Kaminstein. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist ein Kaminstein, welcher auf der Lagerfugen seite einen ringsum laufenden Wulst und ad der andern Seite eine zu demselben passende Nut besitzt.
Auf beiliegender Zeichnung ist ein Aus führungsbeispiel des Erfindungsgegenstandes dargestellt, und zwar zeigt Fig. 1 eine Draufsicht auf eine Fugen seite und Fig. 2 einen Schnitt nach der Linie 9.-A in Fig. 1.
Der Steinkörper 1, welcher gemäss dieserrm Beispiel in der Draufsicht dem Kaminquer schnitt entspricht, wird zweckmässigerweise in den für Kamine vorgeschriebenen Dimen sionen hergestellt. Zum Beispiel zeigt die vorliegende Form ein Quadrat der Aussen kanten und in der lichten Weite einen Kreis. Für die Aussendimensionen kann man bei spielsweise vierzig Zentimeter und für den Innendurchmesser zwanzig Zentimeter wählen. Auf der Lagerfugenseite ist ein ringsum, laufender, ein Quadrat bildender Wulst 2 vorhanden. Derselbe kann auch aus Kreis bogensegmenten zusammengesetzt sein oden ein Polygon bilden.
Auf der entgegengesetz ten (zeichnungsgemäss unten) Fugenseite ,ist eine in Lage und Form dem Wulst entspre chende Nut 3 vorgesehen.
Beim Aufbauen eines Kamins kommt somit jeweilen auf den Wulst des untern Steines eine Nut des obern, wobei man ein zweckmässiges Bindemittel verwendet. Damit dasselbe in genügender Menge zwischen Wulst und Nut eingetragen werden kann, wird man vorteilhafterweise den Querschnitt der Nut etwas grösser wählen als denjenigen des Wulstes.
Beim Bau grösserer Kamine, wo ein Stein zu schwer würde, um eine ganze Lage zu bilden, wird man den ganzen Kaminquer schnitt in mehrere Teile aufteilen, von denen jeder in der Draufsicht einen Teil der Form des Kaminquerschnittes aufweist, wobei die senkrechten Fugenseiten oder Stossfugen- M-1 ebenfalls Wulst und -Tut erhalten.
Mit der Anordnung von Wulst und Nut ist zufolge unsorgfältigem Aufbau oder un zweckmässigem Bindemittel, eine Brand gefahr trotzdem praktisch ausgeschlossen, weil die von Nut und Wulst gebildeten Wi derstände so gross sind, dass heisse Gase nicht. mehr durchtreten können. Ferner werden kleine U ndichtheiten durch Flugasche und P#uss von selbst wieder geschlossen.
Die Querschnitte von '\Vulst und Nut können gewölbt oder trapezförmig sein oder eine beliebige andere z-%vecliinässige Form haben.
