cables -11, 11 ', 11 "of unequal length each engage by means of a piston 12 fastened together at their lower ends.
The pull cables lead through the .Schraub springs 9 upwards, the pull cables 11 to the outside via a pulley 13 mounted in the tubular column and an opening 14 in the tubular column. leads and carries a snap hook 15 at its free end.
The pull cable 11 'leads over a lower lying and the pull cable 11 "over an even lower lying rope pulley 13' or 13", respectively, stored in the tubular column and an opening 14 at a corresponding height to the outside. These pull cables also have a snap hook 15 'or a snap hook at their free end. 15 ".
A catch mattress 1, 6, which is provided with finite ring eyelets 17, 17 'and 17 ", can be hung in three different heights on the snap hooks 15 or 15' or 1V". In the case shown, the safety mattress <B> 16 '</B> is suspended in the highest position, as is most expedient for the beginning of the high jump exercises.
As progress is nearing completion of the high jump, it is advisable to hang the mattress lower in stages. In the setting of the support frame shown in FIGS. 1 and 2, the snap hooks are attached to the outermost ring eyelets 17 of the safety mattress.
If the length of the support frame is shortened accordingly, the carabiners are attached. the ring eyelets 17 'or 17 ", in which case the excess ends of the mattress hang down loosely on the narrow sides. The catch mattress is advantageously padded on the surface and reinforced at the edge. The force of the springs 9 makes the catch mattress held in a taut position.
The strength of the springs 91 is calculated in such a way that they are never completely compressed even when the mattress is subjected to maximum stress by catching an athlete or gymnast falling on them. The tubular columns 7 are extended beyond the rope roller bearings. On these extensions, the rods 18 of a jumping slat support device are plugged, which are provided in a known manner with a measuring hole 19 with 5 cm hole spacing.
Slat holder rings 20, which can be adjusted along the rods 1'8, can be suspended in the holes 19 and serve as a support for the jumping slat 2'1.
The. The jumping device described enables safe training of high jump exercises without any risk of injury. The practitioner is caught by the mattress with every jump. Once the correct posture has been achieved, which allows the jump to be carried out safely without the need for a safety mattress, the mattress can simply be removed.
The jumping device can also be used on the horizontal bar, on the parallel bars and on the horse to intercept the gymnast in the case of difficult-to-learn exits from the relevant devices after the jumping bar holding device 18, 19, 20 has been removed.
