Device for fastening and tightening a machine part to another machine part The present invention relates to a device for fastening and tightening a bunny part to another machine part with the aid of a threaded ring.
From known devices of this type, the inventive device differs in that the threaded ring is provided with a toothed ring, and that the sem is assigned a key equipped with a pinion, which at the front end with a pin for inserting the same into at least one to the axis of rotation of the Ge threaded ring parallel bore is provided in one machine part, such that when the pin is inserted into this bore, the rit comes into engagement with the ring gear of the threaded ring, so that by turning the key the threaded ring is tightened or tightened on the machine part provided with mating threads. can be resolved from this.
In the drawing, two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown, namely: FIG. 1 (read the first embodiment of the device in axial section, FIG. 2 is a partial view of the device seen in the direction of the arrow II drawn in FIG. 1, FIG. 3 the second exemplary embodiment in elevation and FIG. 4 shows an axial section along the line IV - IV in FIG. 3. In FIG. 1, 1 represents a machine part, e.g. a gearbox, and 2 represents a further machine part which is attached to machine part 1 should be screwed tight.
The machine part 2 fits into the bore of a cylindrical extension 1a of part L, which is provided with an external thread.
The machine part 2 is provided with a collar 2a, which is held on the approach la by means of a flange 3, which last terer is provided on the outside with a toothing and inside with a thread. The flange ring 3 is screwed onto the shoulder la so that the flange 3a of the ring pulls the collar 2a of the machine part 2 against the shoulder la of the part 1. and thereby holds the machine part 2 in place.
In order to turn the ring 3, a key 4 is provided which has a scratch 4ca which meshes with the ring gear of the ring 3. The end of the key 4 opening into a pin is for this purpose inserted into a bore 1b in part 1. The axis of the hole 1b is. parallel to the axis of rotation of the ring 3.
To secure the ring 3 after tightening zti, a locking tab 31) is provided on this (see Figure 2), which can be secured by means of a screw or a pin 5 by a screw or driving into a Bohreng of part 1. Several such holes could be provided in order to be able to lock the ring 3 in different positions.
3 and 4 show a stub axis G of a vehicle, which is provided at the outer end with a conical flange seat and longitudinal grooves. A wheel made of pressed steel with tire 7 is pushed over the longitudinal grooves and up to the conical flange seat.
On the outer end face of the press steel wheel, holes 6a are provided on a pitch circle concentric with respect to the wheel axis, into which a winch-like key can be inserted.
The outer end of the stub axle is threaded, and an axle cap 9 is screwed onto this after the wheel is slid on.
This axle cap is provided on the circumference with a toothing 9a and one end of the key 8 opening into a pin 8b is provided with a pinion 8a, the pin 8b being insertable into the holes 6a parallel to the axis of rotation of the cap, so that the pinion 8a with the Ring gear 9a of the axle cap comes to comb.
By turning the winch-like wrench in one direction, the axle cap can be tightened with considerable translation and released by turning in the opposite direction.
Various modifications can be made within the scope of the invention; for example, instead of the axle cap, or in connection with it, a gearwheel with a threaded bore could be provided, with one end face of the gearwheel resting against a corresponding flat surface of the wheel.
Through this arrangement, the usual wreath of studs and nuts is he sets. However, one or more studs could be provided for security purposes.
The device described above is particularly suitable for fastening and securing wheels and propellers on axles and shafts.
