Deposit spinning machine with differential gear. Known weaning spinners carry out three main movements that are transmitted by the motor shaft and the downdraft counter shaft, namely: 1. Extending the carriage while feeding the stretched roving that is spun by the rotation of the spindles. The main shaft runs at full speed and gives the spindles a high speed via the rotating flywheel and the drums.
2. At the end of the extension of the car, the shaft is coupled with the reverse friction clutch, which stops it and then gives it a very low rotational speed in the opposite direction in order to carry out the unwinding.
3. When the carriage returns, the motor shaft remains disengaged and the spindles turn driven by the movement of the carriage, which in turn is set in motion by the return shaft by means of specially provided screws (scrolls). In the case of the usual set-down spinning machines, these main movements are transmitted by transmissions with sheets which take up a lot of space and are not always easy to accommodate.
The present invention relates to a spinning machine with differential gear, in which the housing of the differential gear is rotated from one end of the motor shaft via a countershaft at constant uniform speed, while the other end of the motor shaft is either a sun gear via a slidable belt of the differential gear or a gear wheel driving the return shaft of this carriage, whereby in the former case the sun wheel and the housing determine the movement of a scoring keyed onto the main vein of the spinning machine via the planet gears.
In the accompanying drawing, an embodiment of the egg is partially shown in axial section. Therein the frame of the spinning machine is denoted by 1, the other end face of the electric motor 2 is attached, the shaft of which carries a gear 3 at one end and a wide pulley 4 at the other end. The gearwheel 3 transmits the movement via a chain (not shown) to a gearwheel 5, which is keyed onto a sleeve 6 loosely placed on the main shaft 7 and firmly connected to the differential housing 8.
In the housing 8, the planetary gears 9 are rotatably arranged, each two ring gears 10 respectively. 11 wear. The ring gears 10 mesh with the central pinion 12 wedged onto the main shaft 7, while the ring gears 11 mesh with the pinion 13 that forms a piece with a sleeve 14 loosely placed on the main shaft 7 on which the pinion 18 faces away The end of the pulley 15 is fixedly arranged. The edge of this Seheibe has inside a conical friction surface 16, with which the loosely placed on the sleeve 14, non-rotatable, but axially displaceable friction cone 17 can be brought into engagement.
This Rei environment cone is guided by the pin 18 during its axial displacement, which are carried by a loosely placed on the hub of the pulley 15 disc 19, and is under the action of the springs 20, which are also carried by the disc 19 and the To bring the pin into the uncoupled position and try to hold it in it. The coupling takes place by means of a fork 21 mortised in a fixed point 22 of this spinning machine frame and articulated with the free end on the coupling lever 23.
The movement of the pulley 4 is transferred to the pulley 15 by a Rie men 24, which is shifted alternately to the belt pulley 15 and to a pulley 25 lying next to it, which last on the hub of one by an automatically controlled Rie, not shown is loosely placed on the main shaft and keyed by known means with the return shaft of the carriage, not shown, pinion 26.
On the sleeve 6, the pinion 27 is wedged, which drives the control shaft, and at the end of the main shaft 7 a Flianseh 28 is provided, which carries the V-belt pulley, not shown, to drive the spindles under a cable drive. The gear wheel 29 firmly connected to the shaft 7 drives the extension worm shaft and the rollers of the drafting system as the wagon extends.
When the belt 24 rests on the belt pulley 15, in the above-described arrangement the pinion 12, which is connected to the main shaft 7 and to which a differential movement determined by the belt pulley 15 and the gearwheel 5 is communicated, rotates in the positive sense, d. H. in the sense of the car exit, the speed of which is determined by the various gear ratios.
If, on the other hand, the belt is pushed onto the belt pulley 25 without the friction cone 17 being attracted, the main shaft 7 stops because the movement coming from the housing 8 is transmitted to the belt pulley 15 loosely seated on the shaft. The clutch is now locked by shifting the friction cone 17. Since the number of teeth of the sun gear 13 is greater than that of the pinion 12, the shaft 7 is rotated in the opposite direction at a speed that results from the movement of the differential housing 8 and the rolling movement of the planetary gears on the stationary pinion 13.
During this period of time, the spindles therefore turn in the opposite direction and manage the unwinding. At the end of this second period of time, the locking friction clutch disengages and the shaft 7 is thus free, while the belt pulley 25 through the cracks firmly connected to it! 26 drives the RückführWefille.
So as long as the belt 24 is located on the belt that is firmly connected to the said solar assembly, the main shaft rotates with positive speed and with a speed that corresponds to the transmission ratio of the differential.
But when the belt crosses over to the other pulley 25, the main shaft 7 stops because the movement coming from the differential is communicated by the pulley firmly connected to the pinion loosely attached to the puppy. At the end of the extension of the carriage, a non-rotatable friction cone engages with the conical friction surface of the belt pulley, so that the 4th pulley 15 is stopped and the main shaft reverses its rotation, since the number of teeth on the sun wheel 13 is greater than that of the scoring 12 is. During this period of time, the spindles therefore rotate in the opposite direction in order to accomplish the unwinding.
At the end of this second period of time, the locking friction clutch disengages and the main shaft is released, while the pulley, which is firmly connected to the gear connected to the return shaft, drives this shaft to return the car.
Most of the drive parts available in the normal wicking spinner are also used in the machine shown, so that the implementation of this mechanism only requires the use of standard Adler pulleys through the new differential shaft and the connection of the return shaft with the gear wheel firmly connected to the corresponding pulleys.
The illustrated differential gear makes it possible to bring the drive motor directly to the face of the spinning machine, and by means of the gradual reversal of the movement that occurs during the contraction process by stopping the differential gears, a smooth movement is created. The softer movements also have the advantage of noticeably reducing the power consumption peaks.
