EMI0001.0093
25 <SEP> Gewichtsprozent <SEP> Holzzellulosefaser,
<tb> 30 <SEP> Kalkpulver,
<tb> 30 <SEP> <B>33</B> <SEP> Aluminiumzement,
<tb> 10 <SEP> <B>32</B> <SEP> Zinksulfat,
Method for producing a plastic material. A method for producing a plastic dowel is already known, in which it is particularly recommended to use asbestos fibers as the fiber material. -According to the ,
German patent no. 651983, wood sawdust is also recommended for this. In other patents, which, however, relate to the production of finished wall anchors and components, such as, for example, nagelbaren stones, bricks and plates, there is talk of ground wood, cotton fibers, wood wool, glass wool and metal wool.
From these many suggestions it could be concluded that @ the choice of fiber material is rather indifferent. However, experiments have proven "that this: is incorrect.
It has. showed that a fiber material made of wood, which was ground with the apparatus according to the Swedish patent specification No. 84247, gave much better results. Here at the wood, after it has been brought to the desired size beforehand. is, ground between stones, being a. Air flow is passed through the apparatus.
The fibers are then treated in a hammer mill (a "Holländsr").
The method according to the invention is that a. Wood fiber product, prepared by grinding between stones while passing a stream of air through the grinding apparatus and subsequent treatment of the wood fibers in one
Hammer mill, is kneaded and rolled together with a hydraulic binder.
It. has shown "that after the mixture, the Halzfaisern with a hydraulic binding agent and possibly other substances, for example:
EMI0001.0093
25 <SEP> weight percent <SEP> wood cellulose fiber,
<tb> 30 <SEP> lime powder,
<tb> 30 <SEP> <B> 33 </B> <SEP> aluminum cement,
<tb> 10 <SEP> <B> 32 </B> <SEP> zinc sulfate,
<tb> 5 <SEP> <B> 39 </B> <SEP> T'itanogyd, after adding water and kneading compound, an easy-to-use dowel can be rolled.
If water is added to the product before or after kneading or rolling, a screw or nail can be inserted into a hole after it has been inserted and tamped, which is immediately. can carry a considerable weight. Even after hardening, the anchor is able to withstand greater stress than previously known anchor.
The new dowel material is ideal for filling holes and cracks because it binds better than asbestos or wood flour and such material with cement. It does not matter whether the dowel material is processed dry or wet. it does not lose its strength and cohesion.
The dowel material does not rot and can be kept rolled or kneaded for a very long time. If the. If rolled dowels are stored wet in airtight sleeves, they remain plastic for a long time and do not need to be moistened before use. If they are hardened, you only need to immerse them in water for a moment.
