Fig. 1 einen Vertikalschnitt der Vorrichtung,
Fig. 2 einen Querschnitt nach der Fig. 1 und
Fig. 3 eine Draufsicht auf die Transportrolle.
Sheet loading and unloading device on letterpress machines.
Known insertion devices on letterpress printing machines have the disadvantage that, due to their complicated mechanism, they can only be adjusted with difficulty and sensitivity. can be operated. With previous insertion devices, the sheet of paper is lifted from the stack by means of a suction rod and placed on the conveyor belts. By rolling, the sheet is then pressed onto the conveyor belts and pushed forward by them. In order for the sheet to be guided on its way and also precisely fed into the system, it is necessary that further rollers press the sheet onto the conveyor belts. Adjusting the belts and rollers, especially when changing formats, takes a lot of time and effort.
Another disadvantage of this construction is that BEZW due to uneven pressing of the removal rollers. of the other rolls, or caused by unevenly thick strips, the sheets do not always get into the system in the correct position. In addition, the smearing of the freshly printed sheets by means of the ribbons and rollers can be noted as a further evil. Compared to the devices mentioned, the device according to the present invention has the advantage that when changing formats, no more rolls and tapes need to be adjusted accordingly.
When the sheet is transferred to the transport rollers, no more rollers press on the sheets, as these respectively from the transport roller. sucked in by the suction air nozzle and pushed forward by turning the roller. It is therefore no longer possible to smear the fresh print. Since all rolls have the same diameter, each sheet is inevitably fed into the system in a straight line.
The application and removal device according to the present invention is characterized by a plurality of circumferential transport rollers of the same diameter, having suction holes on their circumference and in each of which a fixed suction air nozzle is arranged.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown in the accompanying drawing, and it shows:
1 shows a vertical section of the device,
2 shows a cross section according to FIGS. 1 and
Fig. 3 is a plan view of the transport roller.
1 is the transport roller rotatably mounted on a hollow shaft 2, which has suction holes 3 on its circumference. 4 is the suction air nozzle fixed on a hollow shaft 5, which is connected via the hollow shaft 5 in a known manner to an air pump with negative pressure. The transport roller 1 is arranged under the support table 6 in such a way that its upper edge protrudes approximately 3 mm above the table top 6. The paper sheet is sucked in through the nozzle 4 and is therefore held on the roll. If the roll 1 * rotates, the sheet is moved forward with it according to the speed of rotation of the roll 1.
