Sicherheitsschloss.
Diesen An griffsstellen 8 des Schlüsselschaftes sind die Teile 4 der Zuhaltungsstifte 4, 5 angepasst, deren Teil 5 auf der Permutation entspre chende einwärts gerichtete Angriffsstellen 9 des Schiebers 10 abgestimmt sind, welcher in der Altrichtung des Schlossgehäuses in einer Ausnehmung der Auskleidung 2 verschieb bar geführt ist;
Safety lock. The invention relates to a safety lock with a cylinder rotatably mounted in the lock housing and with tumblers that are displaceable transversely to the cylinder and which can be adjusted by means of a mortise wrench so that the cylinder is unlocked, that is, released to rotate.
The order of tumbler pins loaded by compression springs is known, also together with Ku rules, the pins being moved in cooperation with a toothing forming the permutation or with depressions on the key shaft against the influence of the spring in the required union manner. be adjusted to unlock the rotating cylinder.
For various reasons, the function of the tumbler pins can be inhibited or completely disrupted, for example by dust that has got into the lock, in particular when this BEZW by mixing with oil. generally becomes a hard crust with moisture, or when ice forms due to cold; it then happens that resistances arising in this way can only be overcome with difficulty or no longer by the springs of the tumbler pins.
The function of the tumbler pins is then to be restored by injecting or injecting a dissolving fluid into the lock, such as gasoline. the castle is warmed up, but this is associated with circumstances and costs.
In order to avoid these disadvantages, a slider is provided in the safety lock according to the invention, which is assigned to a number of split tumbler pins and has a training that is tailored to their permutation so that by pushing the key into the cylinder in question, the key interacts with the a tumbler pin of the slide is forcibly moved and the other tumbler pins are forcibly set in their unlocked position by it,
while when pulling out the key in cooperation with the tumbler pin row, the slide and through. the aforementioned tumbler pin forcibly moved him back and thereby the latter is brought into the locked position.
This ensures that the tumbler pins function properly.
In the drawing, a Ausführungsbei play the subject of the invention is illustrated.
Fig. 1 shows the lock in an altial section, wherein. the tumbler pins are in the locked position; Fig. 2 is a cross section along the line II-II of Fig.1, and Fig. 3 shows an Altialschnitt through the lock with th tumbler pins moved out of the locking position.
It is 1 the cylindrical lock housing, which has an inner lining 2 and the rotatably mounted cylinder 3 in a continuous, stepped bore. In the altial direction of the cylinder 3, tumbler pins 4 are guided displaceably in five radial bores of the same, to which pins designated 5 are assigned in a known manner, for the reception of which the clothing 2 is provided with corresponding bores.
The two parts (4, 5) of the holding pins run out in a known manner at the ends facing away from each other in tips. 6 is the keyhole for the flat key 7. Corresponding to the number of tumbler pins 4 are provided on the one flat side of this key five in Be train differently designed, a downward attack points 8, which form the permutation; four of these points of attack are formed by depressions, the fifth is formed by a front bevel of the key shaft.
This grip points 8 of the key shank, the parts 4 of the tumbler pins 4, 5 are adapted, the part 5 of which is matched to the permutation corresponding inwardly directed attack points 9 of the slide 10, which is slidable in the old direction of the lock housing in a recess of the lining 2 out is;
three of the mentioned points of attack of the slide 10 are formed by recesses, the other two formed by a front and a rear bevel of the slide, that is, there are inclined surfaces on the slide to cooperate with corresponding inclined surfaces of the parts 5 of the tumbler pins 4, 5 intended.
When the key 7 is pushed into the cylinder 3 in the required manner, the tumbler pins 4, 5 are pushed back out of the keyhole 6 one after the other. Due to the interaction of the front inclined point of attack of the key shaft with part 4 of the rearmost tumbler pin 4, 5, part 5 of the latter, in cooperation with the rearmost point of engagement 9 of the slide 10, is forcibly shifted to the right from the position shown in FIG ,
whereby the slide 10 comes to interact with the part 5 of the other four tumbler pins 4, 5 through its other points of attack 9, so that these are forcibly set. This interaction of the key 7 with the parts 4 and the parts 5 with the slide 10 has the consequence that the separation point of the two pin parts (4, 5) necessarily coincides with the jacket line of the cylinder 3, as FIG. 3 shows.
It is then the locking effect of the tumbler pins 4, 5 canceled and unlocked with the cylinder 3 so that it can be rotated by means of the key; the cylinder 3 then transmits its Drehbewe supply to the bolt connected to it (not shown). If the key is pulled out of the cylinder 3 in the state of the lock as shown in FIG. "3 is forcibly shifted to the left in the position shown in FIG. 1,
wherein the slide 10 pushes the rearmost part 4 through the associated part 5 inwardly in the blocking position. The other tumbler pins have also come into the locked position due to their outward movement; if the holding pins 4, 5 in the sense of the drawing is given a vertical trajectory, they strive to fall under the influence of their own weight in the lowest position drawn in Fig. 1 when Ilerauszieh the key, with their part 5 only come into another blocked position.
If a key that is not designed in accordance with the permutation is inserted into the keyhole 6, the slide 10 cannot be moved in order to unlock the cylinder 3. As is readily apparent from the above explanations, only the key formed in accordance with the permutation can be pushed into the lock to the required depth in order to be able to turn the cylinder 3 (after unlocking).
The keyhole is in the rotatable Zy cylinder in the assumption in the drawing NEN arrangement of tumbler pin row in reality usually perpendicular to the ge recorded position, then the permutation representing the education of the key is provided on one narrow side. Of course, the position of the tumbler pin row in the lock housing can also be horizontal instead of vertical when the cylinder is secured.
Furthermore, the lock can have several rows of tumbler pins instead of a single one, in which case, of course, the key is adapted to these rows with regard to the arrangement of the permutation formation. The shank of the key also does not need to be flat. The permutation-compliant design of the key can be created by milled teeth instead of recesses that have been drilled out; this design can be provided in one or more rows according to the number of rows of tumbler pins.
