Vorliegende Erfindung bat eine übertragbare Kinderschaukel zum Gegenstande, welche sowohl in einem Zimmer als auch im Freien ohne viel Müho leicht aufgestellt und abgebrochen werden kann und welche ferner durch einige Handgriffe in eine Doppelleiter bzw. Stiege umgewandelt werden kann.

Der Schaukelteil besteht aus zwei Latten e, welche oben Einschnitte besitzen, an denen sie an der Stange d aufgehängt werden können. Als Sitz dient ein gewöhnlicher Fussschemel f, welcher an den unteren Enden der Latten e befestigt wird. Ein Laufbrett g, welches an seiner unteren Seite einen mit Sand oder Steinen gefüllten Trog aufweist, wird auf die untere Sprosse c gelegt und dient zum Abstossen der Füsse bei Schaukeln und zugleich zum Beschweren des Ständers a, damit derselbe nicht umkippen kann.
Die Umwandlung der Schaukel in eine Doppelleiter erfolgt einfach in folgender Weise : Man entfernt das Laufbrett g, hängt die Schaukellatten e mit dem Schemel f aus der Hängettütze d aus und setzt von jeder Seite eine einfache, mit entsprechenden Einschnitten versehene Leiter h in die Sprossen bund c ein. Auf diese Weise entsteht eine Doppelleiter oder Staffel, welche sehr leicht und dennoch stabil ist.
Sämtliche Teile sind sehr leicht gehalten, wodurch das Gewicht der vollständigen Vorrichtung sehr gering wird. Als Laufbrett kann beispielsweise ein gewöhnliches Bügelbrett verwendet werden, welches man in geeigneter Weise beschweren kann.
