Description
ILolbenspritzpumpe an Spritzgiessmasöhinen. Die Erfindung betrifft eine Kolbenspritz- pumpe an Spritzgiessmaschinen mit innerhalb eines abgedeckten Schmelzbehälters ange ordnetem, auswechselbarem Pumpenzylinder, an dessen Ende unmittelbar das Spritzmund stück anschliesst.
Bei den bekannten Ausführungen derar tiger Spritzpumpen ist der Pumpenzylinder mittels an ihn angegossener Flansche am ,Schmelzbehälter befestigt. Durch die Flansche werden die Zylinder so sperrig, dass ihre Laufflächen nur mit Hilfe grösserer Bohrwerke bearbeitet werden können. Ausser dem bedingt die Werkstoffanhäufung an den Stellen, an denen die Flansche angegossen sind, eine ungleichmässige Ausdehnung der Zylinderwand unter dem Einfluss der Be triebswärme, so dass die Abdichtung des Kol bens erschwert wird.
Gemäss der Erfindung werden diese Nach teile dadurch vermieden, dass der als Teil eines Drehkörpers ausgebildete Pumpenzylin der von aussen in eine Bohrung des Schmelz behälters eingesteckt und mittels eines an seinem dem Spritzmundstück zugewendeten Ende vorgesehenen Bundes lösbar befestigt ist. Vorzugsweise wird der Bund mittels des in einen erweiterten Teil der den Zylinder aufnehmenden Bohrung eingeschraubten ,Spritzmundstückes festgeklemmt.
In der Zeichnung sind zwei Ausführungs beispiele von golbenspritzpumpen gemäss der Erfindung schematisch im Schnitt dargestellt.
Nach Fig. 1 ist der Pumpenzylinder 2, der einen Teil eines zylindrischen Drehkörpers bildet, schräg in der Wand des .Schmelzbehäl- ters 1 in eine dort vorgesehene Bohrung ein gesetzt und stützt sich mit einem an seinem Ende vorgesehenen Bund 3 gegen einen Ab satz dieser Bohrung ab.
Zum Festhalten des Zylinders wird das in einen erweiterten Teil dieser Bohrung einge- schraubte Spritzmundstück 4 benützt. Die Betätigung des im Zylinder 2 hin- und her bewegbaren Pumpenkolbens 5 erfolgt in be kannter Weise über ein Hebelgestänge 6.
Nach Fig. 2 ist der Zylinder einer Kol- benspritzpumpe in gleicher Weise vertikal in den Deckel des ,Schmelzbehälters eingesetzt und befestigt.

In the known designs of derar term injection pumps, the pump cylinder is attached to the melting container by means of flanges cast onto it. The flanges make the cylinders so bulky that their running surfaces can only be machined with the help of larger boring mills. In addition, the accumulation of material at the points where the flanges are cast on causes the cylinder wall to expand unevenly under the influence of operating heat, making it more difficult to seal the piston.
According to the invention, these disadvantages are avoided in that the pump cylinder, which is designed as part of a rotating body, is inserted from the outside into a bore of the melting container and is releasably fastened by means of a collar provided at its end facing the injection nozzle. The collar is preferably clamped by means of the injection nozzle screwed into an enlarged part of the bore that receives the cylinder.
In the drawing, two execution examples of piston injection pumps according to the invention are shown schematically in section.
According to FIG. 1, the pump cylinder 2, which forms part of a cylindrical rotating body, is set obliquely in the wall of the .Sschmelzbehäl- ters 1 in a bore provided there and is supported with a collar 3 provided at its end against a shoulder of this Hole.
The injection nozzle 4 screwed into an enlarged part of this bore is used to hold the cylinder in place. The pump piston 5, which can be moved back and forth in the cylinder 2, is actuated in a known manner via a lever linkage 6.
According to FIG. 2, the cylinder of a piston injection pump is inserted vertically into the lid of the melting container and fastened in the same way.
