      Zusatzpatent    zum hauptpatent Nr.     2e2'9608.       Verfahren zur Herstellung eines basischen Kondensationsproduktes.    Vorliegendes Patent bezieht sich auf ein  Verfahren zur Herstellung eines basischen  Kondensationsproduktes. dadurch gekenn  zeichnet, dass man     Trimethylolmelamin    mit       Monoäthanolamin    im molekularen Verhältnis  von 3 : 2 umsetzt und auf das Reaktionspro  dukt     \/3        Mol    Formaldehyd einwirken lässt.  



  Das so erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt  ergibt mit Wasser klare viskose Lösungen  und liefert, auch nach Zusatz von sauren Ka  talysatoren, lang haltbare     Imprägn.ierungs-          lösungen    für Textilien.  



  <I>Beispiel:</I>  126 kg     Melamin    (1     Mol)    werden mit  243 kg schwach alkalisch eingestelltem  37%igem Formaldehyd (3     Mol)    bei 70 bis  75  gelöst. Nach einer     Erhitzung?zeit    von  etwa 15 Minuten gibt man 43,8 kg 94%iges       Monoäthanolamin        (2/3        Mol)    zu und hält die  Temperatur noch etwa 10 Minuten zwischen  70 und 75 .     Sodann    fügt man zu der Lösung    55 kg 37%igen neutralen Formaldehyd     (2/3          Mol)    und hält die Temperatur noch kurze  Zeit bei 75 .

   Die von geringen Mengen Ver  unreinigungen     abfiltrierte    klare viskose Lö- 2  sung bleibt auch beim Stehen im kühlen  Raum längere Zeit flüssig.

PATENTANSPRUCH: Verfahren zur Herstellung eines basischen Kondensationsproduktes, dadurch gekenn zeichnet, dass man Trimethylolmelamin mit Monoäthanolamin im molekularen Verhältnis von 3 : 2 umsetzt und auf das Reaktionspro dukt % Mol Formaldehyd einwirken lässt. Das so erhaltene Kondensationsprodukt ergibt mit Wasser klare viskose Lösungen und liefert, auch nach Zusatz von sauren Katalysatoren, lang haltbare Imprägnierungs- lösungen für Textilien.
