Verwendung finden.
Connecting dowels. The present invention relates to a connecting dowel which is intended to be inserted into pre-drilled holes in the parts to be connected.
The known, made of wood Ver connection dowels have the disadvantage that they work under the influence of humidity, that is, shrink or grow and thereby either loose in the dowel hole who or. Blow up the wooden part in which they are set. The growth of such dowels in the longitudinal direction sometimes also causes the parts connected to one another to separate in the glue joint or even next to it.
In the case of the anchor according to the present invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that at least part of the anchor is made of a material that is not subject to the influence of atmospheric humidity.
In the accompanying drawings, some embodiments of the subject invention are shown. The cylindrical dowel according to Figs. 1 to 3 consists of a material that is not influenced by air humidity, for example plastic or metal.
According to Fig. 1, one longitudinal half of the anchor is provided with axially parallel and the other half with helical Rip pen. Diei ribs run axially parallel to Fig. 2 over the entire length of the dowel, according to Fig. 3 over a longitudinal half as a right-hand thread and over the other half as a left-hand thread.
The dowel according to Fig. 4 has a minde least approximately in the longitudinal direction ver running slot 1, which is cut into both a metal core 2, which is preferably made of metal sheet and in the jacket 3, for example made of plastic. Instead of just one slot, several such could be provided, and the or these 'slots could BEZW at an angle. run in helical lines.
7, 8 and 9, two pin ends are arranged at an angle with respect to each other, which are each to be introduced into a dowel hole of the parts to be connected to one another. According to Fig. 9 is for Ver reinforcement in the angle apex. Reinforcement rib 4 attached.
A dowel according to for. 5 with a metal core can be provided with ribs on the jacket.
In order to avoid damage to the dowel when driving into a dowel hole, according to FIG. 6, the metal core 2 is in front of one dowel end 5 and is dimensioned to be equal to the diameter of the jacket. The other end of the core could be the same.
According to FIG. 10, the core of 11let; rll has conical ends 6 and a central part 7 of the same diameter as the jacket.
According to FIG. 11, the metal core 2 is extended beyond the shell 3 and this extension 8 is designed as a wood screw.
The 2 #, 1 lateral surface of the dowels with a metal core and plastic jacket according to FIGS. 4 to 11 could be provided with ribs parallel to the axis of the dowel or with ribs extending along helical lines, analogous to the embodiments according to FIGS. 1 to 3 his.
According to FIG. 12, the pin ends of the anchor point. which are slotted, conical bores into which conical pins 9 can be driven.
In the example according to FIG. 13, the core can be displaced in the axial direction in the jacket 3 which is provided at one end with slots and conical bores. The conical part of the core, designed as a wood screw 10, works together with the conical borehole so that
that the dowel inserted into the dowel hole is stretched out at its slotted end when the visual hood is screwed into the part provided with the dowel hole and is thus pressed against the Diibellochcva.ndriirg. The head 11 of the core can then be inserted into a part of a part to be connected to the part carrying the dowel.
The connecting dowel according to Fig. 14 with your 31etallkern 2 has on the circumference the Rip pen 12, which fen according to helical lines. The dowel is turned into the dowel hole and secured by means of a wedge which is driven into a groove 13.
FIGS. 15 and 16 finally show exemplary embodiments of dowels with several dowel pins abutting one another at an angle. tenon with two parallel to each other and to a third vertically extending dowel.
Wood and synthetic wood, synthetic resin, etc. impregnated against moisture can be used as plastic.
