Description

  

  Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Sulfonamides.    Die Erfindung betrifft ein     eigenartiges     Verfahren zur Darstellung des bekannten,  als Heilmittel' verwendbaren     2-(p-Amino-          benzol    -     sulf        onylamino)    -4,6-     dimethyl-pyrimi-          dins.    Das Verfahren zur Gewinnung dieses  Sulfonamides ist dadurch gekennzeichnet,  dass man     p-Aminobenzol-sulfonyl-guanidin     mit     Acetylaceton    kondensiert.  



  Zur erfindungsgemässen Darstellung des  2 - (p -     Aminobenzol    -     sulf        onylamino)    - 4,6 -     di        -          methyl-pyrimidins    verfährt man beispiels  weise folgendermassen:  Eine Mischung von 21,4 g     p-Amino-          benzol-sulfonyl-guanidin    und 10 g     Acetyl-          aceton        wird    im Druckgefäss unter Rühren 6  Stunden auf 170  erhitzt.

   Das Reaktions  gemisch wird mit kalter,     doppeltnormaler     Natronlauge behandelt, wobei unverändertes       p-Aminobenzol-sulfonyl-guanidin    ungelöst  bleibt. Aus der filtrierten Lösung wird    durch Zusatz von Säure bis zu einem     pg    von  6,5 das     2-(p-Aminobenzol-sulfonylamino)-          4,6-dimethyl-pyrimidin    ausgefällt. Ausbeute:  22,9 g oder 63,5     %    der Theorie.

  To prepare the 2 - (p - aminobenzene - sulfonylamino) - 4,6 - dimethylpyrimidine, for example, the following procedure is used: A mixture of 21.4 g of p-aminobenzene-sulfonyl-guanidine and 10 g of acetyl - Acetone is heated to 170 in a pressure vessel for 6 hours while stirring.

   The reaction mixture is treated with cold, double normal sodium hydroxide solution, unchanged p-aminobenzene-sulfonyl-guanidine remaining undissolved. The 2- (p-aminobenzene-sulfonylamino) - 4,6-dimethyl-pyrimidine is precipitated from the filtered solution by adding acid up to a pg of 6.5. Yield: 22.9 g or 63.5% of theory.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Darstellung eines Sulfon amides, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man p-Aminobenzol-sulf onyl-guanidin mit Acetyl- aceton zum 2 - (p - Aminobenzol - sulf onyl- amino)-4,6-dimethyl-pyrimidin kondensiert.: UNTERANSPRTTCH: Verfahren nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass man die Kondensation im Druckgefäss bei 170 C vornimmt.
