Waschbecken.
In der Zeichnung ist eine beispielsweise Ausführungsform des Erfindungsgegenstan- des schematisch dargestellt: Fig. 1 zeigt den Vertikalschnitt eines Beckenhinterteils; Fig. la zeigt den Schnitt nach der Linie A -B in Fig. 1; Fig. 2 zeigt eine Ventilbüchse im Schnitt; Fig. 3 zeigt eine Draufsicht auf die Ventilbüchse; Fig. 4 zeigt ein Organ zur Befestigung der Ventilbüchse und des Siphonanschlusses im Schnitt; Fig. 5 zeigt die Draufsicht auf das Or gan nach Fig. 4; Fig. 6 und 7 zeigen verschiedene Ansich ten eines weiteren Befestigungsorganes für die Ventilbüchse und den Siphonanschluss; Fig. 8 zeigt die Draufsicht auf den Siphonanschluss ;
Sink. One of the main difficulties in the design of wash basins is to minimize the accumulation of dirt in the drain and overflow channels and to maximize the possibility of cleaning.
The subject of the invention is a wash basin provided with a drain valve and overflow channel, which is characterized in that a metal valve sleeve and a metal siphon connection are arranged at least approximately in the same axis, the valve sleeve and the siphon connection from each other at least by the diameter of the orifice of the Overflow channel are distanced, and that the overflow channel forms an angle of less than 90 with the axis of the valve sleeve at its mouth.
An exemplary embodiment of the subject matter of the invention is shown schematically in the drawing: FIG. 1 shows the vertical section of a rear part of the pelvis; Fig. La shows the section along the line A -B in Fig. 1; Fig. 2 shows a valve sleeve in section; Fig. 3 shows a plan view of the valve sleeve; Fig. 4 shows a member for fastening the valve sleeve and the siphon connection in section; Fig. 5 shows the plan view of the Or gan according to Fig. 4; 6 and 7 show different views of a further fastening member for the valve sleeve and the siphon connection; 8 shows the top view of the siphon connection;
Fig. 9 shows a section along the line C-D of FIG. 4 with the snap ring inserted, on a larger scale.
As can be seen from FIG. 1, the valve sleeve 2 and the siphon connection 3 in the basin body 1 are arranged at least approximately in the same axis and are at least spaced apart from one another by the diameter of the opening of the overflow channel. The lower edge of the valve sleeve 2 is approximately at the height of the apex edge S of the mouth of the overflow channel 4, which leads to the upper edge of the pool body 1.
The upper edge of the siphon connection 3 to be connected with the siphon, not shown, is, however, approximately at the level of the lower edge of the opening of the overflow channel 4. By separating the siphon connection 3 from the valve sleeve 2 and the lowering of the siphon connection 3, the overflow is at its ner Outlet designed so that it forms an angle of less than 90 with the axis of the valve sleeve, while the fact that the lower edge of the valve sleeve 2 is at the level of the apex of the overflow channel outlet and the upper edge of the siphon connection 3 is at the lower edge , enables the transitions to be streamlined and re-entrant points where solid components could collect to be avoided.
The aforementioned design of the overflow channel 4, which is open at the top, and the coaxial position of the valve sleeve and the siphon connection guarantee practically optimal cleaning of the drainage paths. In the valve sleeve 2, the valve 5, which seals by its own weight, is arranged, the ventilation of which is effected in a manner known per se by a lever, not shown, which acts on the valve foot 5 '. The valve sleeve 2 and the siphon connection 3 are provided with an external thread. In the emptying opening of the basin body 1 two annular grooves 6 with conical side walls are arranged, in which annular segments 7 'are arranged evenly distributed with matching threads to the external threads of the valve sleeve and the siphon connection.
The ring wall is formed out as a cone in the tightening direction. The segments 7 'are expediently produced by evenly dividing the threaded ring 7 shown in FIG. The ring segments 7 'are provided with annular grooves 7 ". In FIGS. 6 and 7, a spring or a snap ring 8 is shown, which is provided with crankings 8' that are uniformly offset from one another. This ring 8 is inserted into the groove 7" , serves to fix the single-segments 7 'in the correct position, in that the cranks 8' each engage in the space between two segments.
If the threaded ring segments 7 'are inserted by pressing into the annular grooves 6 of the Beckenkör pers 1 and fixed by means of the snap ring 8, the valve bushes are respectively. the siphon connection 3 is screwed in, with the ring segments 7 'of the valve sleeve being pulled against the valve opening with the siphon connection against its outlet. The space 9 between the upper edge of the valve sleeve and the pool body is filled with a special sealant before the complete screwing of the valve sleeve.
This screw connection ensures a secure, central and tight fit of the valve sleeve without any significant dependence on the homogeneity and durability of the sealing material.
The cross section of the valve opening could for example be chosen to be slightly oval in order to allow the attack of a correspondingly gestalt th tool for screwing in the valve socket.
As can be seen from Fig. 1 and Ja, the cross section of the overflow channel 4 in the upper part of the pool body 1 is approximately rectangular (q1 in Fig. Yes), then in the lower part of the pool body in the round cross-sectional shape (q2 in Fig. 1 ) to pass without reducing the cross-section of the channel.
This design of the overflow channel enables easy and thorough cleaning of the oil overflow channel.
