Description
Gasfeuerungsanlage. Die vorliegende Erfindung betrifft eine Gasfeuerungsandage, bei der die Feuerung z. B. eines: Heizkessels für Zentralheizungen, Warmwa.sserzuhereitungen usw., von einem zum Vergasen von festem Brenastoff, wie z. B. Holz, T'or'f usw., bestimmten Gasgene rator aus beschickt wird.
Das Wesen der Erfindung beisteht darin, dass zum mindesten: ,der untere Teil des Gene ratorherdes von einem aus feuerfestem Mate rial -hergestellten Formkörper mit trichter- förmigem Herdraum gebildet ist.
Auf der beiliegenden Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegen- st.anJes veranschaulicht.
Mit a ist ein, schematisch angedeuteter Heizkessel mit Gasfeuerung bezeichnet. Das hierzu verwendete Gas wird vom in seiner Gesamtheit mit b bezeichneten Holz,gasgene- rator erzeugt, @d@er durch Vermittlung einer Gaespelseleitung b' in.
Verbindung mit dem Heizkessel a ;steht, in dessen Verbrennungs raum eine elektrische Zündvorrichtung a' zum Entzündendes Brenngases, vorgesehen ist. Die Zündvorriohtun.g könnte auch eine Gas- zündflamme sein.
Der Holzgasgenerator b hat einen zur Aufnahmedes Gasholzes dienenden Füllschacht c, cler sich konisch nach unten leicht erweitert. Unten am. Füllschacht c ,schliesst sich der Generatorherd an, in wel chem die Verbrennung des Brennstoffes ,stattfindet. Dieser Herd besteht in @seinem untern Teil in einem aus feuerfestem Mate- rJal, wie z.
B. Schamotte, hergestellten Form körper d, der .einen trichterförmigen Herd raum aufweist. Auf diesem Formkörper d aufgesetzt ist ein zweckmässig aus dem glei chen Material hergestellter, den obern Teil des Herdes bildender Ringkörper d@, der den Herdraum nach .oben hin vergrössert. Dem obern Teil des Formkörpers d ist ein Düsen rohr e einverleibt,
durch dessen Düeenöffnun- gen Verbrennungsluft in den Herdraum ge langt. Der ganze Generator ist von einem zweiteiligen Mantel h umgeben, dessen oberer Teil mit der Wandung des. Füllschachtes b einen; geschlossenen, Ringraum bildet, der von einem Ventilator f mittels eines Abzweig- Stutzens ebenfalls mit Luft beschickt wird.
