(Fig. 1).
Device for controlling the fluid flow in hydraulically operated machines. There are already devices for Steue tion of the pressure medium flow in hydraulically operated machines known. Most of such facilities, e.g. B. for hydrau cally controlled machine tools, have an adjustable pressure pump that is driven directly by a motor. With a lever, handwheel or the like, a control piston is actuated, which releases the pressure oil directly on one side or the other of the working piston, which latter moves the table of the machine or the tool holder.
Depending on the position of the lever, hand wheel or the like and the setting of the pump delivery, the machine table or the tool holder is pushed forward or backward faster or slower. There are also devices known in which a reversing valve is present, so that pressure oil depending on the position of the holes or channels in the friction device reaches one or the other side of a servo piston.
The piston rod of the servo piston is directly coupled to the piston rod of a control piston, so that the pressure oil flow to the working piston is released or closed depending on the position of the latter: In most such devices, it does not matter whether the adjustable overpressure of the pressure pump is kept constant during the loading movement process, which is also the back pressure and the variability of the back pressure in the Ar work machine.
This is generally the case with machine tools, for example, while in a large part of the presses that operate with pressurized fluid, it is important that the pressurized fluid is delivered to the press with a constant overpressure, regardless of the counter pressure and the variability of counter-pressure in the press. The consequence of maintaining this overpressure is the complete uniformity of the Hubgeschwin speed of the pressure piston, regardless of the resistance to be overcome. An overpressure regulator must be used to comply with this requirement. .
In known devices, a valve of the pressure regulator and an off valve must be controlled individually by hand who the. The usual design of these valves has the major disadvantage, due to the resulting axial pressure, that the handwheels are very difficult to control and seal at high fluid pressures, and that a very rapid changeover from loading to unloading is not possible. Another disadvantage is that. that the operator needs both hands to control the valves. This version also does not allow any possibility of attaching stops for repetitive loading and unloading settings.
The object of the present inven tion is now a device for controlling the pressure medium flow in hydraulically actuated machines such. B. Arbeitsmaschi NEN, material testing machines and the like, in which an automatically operating overpressure regulator is used as the inlet organ controlling the inflow, which delivers the hydraulic fluid with constant overpressure to the machine, which is also the counterpressure and the variability of this counterpressure, and in the an outlet valve controlling the drain and a control element are available, such as
that when the latter is moved into one end position, the inflow is established and subject to the control of the overpressure regulator and the outlet valve is opened in the other end position.
The control member can be designed as a displaceable control piston, which can be moved without resistance, so to speak, with the elimination of an AYialgegendruekes, so that the reversal of loads to loads or vice versa suddenly happen and the control piston can be controlled with one hand, for example. It is also possible to initiate, for example, mechanical means for moving the control element by foot by means of a pedal, so that both hands remain free; the start-up can also be done by both (hand or foot).
The same effect can also be achieved with hydraulic or electrical means, whereby the same can be started again by hand or foot or optionally by both. Furthermore, it can be achieved with appro priate means that the control movement is generated automatically, whereby the triggering can take place by a previously adjustable variable, such as. B. by a previously determined pressure or a previously determined distance.
Another advantage of using a pressure regulator is that there is no need for a pump with a variable flow rate.
The drawing relates to several Ausfüh approximately examples of the subject invention. 1 to 3 show an example with a housing designed as a closed unit for the inlet, outlet and control element. Of course, the first two organs mentioned could also be spatially separated from the control organ. The common housing is denoted by 1, in which an inlet element supported on screw 2, an outlet valve supported on screw 3, the control piston 4 actuated by the mechanism 5 and the corresponding connecting channels for the circulation of the pressure oil are installed .
The pressure oil comes from the not gezeich designated Oldruekpiimpe through the line 6 to the channel 7, the two chambers 8 and 9 and from there through the notch 10 to the chambers 11 and 12. (Fig. 1). After overcoming the back pressure of the screw benfeder 13 is closed by the overpressure in the chamber 12 of the valve piston 14 of the valve outlet, so that the pressure oil passes through the channel 15 and the pipe 16 to the cylinder of the work machine, not shown.
In this position according to FIG. 1, the control piston 4 and thus also the actuating lever 5 are in the "loading" area, i.e. H. So if a press is connected, for example, pressure oil would be fed to the cylinder. and stresses the workpiece. From the machine cylinder, an oil return 17 leads to the channel 18 on the rear side of the conical seat of the Ven tilkolbens 14. Through the tube 17 and the channels 18, 19 there is a connection between the working cylinder of the connected machine and the chamber 20.
The spring 23 in the chamber 20 causes a practically constant pressure gradient between the chambers 9 and 11, i. H. the pressure in the chamber 8 is always equal to the pressure in the chamber 20 plus the pressure of the spring 23. If more oil flows from the pump than the notch 10 allows through at this constant overpressure, the equilibrium is disturbed and the piston 21 moves to the left. As a result, the excess oil is blown off through the conically tapered part 24 into the chamber 25 and flows back through the pipe 27 to the oil tank of the pump (not shown).
When the actuating mechanism 5 is set to "relieve", as shown in Fig. 2, the control piston 4 assumes the position shown in this figure. The oil coming from the oil pressure pump can then only reach the chamber 9 and accumulates there, d. H. there is overpressure. As a result, the pressure in the chamber 8 is greater than the counter pressure in the chamber 20, increased by the pressure of the spring 23, and the piston 21 moves to the left until all of the oil coming from the pump to the chamber 25 flows and the equilibrium of the piston 21 is restored. The pressurized oil located in the cylinder of the machine flows through the channel 18 to the chamber 22.
The previously held closed by the pressure in the chamber 12 conical seat of the valve piston 14 is opened. The discharge pressure in the chamber 12 is caused by the spring 13 and is kept practically constant at all times. The valve piston 14 only allows a practically constant amount of oil to flow off, corresponding to the position of the notch 28, which flows back through the channel 29 via the chamber 30 and the channel 31 to the chamber 25 and pipe 27 to the oil tank of the pump.
The control piston 4 can also, as shown in Fig. 3, be brought to the "zero" position. In this position, for example, the pressure supplied to the cylinder of a press can be kept constant for a long time. This position of the control piston 4 prevents an outflow or inflow of oil into the working cylinder of the press. All the oil flowing in from the pump is blown off into the oil container.
Fig. 4 shows an embodiment in which the control piston 4 is operated with a foot pedal. The same is connected to the linkage 32, 33, 34 and is ben shifted over the double-armed foot pedal 35. The grid 36 is used to fix the foot pedal 35 in the “load”, “0 position” and “relieve” positions. It is also possible to combine the actuation of the control piston so that it can be moved either by means of the hand lever 5 (Fig. 1) or by means of the foot pedal (Fix. -4).
An actuation of the control piston by hydraulic means is shown in FIG. 5. The cylinder for receiving the control piston 4 is formed as a cylinder closed at both ends. In each end of the cylinder opens a pressure line 37 respectively. 38, which is closed via a changeover valve 39 to the oil pressure pump. The friction valve 40 of the reversing cock has a bore 41 through which the pressure oil is passed to the left or right side of the control piston 4, depending on its position. The bore 42 is used to vent the cylinder.
In this embodiment, too, it is possible that the friction element 40 of the reversing valve 30 can be operated by hand or foot or alternatively by both by a transmission mechanism not shown.
In Fig. 6 an embodiment is shown in which the actuation of the control piston takes place directly with electrical means. The two ends of the control piston 4 also form the armature for two solenoids 43 and 44. Depending on whether one or the other coil of the solenoids 43, 44 is energized, the control piston is switched to the left or right. The switching of the solenoids (not shown) can be started by hand or foot, optionally by both.
Fig. 7 shows an embodiment in which the control movement is automatically generated and the triggering of the "load" and "relieve" position is carried out by a certain pressure before her. With 45, for example, a hydraulic press is designated, in which a body 46 is to be automatically pressed for a long time between two specific load limits. The body 46 is clamped between two pressure plates 47 and 48, the latter being directly connected to the piston 49.
The pressure oil passes from the pump 50 through the pipe 6 into a according to Fi el o-. 6 trained device for controlling the pressure medium flow in hydraulically operated machines, the housing of which is again denoted by 1. The oil return to the oil tank of the pump 50 takes place through the pipe 27. In the pipe 16 when the load is applied, the pressure oil flows to the cylinder 51 of the press, and in the pipe 17 when the pressure is released it flows back to the housing 1. Two pressure gauges 52 and 53 are switched on in the pipelines 16 and 17, the former having a 1Vlaximal contact 54 and the latter having a 3finimalkontakt 55.
Depending on the setting of the maximum contact, when a certain pressure is reached via a contactor 56, the solenoid 43 is actuated and the control piston 4 is brought to the load position Ent. After reaching an arbitrarily adjustable minimum pressure, the contact of the manometer 53 is closed and the solenoid 44 is actuated via the contactor 57, so that the control piston is brought to the load position. This game can automatically repeat itself as often as required, depending on the purpose of the press. Of course you can.
suitable means instead of a pressure, a predetermined distance, for example of the piston 49, can be used for triggering the automatically generated control movement.
