Description

  

      Briefumschlag.            Gegenstand        vorliegender        Erfindung        ist     ein Briefumschlag, der aus einem Papier  formstück     gefaltet    ist und eine mit     Klebstoff-          leiste    versehene     Verschlussklappe    aufweist.  



  Der Zweck vorliegender Erfindung be  steht darin, einen     Briefumschlag    mit nur sehr  wenig Klebstoff     herzustellen.     



  Dieser Zweck wird dadurch erreicht,     dass     die Tasche des Briefumschlages auf ihren  Seiten durch Prägen .der übereinander liegen  den Papierlagen     ;geschlossen    ist.  



  Durch die     Prägeheftung    wird wesentlich  Klebstoff erspart. Ausserdem erleichtert die  Prägung das Öffnen eines geschlossenen  Briefumschlages, denn sie bildet     eine,Schwä-          chungslinie,        idie    das     Abreissen    eines Rand  streifens ermöglicht.  



  In der Zeichnung ist eine     Ausführung    des       Erfindungsgegenstandes    dargestellt und die  Herstellung eines Briefumschlages     erläutert.     



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen     Papierstreifen        in;    An  sicht und       F'ig.    2 einen     fertigen    offenen Brief  umchlag,         Fig.    3 und 4     stellen.    den Briefumschlag  im Schaubild dar.  



  Um     Briefumschläge        herzustellen,    werden  von einem Papierband 1     @dureh    in regelmässi  gen Abständen voneinander     geführte    Schnitte  2     Papierformstücke    3 von gleich -grossen Ab  messungen     abgeschnitten.    Die Papierform  stücke werden um die     Linien    4 und 5 gefal  tet.

   Die     Verschlussklappe    6 wird an     dem          freien    Rand mit Klebstoff belegt, so dass eine       Klebleiste    7     entsteht,        :die    zum Schliessen des       Briefumschlages        bestimmt    ist. Die Teile 8  und 9 des     Formstückes    3 bilden die zur Auf  nahme     eines    Briefes bestimmte Tasche.

   Diese  wird dadurch     geschlossen"dass    die     :gefalteten,          übereinanderliegenden    Teile 8 und 9 längs  der Seitenränder 10 und 11 geprägt     werden.     Die     Heftprägung    12 ist so     tief,    dass     die    Teile  8 und 9 miteinander     verbunden    werden.

   Die  Prägung 12 erstreckt sich auch auf ,die     Ver-          schlussklappe    6 und dient     als    Schwächungs  linie, so     dass,    wie     Fig.    4     zeigt,    der Rand ab  gerissen und     dadurch    der     verschlossene    Brief  umschlag geöffnet werden kann.      Die Prägung 12 kann aus tief     geprägten     Buchstaben, Linien usw. bestehen.



      Envelope. The subject matter of the present invention is an envelope which is folded from a piece of paper and has a closure flap provided with an adhesive strip.



  The purpose of the present invention is to make an envelope with very little glue.



  This purpose is achieved in that the envelope pocket is closed on its sides by embossing the layers of paper on top of one another.



  Embossing saves a lot of glue. In addition, the embossing makes it easier to open a closed envelope, because it forms a line of weakness that enables an edge strip to be torn off.



  The drawing shows an embodiment of the subject matter of the invention and explains the production of an envelope.



       Fig. 1 shows a paper strip in; View and fig. 2 a finished open letter envelope, Fig. 3 and 4 represent. the envelope in the diagram.



  In order to produce envelopes, cuts 2 shaped pieces of paper 3 of the same size are cut off from a paper tape 1 @dureh at regular intervals. The paper molds are folded around lines 4 and 5.

   The closing flap 6 is covered with adhesive on the free edge, so that an adhesive strip 7 is created, which is intended to close the envelope. The parts 8 and 9 of the molding 3 form the specific pocket for receiving a letter.

   This is closed by the fact that the folded, superposed parts 8 and 9 are embossed along the side edges 10 and 11. The stitching 12 is so deep that the parts 8 and 9 are connected to one another.

   The embossing 12 also extends onto the closure flap 6 and serves as a weakening line so that, as FIG. 4 shows, the edge can be torn off and the closed envelope can be opened as a result. The embossing 12 can consist of deeply embossed letters, lines, etc.

PATENT CLAIM: Envelope produced by folding a molded piece of paper with a flap provided with adhesive strips; characterized by the fact that the bag is on its. Pages, is closed by embossing the layers of paper lying on top of one another. SUBClaims: 1. Envelope according to claim, characterized in that the paper form piece is a section of a paper tape whose width corresponds to the width of the envelope. z.

Envelope according to claim and dependent claim 1, characterized in that the embossing extends over the entire length of the sides of the closed order to facilitate opening of the order by tearing off one of its embossed edge strips. 3.
