Spool for axial thread take-off. The known bobbins with a winding that allows the axial thread take-off have a yarn package, the winding layers of which are superimposed in a conical shape. As it is formed, the yarn package does not increase in diameter, as in the case of the disc bobbin, but in height.
If the package is wound on a cylindrical or slightly conical bobbin, then it has conical ends on both sides and is called Kötzer. If it is wound on a bobbin, which has a conical approach at the bottom corresponding to the conicity of the winding layers of the yarn bobbin, then it has a conical end only on one side and is called a bottle coil. Both types of bobbins are grinding bobbins, i.e. bobbins in which the thread is drawn off when the bobbin is stationary.
The best-known representative of the grinding bobbin with Kötzer as a thread package is the weft bobbin.
To ensure a better layer position, the individual layers of the Kötz are laid in a cross position. Crossing has also been proposed for bottle spools.
The invention relates to a spool for axial thread take-off, which on the outside has the shape of the Kötzers, in contrast to your known body shape of this type, but increases in diameter as it is formed, the individual winding layers being laid crosswise.
This bobbin is formed in such a way that the first winding layer is wound at the level of the package and that the height of the winding layers gradually decrease as the package thickness increases.
The package according to the invention has all the advantages of Kötzers without the disadvantages that result from the conical shape of the individual winding layers. Each winding layer of the yarn package according to the invention is shaped like a cylinder jacket, so that it is wound with a constant thread speed. This advantage is also inherent in the disc coil. However, this coil cannot be withdrawn in the axial direction.
The drawing shows an embodiment of the coil according to the invention.
The bobbin 1 is a weakly conical sleeve. It can also be cylindrical. For the axial withdrawal, however, the conical shape shown is advantageous. The yarn body 2 has a cone-shaped shape on both sides, so externally resembles the Kötzer. The individual winding layers, which are symbolized in the drawing that cut the package 2 ge as straight lines 3-12, form weakly conical cone shells.
The winding layers 3-12 are in the shape of a cylinder jacket, if the coil body 3, that is the sleeve 1, is cylindrical. The winding layers 3-12 are wound in a cross lay. Any inclination of the intersecting winches can be used for the yarn and the intended use; gen gev, elected. The first winding layer 3 has the height h of the package 2.
The next layer 4 is shorter than 3 on both sides, as is layer 4, etc. This creates the cone-shaped closure on both sides.
The coil is wound in such a way that the thread guide path of the length BEZW. Height h of the layer 3 gradually to the length respectively. The height of the layer 12 is reduced.
