Flaschenkorkzapfen.
Korkzapfen werden in den meisten Fällen mittels Korkzieher aus den Flaschen gezogen, vodurch diese beschädigt werden. Die in letzter Zeit bekanntgewordenen Presskorkzapfen sind zum Herausziehen mittels der üblichen Zieher wenig geeignet. Es sind daher auch Ausführungen vorgeschlagen, welche das Ausziehen der Flaschenkorke erleichtern sollen, indem ein Metallband oder eine Schnur um den Kork gelegt ist. Für den Dauergebrauch eignen sich solche jedoch nicht, da die Bandagen zu wenig sicher am Korkzapfen festgelegt sind und den Korkzapfen beim Herausziehen nicht von der Innenseite her anpacken.
Gegenstand der vorliegenden Erfindung ist ein Flaschenkorkzapfen. Erfindungsgemäss zeichnet sich derselbe dadurch aus, daB ein den Zapfenkörper in der Längsrich tung durchsetzendes Zugmittel einerseits einen die Unterseite des ersteren angreifenden Kopf und anderseits einen Anfassteil aufweist. Auf der Oberseite des Zapfenkorpers ist ein mit Beschriftungen versehenes Schildchen angeordnet, durch welches das Zugmittel geführt ist.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist der Erfindungsgegenstand in einer beispielsweisen Ausführungsform dargestellt, und es zeigt :

1 ist der übliche Korkzapfen, durch dessen Längsmitte das Zugmittel 2 geführt ist, welche oben eine Schlaufe 3 besitzt. Mittels einer Nadel wird das Zugmittel 2, das eine Schnur ist, durch den gorkzapfen gefiihrt.
An der Unterseite des orkzapfens liegt der halbkugelförmige Kopf 4 an, welcher eine gerade Anliegeseite-5 aufweist. 6 ist eine ringförmige Ausdrehung und, 7 ein Ansatz, welch letzterer eine Bohrung 8 aufweist, durch welche das Zugmittel 2 geführt ist.
Auf der Oberseite des Korkzapfens liegt ein Schildchen 9 an, welches zwei Ausnehmun- gen 10 besitzt, durch welche das Zugmittel geführt ist, und wird dadurch vermieden, dass letzteres bei Zug nach unten aus dem Korkzapfen herausgezogen werden kann. 11m eine gute Haftung des Schildchens am Korkzapfen zu erreichen, weist ersteres zwei abgebo- g Befestigungslappen 11 auf, welche an den Längskanten zahnffirmige Angreifmit- tel 12 aufweist, welche das Herausfallen erschweren. Das Schildehen ist mit einem Reklametext 13 versehen, weleher en. der auf den Flascheninhalt oder den Verkäufer einer Flasche oder beides zusammen hinweist.
Wie die Variante Fig. G zeigt, konnte das Schildchen auch zweiteilig sein. Das Schild- ehen 9'ist ringförmig, und unter diesem ist die mit Reklamebesehrif tungen versehene Scheibe 14 angeordnet, welche mit den Aus nehmungen 10 zum Durchführen des Zugmittels 2 versehen ist. 15 ist eine Sehutz- schicht aus Lack oder dergleichen, um die Reklamebeschriftung vor Abnutzung zu schützen.
Das Zugmittel ist zweckmässig eine end- lose Schnur aus Hanf, Kunststoff, Darmsaite, Litze oder dergleichen. Sollte dieses je einmal reissen, so kann es mit Leichtigkeit selbst wieder hergestellt werden, so dass der Flaschenkorkzapfen praktiseh unbeschrÏnkt beniitzbar ist. Zieht man an der Schlaufe 3, so drückt der Kopf 4 an die Unterseite des Korkzapfens 1 und hebt diesen heraus; die Druckeinwirkung erfolgt also von innen, was jede Beschädigungsmoglichkeit ausschliesst.
Das Zugmittel wird je naell der Verwen- dungsart des Korkzapfens dünner oder dicker gewählt, zum Beispiel bei Weinflaschen mnss dasselbe ziemlich stars respektive dick sein, um reissfest zu bleiben. Die Schlaufe 3 kann beim Flaschenverpacken umgelegt werden und findet anter Metallkapseln von Weinflaschen usw. gut Platz.
Das Zugmittel 2 ist endlos; bei einer Hanfschnur werden die beiden Enden mit- einander in nicht gezeichneter Weise verknüpft, und der entstandene Knopf wird zweckmässig von unten her in den Flaschen- kork eingezogen, so da? die Abdiehtung unterstützt wird. Der Durchftihrungsöffnung im Kork f r das Zugmittel kann zur Erreichung eines absolut hermetischen Abschlus- ses noch ein Dichtungsmittel aufgetragen sein, wie Paraffin, Lack usw.
Der Kopf 4 besteht zweekmässig aus Holz, Kunstharzen oder sonstigem geeignetem Material, Die Schlaufe 3 muss nicht so gross sein, dass man einen Finger hineinstecken kann, denn es gen gt, wenn man durch dieselbe den Griff eines Messers, eine Kelle oder sonst ein Holz- StÏbchen einführen kann, welches dann beim Herausziehen eine Handhabe abgibt.
Der beschriebene Flaschenkorkzapfen wird beim Herausziehen vollkommen geschont, er kann somit unbeschränkt verwendet werden. Die Abdichtung bleibt immer erhalten, was zur Erzielung von Ersparnis nicht unwesentlich beitragt.
Bottle cork stoppers.
In most cases, cork stoppers are pulled out of the bottles with a corkscrew, which damages them. The press cork pins that have recently become known are not very suitable for pulling out using the usual pullers. Therefore, designs are also proposed which are intended to make it easier to pull out the bottle corks by placing a metal band or a cord around the cork. However, they are not suitable for long-term use, as the bandages are not attached securely to the cork cone and do not grip the cork cone from the inside when it is pulled out.
The present invention relates to a bottle cork stopper. According to the invention, the same is characterized in that a pulling means which penetrates the pin body in the longitudinal direction has, on the one hand, a head engaging the lower side of the former and, on the other hand, a grip part. A label provided with inscriptions through which the traction means is guided is arranged on the upper side of the pin body.

1 is the usual cork pin, through the longitudinal center of which the traction means 2 is guided, which has a loop 3 at the top. The pulling means 2, which is a cord, is guided through the gork pin by means of a needle.
The hemispherical head 4, which has a straight contact side 5, rests on the underside of the ork pin. 6 is an annular recess and, 7 is a projection, the latter having a bore 8 through which the traction means 2 is guided.
A label 9 rests on the top of the cork pin, which has two recesses 10 through which the pulling means is guided, and this prevents the latter from being pulled out of the cork pin when it is pulled down. In order to achieve good adhesion of the label to the cork pin, the former has two bent-over fastening tabs 11, which have tooth-tight gripping means 12 on the longitudinal edges, which make it difficult to fall out. The sign is provided with an advertising text 13, weleher en. which indicates the contents of the bottle or the seller of a bottle or both together.
As the variant in Fig. G shows, the label could also be in two parts. The shield 9 ″ is ring-shaped, and beneath this is the disk 14, which is provided with advertising signs and which is provided with the recesses 10 for the pulling means 2 to pass through. 15 is a protective layer of lacquer or the like to protect the advertising lettering from wear and tear.
The traction means is expediently an endless cord made of hemp, plastic, gut string, braid or the like. If this should ever tear, it can easily be restored itself, so that the bottle cork can be used practically without restriction. If you pull the loop 3, the head 4 presses against the underside of the cork pin 1 and lifts it out; the pressure is applied from the inside, which rules out any possibility of damage.
The pulling means is chosen thinner or thicker depending on the type of use of the cork stopper, for example in the case of wine bottles it must be fairly thick or rather thick in order to remain tear-resistant. The loop 3 can be folded over when the bottle is being packed, and there is plenty of space on the metal capsules of wine bottles etc.
The traction means 2 is endless; In the case of a hemp cord, the two ends are linked together in a manner not shown, and the resulting button is conveniently pulled into the bottle cork from below, so that? the abduction is supported. A sealant such as paraffin, varnish, etc. can also be applied to the passage opening in the cork for the traction device to achieve an absolutely hermetic seal.
The head 4 is made of wood, synthetic resin or other suitable material, the loop 3 does not have to be so large that you can put a finger into it, because it is enough if you use the handle of a knife, a trowel or some other piece of wood - Can insert rods, which then give off a handle when pulled out.
The bottle cork described is completely spared when it is pulled out, so it can be used without restriction. The seal is always retained, which makes a significant contribution to achieving savings.
