Description
Verfahren zur Herstellung eines substituierten 2.6-Diamino-triazins-1.3.5. Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein Verfahren, zur Herstellung eines substituier ten 2.6-Diamino-triazins-1.3.5, dadurch ge kennzeichnet, dass man ein Gemisch von Di- cyandiamid mit N-Cyandibenzylamin, zweck mässig unter Zusatz einer stark basischen Verbindung, auf höhere Temperatur erhitzt.
Das so erhaltene, bisher unbekannte, 2.6-Diamino-4-dibenzylamino-triazin-1.3.5 ist ein farbloses Pulver, das, aus Butanol um kristallisiert, bei 217-218 schmilzt. Es soll als Zwischenprodukt zur Herstellung von harzartigen Kondensationsprodukten Ver wendung finden.
<I>Beispiel:</I> 84 Teile Dicyandiamid werden in etwa 500 Teilen N-Cyandibenzylamin unter Zu satz von etwa 5 Teilen Piperidin etwa 3 Stunden auf 200-205 erhitzt. Man trennt vom Überschuss des Cyandibenzylamins ab und erhält 260 Teile (857o der Theorie) an 2.6-Diamino-4-dibenzylamino-triazin-1.3.5.

The present patent relates to a process for the preparation of a substituted 2,6-diamino-triazine-1.3.5, characterized in that a mixture of dicyandiamide with N-cyandibenzylamine, advantageously with the addition of a strongly basic compound, is used heated higher temperature.
The previously unknown 2,6-diamino-4-dibenzylamino-triazine-1.3.5 obtained in this way is a colorless powder which, when crystallized from butanol, melts at 217-218. It is said to be used as an intermediate for the production of resinous condensation products.
<I> Example: </I> 84 parts of dicyandiamide are heated to 200-205 for about 3 hours in about 500 parts of N-cyandibenzylamine with the addition of about 5 parts of piperidine. The excess cyandibenzylamine is separated off and 260 parts (8570 of theory) of 2,6-diamino-4-dibenzylamino-triazine-1.3.5 are obtained.
