In der Zeichnung bezeichnet 1 eine Linse, die im Aussenende eines Röhrchens 2 ange bracht ist. 3 bezeichnet ,dass als Korn dienende Vioiero,rga.n, das aus dünnem Metalldraht, aus einem in eine Plätte aus :durchsichtigem Material eingeritzten oder eingezeichneten bezw. aufgedrückten Strich oder dergleichen bestehen kann;
mit Leichtigkeit die Bruchteile einer Ein teilung entsprechend einem MTinkelgrad zwi schen den Skalastriclien ablesen. Das Kompass- 0eliä.use 9 ist mit. einer dem Deckel des Flüs- sibZeitsbehiilter,. 6 entsprechenden Offnung 10 zum Eitilaseii des Liebte:, versehen, kann aber auch -;
B. auf einen Celluloid- streifen oder dergleichen anbringen, der inner halb des Flüssibkeitsbeh;ilters in unmittel barer Nähe des Randes der Rose, wie mit ge strichelten Linien hei 7 in Fi,g. 2 angegeben, befestig ;
Instrument with a sighting device. Sighting devices that bezw a rear sight and a grain or mirror. Prisms of various types include are already. known from compasses, altimeters and the same instruments.
In all the known devices, however, there is the disadvantage that the aiming and reading of the instrument deflection cannot be carried out at the same time, or it requires at least a considerable amount of displacement of the eye, respectively. the view, which makes it difficult to get an exact reading.
The invention aims to avoid this disadvantage. It relates to an instrument with a sighting device, which is characterized in that: the sighting device has a lens and at least one sighting element which is located almost in the focal point of the lens and serves as a grain, which extends in the transverse direction of the lens has that it extends over an edge of the instrument:
appears when the sighting eye is aimed at the target at the same time over this edge and under this gante is directed at the visor organ.
The visa organ is expediently attached in such a way that it intersects the optical axis of the lens and is at right angles or at least essentially at right angles to the plane of movement of a scale. In relation to the lens, the organ can be either immediately in front of or behind:
off the scale. , The visor, rigan,. Which in: der Znelriehtun.g is advantageously chosen as narrow as possible, so that it passes through: the lens and. along .whose. axis. makes. the impression. of a shrich:
extends in the transverse direction of the lens, preferably through .the entire diameter. The sighting element and the lens are attached, for example, in a suitable tube which is attached to the instrument body either immovably or adjustable in relation to the scale. There can also be a special holder for the visnem organ, e.g.
B. a. Hair, are used, and for the purpose of setting different eyesight, the lens can also be arranged so that it approached the scale, respectively. can be removed from it.
The accompanying drawing shows, for example, an embodiment of the instrument according to the invention, namely a compass. 1 shows schematically the most important parts of this compass shown in section in FIG.
In the drawing, 1 denotes a lens which is in the outer end of a tube 2 is introduced. 3 denotes that serving as a grain Vioiero, rga.n, which is made of thin metal wire, from a scratched or drawn in a plate of: transparent material respectively. printed line or the like can exist;
3a indicates the apparent elongation of the target organ 3, which appears to the viewer when, according to FIG. 2 over the instrument bin d'as target and at the same time below the edge 11 on the target organ; 3 looks out. 4 is the circular compass rose with the edge bent downwards, on which the scale; 5 is attached.
In Fig. 1: the focal point f of the lens is shown in the most advantageous arrangement, but it can be seen that: a certain displacement of the various parts with respect to the focal point has no significant influence. One can also aim in such a way that one only looks at the target organ 3 with one eye at the level of the lens 1 and with the other eye looks past the instrument at the target and brings the target and target organ into alignment.
In Fig. 2, 9 denotes a compass housing, in which the tube 2 with the lens 1 is attached in such a way that the lens can be adjusted from the outside with retrospection to the visual ability of the user. This housing is z. B. made of aluminum. The company s # mng of the visor device and the liquid container 6 could, however, also consist of a transparent material.
The compass pass is provided with the mentioned liquid container 6 with a transparent wall and cover, and inside the liquid container there is a compact rose 4 with a bent edge B. This edge is provided with a graduation 5 and is interwoven Lens can even be used on a pocket-sized compass.
Read off with ease the fractions of a division corresponding to an M angular degree between the scale branches. The compass 0eliä.use 9 is with. one to the lid of the liquid time container. 6 corresponding opening 10 to the Eitilaseii of the beloved :, provided, but can also -;
It can be made of transparent material, and the entire cover with the liquid container as well as the lens can be formed from this material by appropriate training.
The target organ 3 can also consist of a respectively incised in the wall of the Flüus.sigkeitsbehälte, rs and colored thereon. insist on this imprinted or otherwise produced line, possibly interrupted in the middle. In the last-mentioned case, one part of the line is used to read the scale, the other part, possibly shifted somewhat in the direction of the optical axis in relation to the first part, for aiming.
The corresponding sial of the container wall can be slightly impressed in order to enable the visor to be attached as close as possible to the scale. One can also there, s target organ z.
B. attach it to a celluloid strip or the like, which is inside the liquid container in the immediate vicinity of the edge of the rose, as shown by dashed lines in 7 in FIG. 2 indicated, fastened;
t is. The lens can also be provided with a non-transparent screen.
the one narrow, niit, the target or. Has a parallel gap to look through. The target organ can also, if necessary, read from a hair that is stretched across the end of the tube 2 facing away from the lens.
An altimeter can also be provided with a sighting device of this type. The same corresponds to e.g. B. its construction is close to the above-mentioned compass in all other points with the difference that instead of the compass rose a rose without a magnetic needle is used, which is positioned and balanced in such a way
that in such a position of the instrument, in which the rose lies in a vertical plane, due to the force of gravity, it always assumes a certain position. With the horizontal optical axis of the lens, the zero point of the scale should be at the point where it intersects the edge of the vertical rose.
The graduation runs along the edge of the rose, starting from the zero point, preferably in opposite directions, so that both the negative and the positive inclinations in relation to the horizontal plane can be read directly on the scale.
The Ko @ mpass and. the protractor can BEZW within a common shell. can be accommodated in one and the same liquid container, and it is even possible to use one and the same rose for both purposes.
As already stated above, the lens can also be attached to the target organ in a movable manner and, if desired, lockable with respect to the movable Sk.a: la. The instrument with the aiming device can of course also be an instrument without a reading scale, e.g. B. a weapon. If he wishes, the target organ can also be larger in the target direction, e.g.
B. in the form of .einer. Thin plate or. a metal strip, wherein: the exact target direction corresponds to the position of the target device in which the target organ is narrowest visible through the lens.
Of course, you can use the compass or Also change the elevation goniometer so that the rose is not exchanged for a liquid, i.e. train it as a dry instrument.
