Description

  

  Nähmaschine mit freiem     Näharm    und in demselben angeordnetem Greifer.    Vorliegende Erfindung bezieht sich auf  eine Nähmaschine mit freiem Näharm und in  demselben angeordnetem Greifer.  



  Gemäss der Erfindung ist die     Greiferge-          häusewelle    senkrecht zu der den Näharm     in     seiner Längsrichtung durchsetzende Haupt  antriebswelle liegend, drehbar gelagert und  von der letzteren über Zahnräder angetrieben.  



  In der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist eine  beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfin  dungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt  sie einen Längsschnitt durch das vordere  Ende des freien Näharmes. Nach der Zeich  nung ist die horizontal verlaufende, den  freien     Greiferarm    1 in seiner Längsrichtung  durchsetzende Hauptwelle 2 in     einem    Quer  arm 3 drehbar gelagert. In dem selben Arm 3  und der Wandung des     Greiferarmes    ist eine  Welle 4 angeordnet, welche ein mit einem  auf der Hauptwelle 2 befestigten Winkel  zahnrad 5 in     Eingriff    stehendes Winkelzahn  rad 6 trägt, sowie ein Stirnzahnrad 7, das  mit einem Stirnzahnrad 8 kämmt, das auf  der     Greifergehäusewelle    9 sitzt.

   Die Greifer-    gehäusewelke ist in einem Arm 10 und der  Wandung des     Greiferarmes    drehbar gelagert  und trägt das     Greifergehäuse    11, welches  mittels einer Schraube 12 auswechselbar an  der     Greifergehäusewelle    9 befestigt ist. Die  Schraube 12 durchsetzt eine     achsiale    Bohrung  in der     (-rreifergehäusewelle,    welche Bohrung  mit einer konzentrischen     Erweiterung    ver  sehen ist, in welcher ein Zapfen 13 am     Grei-          fergehäuse    liegt.

   Der Zapfen 13 besitzt einen  abgeplatteten     Fortsatz    14, welcher in einer  entsprechenden, im Querschnitt rechteckigen       Ausnehmung    der     Greifergehäusewelle    9 liegt.  



  Die     Greifergehäusewelle    9 könnte auch  eine     im    Querschnitt     halbkreisförmige        Aus-          nehmung    aufweisen und das Ende des Zapfens  13 mit einem im Querschnitt ebenfalls halb  kreisförmigen     Fortsatz    versehen sein. Dieser       Fortsatz    ist dabei in die     Ausnehmung    ein  gepasst.  



  Auf diese Weise ist     die    Lage des Greifer  gehäuses in der     Greifergehäusewelle    eindeutig  bestimmt, so dass ein Auswechseln desselben  jederzeit leicht bewerkstelligt werden kann.      Das     übersetzungsverhältnis    zwischen den  Winkelrädern 5 und 6 beträgt 2 : 1, während  die Stirnräder 7 und 8 gleichen Durchmesser  aufweisen. Auf diese Weise dreht die Greifer  gehäusewelle für jede     Umdrehung    der Haupt  antriebswelle 2 zweimal um.

  According to the invention, the gripper housing shaft is perpendicular to the main drive shaft which penetrates the sewing arm in its longitudinal direction, is rotatably mounted and is driven by the latter via gear wheels.



  In the accompanying drawing an example embodiment of the invention is shown, namely it shows a longitudinal section through the front end of the free sewing arm. According to the drawing voltage, the horizontally extending, the free gripper arm 1 penetrating in its longitudinal direction main shaft 2 in a cross arm 3 is rotatably mounted. In the same arm 3 and the wall of the gripper arm, a shaft 4 is arranged, which carries a gear wheel with a fixed on the main shaft 2 angle 5 engaging angular gear 6, and a spur gear 7 which meshes with a spur gear 8 that on the hook housing shaft 9 is seated.

   The gripper housing sheet is rotatably mounted in an arm 10 and the wall of the gripper arm and carries the gripper housing 11, which is fastened to the gripper housing shaft 9 in an exchangeable manner by means of a screw 12. The screw 12 passes through an axial hole in the gripper housing shaft, which hole is provided with a concentric widening in which a pin 13 is located on the gripper housing.

   The pin 13 has a flattened extension 14 which lies in a corresponding recess of the gripper housing shaft 9, which is rectangular in cross section.



  The gripper housing shaft 9 could also have a recess which is semicircular in cross section and the end of the pin 13 could be provided with an extension which is also semicircular in cross section. This extension is fitted into the recess.



  In this way, the position of the gripper housing in the gripper housing shaft is clearly determined, so that the same can be easily replaced at any time. The transmission ratio between the angle gears 5 and 6 is 2: 1, while the spur gears 7 and 8 have the same diameter. In this way, the gripper housing shaft rotates for each revolution of the main drive shaft 2 twice.

Claims

Claim: sewing machine with free sewing arm and gripper arranged in the same, characterized in that the gripper housing shaft is perpendicular to the main drive shaft penetrating the sewing arm in its longitudinal direction, rotatably mounted and is driven by the latter via gear wheels. SUBCLAIM 1.

Sewing machine according to patent claim, characterized in that the main shaft carries a bevel gear which meshes with a second bevel gear mounted on a perpendicular to the main shaft in the sewing arm housing, this second bevel gear being connected to a spur gear which is connected to a spur gear on the hook housing shaft intervenes.
