Description

  

  Verfahren zur Bedeckung von     ileizwendeln    mit Isolationsmassen.    Es ist bisher üblich gewesen, Heizwen  deln,     Elektroden    oder andere     Metallteile    mit  tels     Tauchen,        .Spritzen    oder     Elektrophorese     mit einem isolierenden Überzug     aufs    Oxyd  oder andern     Isolationsmassen    zu versehen.

    Für     -die    Bedeckung besonders dünner, langer  Wendeln oder Doppelwendeln, -     wie    sie in       Elektronenr'öh:ren    Verwendung finden,     muss-          ten.    diese bisher durch Aufziehen auf einem       Stäbch,en    aus     keramitschem        Material        gehaltert     werden, damit     s.ie    beim .Spritzen     oder    andern       Arbeitsgängen    eine .genügende mechanische  Festigkeit besassen.  



       Erfindungsgemäss    wird     heim    Verfahren  zur Bedeckung von Heizwendeln mit     Iso-          lationeimassen    durch Elektrophorese vor  geschlagen,     ,dass    die Wendel     während    der       elektrophoretischen    Bedeckung durch die     Iso-          lationsmasse    derart vollständig in     die        Iso,-          lationsmas@se        eingebettet    wird, dass sie auch  im     Innenraum    der Wendel mit     Isolations,

  -          masse    ausgefüllt ist, und     dass    die     Sinterung     der     Isolationsmasse    im Anschluss an die Be-         deckung    durch Erhitzung dem     Heizwendel     mit     Hilfe        elektrischer        Ströme,    die durch     .die          Wendelgeleitet        wetden,    erfolgt.

   Als     Io-ola-          tion.sm@asse        werden,        vorteilhaft    Leichtmetall  Oxyde,     beispiels#weis#e        Magnesium-,        Kalzium-,          Aluminium-    oder     Berylliumoxyd        verwendet.     



  Nach der     elektrophoretischen    Bedeckung       ,ist    ,die mechanische     Festigkeit    der nach dem  erfindungsgemässen Verfahren. bedeckten  Wendeln ,genügend; nach der     idarauffolgen-          d'en        Sinterung    ist das Gebilde     vollständig     fest.   Das     erfindunb    gemässe Verfahren hat den  Vorteil,     diass    man     idie        Oxydecbicht    oder andere       Isolationsmassen    in beliebiger Stärke     elektroa-          phoTetisäh        niederschlagen    kann.
