Description

  

  Weiche, insbesondere für     Rillenschienengeleise.       Es sind Weichen, insbesondere für Rillen  schienengeleise bekannt, bei welchen die       Zungengleitplatte    aus einer Stahlplatte be  steht, welche mittels eines unterhalb der  Weichenzunge verlaufenden     3Ettelsteges    auf  die     Weichenunterzugsplatte    abgestützt ist.  



  Diese Ausführung hat den Nachteil, dass  die     Weichenunterzugsplatte    die ganze Länge  der     Weichenzungenvorrichtung    einnehmen  muss, was die Konstruktion wesentlich ver  teuert.  



  Vorliegende Erfindung     betrifft    Weichen,  insbesondere für     Rillenschienengeleise,    deren       Zungengleitplatte    einen Mittelsteg aufweist,  welcher auf dem Fuss einer der beiden Wei  chenschienen abgestützt ist.  



       Ausführungsbeispiele    des Erfindungsgegen  standes sind in beiliegender Zeichnung dar  gestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf eine Aus  führungsform des Erfindungsgegenstandes, wo  bei die Weichenzunge nicht gezeichnet ist;         Fig.    2 zeigt einen Schnitt nach der Linie       I--I    in der     Fig.    1;       Fig.    3 zeigt einen, der     Fig.    2 gleicharti  gen Schnitt durch eine erste und     Fig.    4 einen  solchen durch eine zweite Variante der in  den     Fig.    1 und 2 veranschaulichten Ausfüh  rungsform.  



  In dieser Zeichnung bedeuten: a. eine  Weichenzunge, b die     Zungengleitplatte,    c den  Fuss der Stockschiene, d einen Mittelsteg, e       Passplatten,    f die     Beischiene,        .g    Querrippen.  



  Eine den beweglichen Teil der Weichen  zunge a tragende     Zungengleitplatte    b liegt  auf einem     Mittelsteg    d, welcher sich mittels  der     Passplatten    e auf den Fuss c der Stock  schiene abstützt.  



  Gemäss der in     Fig.    3 dargestellten Aus  führungsform bestehen die     Zungengleitplatte    b  und der Mittelsteg     d    aus einem einzigen     T-          förmigen    Walzprofil, z. B. aus einem Schie  nenunterteil mit Fuss nach oben.  



       Zweckmässigerweise    werden     hierfür    die  bei der Herstellung der Weichenzungen aus      einem Walzprofil, z. B. dem Profil     Fz    180,  anfallenden, sonst im     -VGTeichenbau    nicht  brauchbaren Abschnitte verwendet.  



  Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach     Fig.    4 ist  der abgetrennte Unterteil der     Beischiene    /'  mit Fuss nach oben als     Zungengleitplatte     verwendet. Zur besseren Abstützung der Bei  schiene können einige     Querrippen        g    ange  schweisst werden.  



  Der Mittelsteg kann durchgehend oder  unterbrochen sein.  



  Der den Mittelsteg tragende Schienenfuss  kann zur Verbesserung der Lastübertragung  stellenweise verbreitert sein.

  This design has the disadvantage that the switch support plate must occupy the entire length of the switch tongue device, which makes the construction considerably more expensive.



  The present invention relates to points, in particular for grooved rail tracks, the tongue slide plate of which has a central web which is supported on the foot of one of the two white rails.



       Embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown in the accompanying drawings.

  A tongue slide plate b carrying the movable part of the switch tongue a lies on a central web d, which is supported by means of the fitting plates e on the foot c of the stick rail.



  According to the embodiment shown in Fig. 3, the tongue slide plate b and the central web d consist of a single T-shaped rolled profile, for. B. from a Schie nenunterteil with foot upwards.



       Appropriately for this purpose, in the manufacture of the switch tongues from a rolled profile, z. B. the profile Fz 180, accruing, otherwise unusable in the -VGTeichenbau sections are used.



  In the embodiment according to FIG. 4, the separated lower part of the side rail / 'is used with the foot upwards as a tongue slide plate. Some transverse ribs can be welded to provide better support for the side rail.



  The central web can be continuous or interrupted.



  The rail foot carrying the central web can be widened in places to improve the load transfer.
