Tube light. The subject of the present invention is a tube lamp which has at least two tube lamps and at least one light-permeable and light-diffusing screen and which is characterized in that the tube lamps and the screen are arranged in relation to one another that the latter for the purpose of mixing the light from both tube lamps the latter is illuminated from opposite sides.
On the accompanying drawing, three embodiments of the subject invention are illustrated.
Fig.l shows a first Ausführungsbei game in cross section in the form of a two-lamp Fig. 2 shows a second Ausführungsbei game also in cross section in the form of a two-lamp tube lamp; 3 shows a third embodiment, again in cross section in the form of a three-lamp tube lamp, and FIG. 4 shows the same lamp in longitudinal section. The tube luminaire according to FIG. 1 has two fluorescent tubes C, which are arranged one above the other in vertical cracks and are attached to the lamp fitting A by means of sockets B .
Between the tubes C a perpendicular to the plane of symmetry F-F of the lamp is provided, a translucent and light-diffusing screen which is formed by a flat, rectangular frosted glass pane D. Thanks to this mutual arrangement of tubes and disc, the latter is illuminated from opposite sides, where a mixture of the light emitted by the tubes is achieved.
2 shows a similar tube lamp, again with two tube lamps C arranged one above the other, which are attached to the lamp fitting A by means of sockets B .
D is again a translucent and light-diffusing screen, which, however, in contrast to the light according to FIG. 1, consists of two wings protruding from the side, which are arcuate in cross-section and are arranged to converge towards the lower lamp, - but here too the condition it is filled so that the screen formed in this way is irradiated from the upper lamp from above and from the lower lamp from below, that is to say from opposite sides.
The lamp according to FIGS. 3 and 4 has three fluorescent tubes C which together form a flat triangle and which are attached to the lamp fitting A by means of sockets B. A light-permeable and light-diffusing screen D is provided over each of the two lower tubes, while the third, upper tube C is arranged above the abutting edge of these two screens, so that the latter are illuminated again from two opposite sides. If more light is required, instead of one tube in the upper part, two tubes can be arranged parallel next to one another.
In order to brighten the darkness prevailing at the end of the tube lamps due to the characteristic light distribution of the same, light-permeable and light-diffusing panes E are also provided on the front sides of the lamp. By reflection from the screens D extending parallel to the tubes, illumination and thus brightening of the end faces E is achieved and, as a result, a more uniform surface brightness of the same and, as a result, a better light distribution is achieved.
As a result of the lighting and transillumination of the screens D in the lights according to FIGS. 1 and 2 and D and E in the lights according to FIGS. 3 and 4, the lights emit direct, reflected and supervised light flows from all tube lamps. The screens D respectively. D and E themselves emit a mixture of the luminous flux of all tube lamps.
This type of luminaire is therefore particularly suitable for those cases where you want to achieve a color mixture from two light colors and use a tube lamp with one light color and the other tube lamp with the other light color.
The annoying impression that is created for the eye by ver sehiedenfarbene visibly burning tubes on top of each other is respectively caused by the screens D and respectively. D and E avoided.
