Description
Flüssigkeitsringpumpe. Die Erfindung bezieht sich auf eine zur Gasförderung dienende Flüssigkeitsringpumpe mit Lagern, die durch Flüssigkeit geschmiert sind. Die Erfindung besteht darin, dass zur Schmierung und Kühlung der Lager der Welle, welche den mit Flügeln versehenen und den Flüssigkeitsring mitnehmendenDreh- kolben trägt, die gleiche Flüssigkeit verwen det wird wie für den Flüssigkeitsring.
In der Zeichnung ist ein Ausführungsbei spiel der Flüssigkeitsringpumpe gemäss der Erfindung dargestellt. Sie zeigt nur eine Hälfte der Pumpe mit der entsprechenden Lagerpartie.
Der mit Flügeln 1 versehene Drehkolben 2 der Flüssigkeitsringpumpe ist mit der Welle 3 fest verbunden, die beiderseits der Pumpe in einer Lagerschale 4 eines Gehäuse deckels 5 drehbar gelagert ist. Am Deckel lind am Drehkolben befestigte Distanzringe 6 verhindern das Anlaufen des Drehkolbens am Gehäusedeckel 5. Die Stirnfläche de Ar beitsraumes kann statt durch die Deckel selbst durch von den Deckeln getrennte Steuerscheiben gebildet werden, die an ihrem äussern Umfange mittels des Deckels -gegen den Gehäusemantel gepresst werden. Diese Bauart ist in der Zeichnung nicht besonders dargestellt.
Ein am Deckel 5 befestigtes Faltenrohr 7, das den Dichtungsring 8 trägt, verhindert den Austritt von Flüssigkeit längs der Welle 3, indem sich der stillstehende Ring 8 dich tend gegen den Absatz 9 der Welle 3 legt. Durch eine Bohrung 10 ist eine Verbindung zwischen der Kammer 11 und dem Flüssig keitsring 13 der Pumpe hergestellt. Diese Verbindung dient dazu, Flüssigkeit aus dem Flüssigkeitsring dem Wellenlager zwecks Schmierung seiner Gleitflächen zuzuleiten. Es kann aber auch ein Anschluss 12 vorhan den sein, der dazu dient, über Kammer 11 sowohl dem Wellenlager als auch durch den Kanal 10 dem Flüssigkeitsring 13 von aussen Flüssigkeit zuzuführen.
Die dabei zwischen den Gleitflächen 4a der Lagerschale 4 und der Welle 3 hindurchgeleitete Flüssigkeit ge langt zwischen den Distanzringen 6 hindurch, diese kühlend und schmierend, ebenfalls in den Flüssigkeitsring. Die dem Wellenlager vom Raum 11 her zufliessende Flüssigkeit kühlt und schmiert vor ihrem Eintritt. in das Lager den Sitz des Dichtungsringes 8 am Ab satz 9 der Welle 3.

The rotary piston 2 of the liquid ring pump provided with vanes 1 is firmly connected to the shaft 3, which is rotatably mounted on both sides of the pump in a bearing shell 4 of a housing cover 5. Spacer rings 6 attached to the cover and the rotary piston prevent the rotary piston from running against the housing cover 5. The end face of the working space can be formed by control disks which are separate from the covers instead of the covers themselves and which are pressed against the housing shell on their outer circumference by means of the cover will. A folded tube 7, which is attached to the cover 5 and carries the sealing ring 8, prevents the escape of liquid along the shaft 3 by the stationary ring 8 leaning against the shoulder 9 of the shaft 3. Through a bore 10 a connection between the chamber 11 and the liquid keitsring 13 of the pump is made. This connection is used to feed liquid from the liquid ring to the shaft bearing for the purpose of lubricating its sliding surfaces. However, there can also be a connection 12 which is used to supply liquid from the outside via chamber 11 both to the shaft bearing and through the channel 10 to the liquid ring 13.
