Verstellbare Vorrichtung zum Spannen und Trocknen von Trikotkleidungsstücken. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist eine verstellbare Vorrichtung zum Spannen und Trocknen von Trikotsachen, z. B. nach erfolgtem Waschen.
Der Zweck vorliegender Erfindung ist, zu vermeiden, dass beim Trocknen .der Trikot sachen nach dem Waschen dieselben sich zu sammenziehen und ihre Form verändern, was einen grossen Zeitverlust beim Glätten zur Wiedergewinnung der ursprünglichen Form verursacht; daher muss die Vorrichtung der Form und Grösse der Trikotkleidungestücke angepasst werden können.
Die Vorrichtung nach der Erfindung ist dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass .sie aus gegen seitig verstellbaren Elementen besteht, die in verschiedenen Stellungen -derart miteinander verbunden werden können, dass die Vorrich tung jeweils eine andere, feste und nicht wei ter regulierbare Gestalt hat, um das Eingehen des auf ihr aufgespannten Kleidungsstückes heim Trocknen zu verhindern.
Die verschiedenen möglichen Ausfüh rungsformen dieser Vorrichtung können aus bletall@erkstoffen, Holz, synthetischen Werk stoffen und Fasern oder aus jedwelchem ande rem technisch und wirtschaftlich zweckmässi gen Stoffgebaut werden.
In den beiliegenden Zeichnungen sind beispielsweise vier Ausführungsformen des Erfindungsgegenstandesi dargeste13, und zwar zeigt: Fig. 1 eine Vorderansicht einer ersten Ausführungsform für ein mit Ärmel verse- henes Kleidungsstück, mit zwei Varianten der zum Spannen der Ärmel dienenden For men (lang und kurz), Fig. 2 eine Seitenansicht der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Vorrichtung,
Fig. 3 eine hintere Ansicht der in Fig. 1 dargestellten Vorrichtung, Fig. 4 eine zweite Ausführungsform für Kleidungsstücke ähnlicher Art, Fig. 5 eine waagrechte Projektion der in Fig. 4 dargestellten Vorrichtung, Fig. G eine Einzelheit der Ausführung nach der Fig. 4,
Fig. 7 eine dritte Ausführungsform. für eine Hose. in Vorderansicht, Fig. 8 dieselbe Ausführungsform wie Fig. 7 in Seitenansicht, Fi-. 9 eine weitere Ausführungsform. ebenfalls für eine Hose, in Vorderansicht.
Alit Bezug auf die Ausführung #sform ---e- mäss Fig. 1, 2 und 3, weist die Vorriehtnng einen von den waagrechten Querstangen 1. und 2 und von den senkrechten Trägern 3 und 4 gebildeten Rahmen auf. Die Quer stange 2 besitzt die Einschnitte 5 und 6. die. wie in der Figur ersichtlich, aus durch rechteckige Öffnungen verbundenen Löchern bestehen.
Die Träger 3 und 4 sind an ihren obern Enden mit den Zapfen 11 und 12 ver sehen, die Flügel aufweisen, deren @ernessnn- gen dem durch ein Loch der Einschnitts 5 oder 6 und durch die angrenzenden recht eckigen Öffnungen gebildeten Raum entspre- chen, und diese Zapfen sind auf die Träger derart angeordnet, dass die Flügel schräg zier Achse des Trägers stehen.
Durch diese An- ordnung kann man dann, indem man den mit Flügeln versehenen Zapfen in den Einschnitt einführt und den Träger dabei in sehrä-er Stellung hält, den Träger die zur Querstange normale Stellung .einnehmen lassen, wobei die Flügel des Zapfens mit der Querstange 2 zii- samnienwirken, wodurch das Heraustreten des Zapfens un:

Dann werden die Träger 3 und 4 erwei tert, bis sie senkrecht zur Querstange 2 zu stehen kommen, was durch den Widerstand der Querstange gegenüber den auf den Trä gern befestigten. und in Fig. 3 ersichtlichen Zapfen 27 erfolgt, und schliesslich werden die [intern Enden der Träger 3 und 4 mittels der entern Querstange 1 verbunden, wobei die Zapfen 15 und 16 in die der Länge und Breite der Trikotkleidung entsprechenden Löcher eingeführt werden. In jeder Verbindungs stellung hat die Vorrichtung eine andere, feste und nicht R=eiter regulierbare Gestalt.
Mit Bezug auf die Ausführungsform ge mäss den Fig. 4, 5 und 6, ist 41 ein Mittel körper, der die Träboer 36 verbindet und der mit einem Griff 42 für das Befördern oder Aufhängen der ganzen Vorrichtung versehen ist. Der Mittelkörper 41 ist, wie in Fig. 6 ersichtlich, mit Flügeln 28 versehen, die zu sammen mit den vorstehenden Teilen 29 des Griffes 42 eine Art Führung für die Büb 1 30 der Träger 36 bilden. Dadurch wird eine vollkommene Unverformbarkeit der Vorrich tung während des Gebrauches bezweckt.
Die Verbindung der Armformen mit den Trägern wird mittels der, Knopfzapfen 34 erhalten, welche in die Ösen 35 eingreifen. Die Träger 36 sind an ihrem Bügel 30 mit nicht darge stellten Zapfen für die Befestigung an den Mittelkörper 41, und mit Ösen 35 für die An- hupplan,o, der Ärmelspannelemente versehen. Diese bestehen aus den in 33 drehbaren, ge formten Armen 31 und 32.
Wie in der Fig. 4 ersichtlich, greifen die Zapfen 34 der Arme 31 und 32 in die auf den Bügeln 30 nach zwei divergierenden Geraden verteilten Ösen 35 ein. Es ist offensichtlich, dass bei Verstel lung der Befestigungspunkte der Arme 31 und 32 auf den Ösen 35, die Länge und die Weite der Ärmelspannelemente sich ver ändert. Die untere Abstandsquerstange besteht aus zwei miteinander durch Zapfen und Öse in 39, und mit dem gleichen System an die Träger 36 b kuppelten Elementen 37 und 38.
Auf diese Weise kann ,die Länge der Ab- standsquerstange mittels der Kupplung 39 verändert werden, während mit den veränder lichen Kupplungen 40 diese Querstange längs der Träger 36 verstellt werden kann.
Mit Bezug auf die Zeichnung weist die Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 7, zum Auf hänger und Trocknen von Trikothosen, eine Querstange la auf, an welche Querstange zwei aus den Elementen 2a und 3a und bezw. 4a und 5a, zweckmässig gebildete Formen befestigt sind. Die Elemente <I>2a, 3a</I> und<I>4a,</I> 5a haben ihren Drehpunkt an den Enden durch die Zapfen 6a bezw. 7a.
Die Verbin dung der Formen an .die Querstange 1 a er folgt durch die Zapfen<I>8a, 9a,</I> 10a, 11a, welche in die an den Enden der Elemente 2a, <I>3a,</I> 4a und 5a vorhandenen Löcher und in andere an der Querstange in geeigneter .Stel lung vorgesehenen Löcher eingeführt werden. Und zwar werden die Elemente 3a und 4a in der Nähe des Mittelpunktes( :der Quer stange und die Elemente 2a und 5a an das linke b-ezw. rechte Ende angebracht.
Die Querstange weist mehr als ein Verbindungs loch für jedes Ende des Formelementes auf, damit die Vorrichtung verschiedene Abmes sungen entsprechend den versichiedenen Massen der Hosen annehmen kann und, :die gegen seitige Einstellung der Teile<B>je</B> nach der Ge stalt der Person vorgenommen werden kann. Die Querstange 1a ist mit einem Griff 12a zum Aufhängen und Befördern des Rahmens versehen. Die aufzuhängenden Hosen werden auf die Vorrichtung getan, wobei die Formen in die die Beine bekleidenden Teile eingeführt und der Gürtel in der Höhe der Querstange angezogen wird.
In der Ausführungsform gemäss Fig. 9 ist ein Zentralelement vorgesehen, an welches die innern Arme der Stützelemente angebracht werden; dieser Mittelkörper wird dann mit tels eines Zapfens und Öse an die obere Quer stange befestigt. Die Aufspannelemente sind zweckmässig gebogen und geformt, um besser dem Zweck zu entsprechen.
Mit Bezug auf Fig. 9 ist 1'a die obere Querstange; 13a ist da.s mittlere Verbindungs element und 14a, 15a, 16a, 17a. sind die ge formten Arme der Aufspannelemente. Die Arme 14a und 15a und die Arme 16a und 17a haben ihren Drehpunkt in 18a und bezw. 19a, während die Arme 15a und 17a. ihren Drehpunkt in 20a am Mittelelement 13a ha ben.
Auf der obern Querstange 1'a sind zwei Reihen vorn Ösen 22a angeordnet, in welchen die geformten Metallteile mit Knopf 21a, die auf dem äussersten Teil der Arme 14a und 16a angeordnet sind, ihren Sitz haben.
Der Mittelkörper 13a ist mit einer Reihe Löcher 23a zur Befestigung an die obere Querstange 1'a mittels des an der Querstange selbst befestigten Zapfens 24a versehen; diese Querstange ist mit einem Griff 25a für das Befördern oder das Anmachen der ganzen Vorrichtung versehen.
Wie leicht hervorgeht, werden die mög lichen Änderungen und Anpassungen der Vorrichtung erhalten, indem jeweils die Be festigungspunkte der Arme 14a und 16a auf den Ösen 22a der Querstange 1'a und der Be festigungspunkt des Mittelelementes 13a ver stellt werden.

The connection of the arm shapes with the carriers is obtained by means of the button pins 34 which engage in the eyelets 35. The supports 36 are provided on their bracket 30 with pins (not illustrated) for attachment to the central body 41, and with eyelets 35 for the hitching plan, o, the sleeve tensioning elements. These consist of the shaped arms 31 and 32 which are rotatable in FIG.
As can be seen in FIG. 4, the pins 34 of the arms 31 and 32 engage in the eyelets 35 distributed on the brackets 30 along two divergent straight lines. It is obvious that if the points of attachment of the arms 31 and 32 are adjusted to the eyelets 35, the length and the width of the sleeve tensioning elements changes. The lower spacer crossbar consists of two elements 37 and 38 coupled to one another by pin and eyelet in 39, and with the same system to the beams 36b.
In this way, the length of the spacer crossbar can be changed by means of the coupling 39, while this crossbar can be adjusted along the carrier 36 with the changeable couplings 40.
With reference to the drawing, the embodiment according to FIG. 7, for hanger and drying of jersey pants, a crossbar la, to which crossbar two of the elements 2a and 3a and respectively. 4a and 5a, appropriately formed shapes are attached. The cross bar 1a is provided with a handle 12a for hanging and moving the frame. The trousers to be hung are placed on the device, the molds being inserted into the parts covering the legs and the belt being tightened at the level of the crossbar.
In the embodiment according to FIG. 9, a central element is provided, to which the inner arms of the support elements are attached; this center body is then attached to the upper cross bar by means of a pin and eyelet. The clamping elements are suitably bent and shaped to better suit the purpose.
Referring to Figure 9, 1'a is the upper cross bar; 13a is the middle connecting element and 14a, 15a, 16a, 17a. are the shaped arms of the clamping elements. The arms 14a and 15a and the arms 16a and 17a have their pivot point in 18a and respectively. 19a, while arms 15a and 17a. their pivot point in 20a on the central element 13a have ben.
On the upper crossbar 1'a two rows of front eyelets 22a are arranged in which the shaped metal parts with button 21a, which are arranged on the outermost part of the arms 14a and 16a, are seated.
The central body 13a is provided with a series of holes 23a for attachment to the upper crossbar 1'a by means of the pin 24a attached to the crossbar itself; this crossbar is provided with a handle 25a for carrying or switching on the whole device.
As can be easily seen, the possible changes and adaptations of the device are obtained by the fastening points of the arms 14a and 16a on the eyelets 22a of the crossbar 1'a and the fastening point of the central element 13a being adjusted.
When the element 13a. is raised in height, the points 18a and 19a seek to approach each other, whereby a contraction in the width of the pelvis and legs is obtained in this way, while the descent of the element 13a tends to increase the width . Due to the possible adjustments of the arms 14a and 16a by means of the eyelets 22a of the element 13a on the pin 4a, the dimensions and the shape of the device can be changed depending on the requirements of use.
